grapefruit

lettuce leaf wraps wtih four bean salad (thanks for the idea, ellaminnowpea!)
strawberry soy yogurt

coffee + rice milk
another hot cross bun + strawberry jam

coffee
1/2 bbq tofu sandwich on whole grain bread
1 can pintos with ketchup and maple syrup added
orange tofu with peppers and onions
bf is making pizza now- follow ur heart mozz, onion, gimme lean sausage, mushrooms, spinach, pasta sauce, nut yeast.
also craving cereal so will most likely have a bowl of something sugary and unhealthy later with soy milk
and theres a 6 pk of beer in the fridge waiting.
i feel like a cow. guess what time it is.

It was actually a lasagne (in disguise). And it was bloody gooood!

Brunch: Slice of bread with cheesefree pesto and kalamata olives, bowl of gluten free cereal with soy milk. Glass of OJ

Dinner: Stir fry (broccoli, onion, garlic, red pepper, carrot, spring onions) with quinoa and fried tofu cubes. Dipping sauce for tofu made with pad thai paste, tamari and kecap manis.

Snacks/dessert: Kiwi fruit, potato chips, vanilla cupcake with ganache (VCTOtW), cup of coffee

Breakfast: spelt pancake with maple syrup * corn bran oil spread. 2 x organic black tea
Lunch: vegan BBQ. 2 x chick pea & nut burgers, 3 vegie & tofu kebabs, mixed salad and garlic bread. 1 glass fake sparkling wine. 1 chai tea.
Dinner: 2 pieces garlic & pamasano soy cheese on pana de casa toasted bread.

Ohhh that looks like a nice pudding Melanie :)

Today:

1 iced coffee (coffee, soy milk, sugar).
2 hot cross buns with Soy Garden spread & strawberry jam.

1 cup of pomegranate green tea.

A few plain crackers.

Salad: mixed leaves, red grapes, red pepper, celery, cashews, balsamic viniagrette.
1/2 nan bread.
Side of fries.
Almost a pint of Granville Island Pale Ale.

1 chai tea latte.
The ears off my chocolate bunny.
1 hot cross bun with Soy Garden spread & golden syrup.

French bread pizza with tomato, aubergine and black olives.

Nut roast. Roast potatoes. Roast sweet potato. Brussel sprouts. Peas. Gravy.

i'm writing down everything i eat as i am determined to get back into shape.

the results are a bit shocking though, i'm beginning to see the problem here!

yesterday;

2 weetabix
2 slices bread
5 slices cheezly
small plate of chips
piece of chocolate egg
2 LM sausages, roast potatoes, lots of mixed vegetables
small pc chocolate cake

not enough veg!
i seem to get reactions to so many fruits - bananas are a migraine trigger for me (pity cos i love them), and berries give me oral symptoms, as do apples and kiwis (something connected to my latex allergy i think) so i have to rely on veggies. must make more effort.

I eat very weird the only "meal" I really eat is breakfast, and I always get 1200-1500 calories a day!

Yesterday:

B-bowl of cheetah chomps w/ vanilla lite soy milk, coffee with agave and soy milk, and a square of dark chocolate

also...
2 brownie bites, a strawberry mini bagel, 2 bites of a cookie, square of chocolate, few bites of potato and eggplant, a bunch of organic baby crackers, another coffee with soy milk, iced oatmeal raisin luna bar...

and D: bowl of cheetah chomps with soy milk and a SO delicious ice cream sandwich

Yesterday:
B: small bowl 'dorset cereals' muesli with alpro soya light, fruit smoothie (strawberries, plum, banana, water)
L: (went for a long walk, so it was a picnic) pasta salad made with corn pasta and roasted peppers, onions and cherry tomatoes. alpro strawberry yogurt.
S: strawberry fruit flakes, swedish glace neapolitan
D: homemade pizza with chips

+ lots of water!

Porridge w/soy milk, dates sultanas and raisins
Banana

Peanut butter & strawberry jam sandwich
HUGE salad (courgette, mushroom, pepper, tomatoes, cucumber, carrot)
Banana

Apple
Slice bread w/chocoreale duo (this is the problem...I eat about 2 tblsp at a time :eek:)

Stir-fry (marinated tofu, soy sauce, tenderstem broccoli, carrot, pak choi, baby corn) over brown rice

Tea w/rice milk x2

Avocado on wholemeal toast.

Oven chips.

Bowl of salad which I unfortunately poured flax oil over without tasting it first, blurgh.:eek:

breakfast: optimum slim cereal w/ rice milk, canteloupe, black chai tea

lunch: jerk tempeh, jamaican rice & peas, steamed broccoli, a couple bites of a bad peach

snack: "cheddar" crackers, a banana

dinner: bought a foot-long veggie sub, then brought home and added tofutti mozzarella slices, spicy mustard & vegennaise. coke zero.

organic, fair trade coffee

vegetable stir fry w/ tomatoes, spinach, mushrooms, bamboo shoots, carrots
added some black beans, peanuts, edamame, and garlic

edit: ate a banana + hummus ughhh:rolleyes:

2 slices whole grain bread.
1 avocado.
crapload of sunchips.
grape juice.
carrot salad with mushrooms, walnuts and sesame dressing.
burger with cheesy sauce on toast.
giant dill pickle.
greasy salty fries.

today was a yummy day!

B-strawberry mini bagel w/ 2 teaspoons PB, small glass of OJ

22 orangic baby crackers
peeled green apple, small bit of cookie
chai tea luna bar (SOOOO good!)
a health food place 2 minutes from my house has a small cafe, which makes delicious vegan-L-Ts!! so had one of those and a dill pickle
square of dark chocolate and a SO delicious ice cream bar :)
