Today:

I was naughty. No fruits or veggies. I unexpectedly went out with friends for a late lunch/early dinner, so my plans for a veggie filled dinner went down the drain.

1 cup of coffee with vanilla soy milk.
2 pieces organic wholewheat toast with Soy Garden spread.
2 Tofurky breakfast sausages with maple syrup.
1 hot cross bun with Soy Garden spread & strawberry jam.

1 Sticky Rice Roll (sticky rice filled with 3 different types of shredded tofu and a small piece of Chinese donut).
1/2 Chinese donut.
1 peach tea (bubble tea).

3 sesame rolls with red bean paste inside.

They are long donuts (mine was about a foot long), and basically just flour, water and salt. They are more like a long piece of fried salty dough lol. Addictive though. You can also get them sweet, so I guess they put sugar in the sweet ones, and also coat them with sesame seeds.

I would never have guessed that they were vegan, but I have a vegan friend who is Chinese, and she was with me in the Chinese place, showing me all the things that we could eat.

I also tried a tiny piece of scallion pancake - but I didn't like it.
