Today:

2 cups of coffee with vanilla soy milk.
2 pieces organic wholewheat toast with white chocolate peanut butter.

1 cup Rooibos tea.
2 raspberry fig bars.

1 cup Rooibos tea.
Home-made organic pasta salad: wholewheat pasta, celery, carrot, raddish, cucumber, poppyseed dressing.
1 piece of museli bar.

1 cup organic orange/mango juice.
15 spears of asparagus, roasted in vegan Parm.
some plain crackers with hummus.

About to have a cup of chai tea with soy milk and a hot cross bun with Soy Garden spread and golden syrup.

Yesterday:

Breakfast: Rolled oats soaked in soy millk with sliced banana.

No lunch.

Dinner: Spaghetti with sauteed veg (onion, leek, garlic, red pepper, celery, cherry tomatoes, mushrooms), diced avocado and pesto.

Cup of coffee

Snacks: Potato chips, some dark chocolate, some cooked green peas and brussels sprouts.

B: lemon juice in ice water
veggie juice- carrot, celery & apple
own version baked beans- cannelleni beans, tinned tomatoes, tomato paste, pepper, curry spice mix
green tea

S: apple, watermellon & rockmellon

L: salad- mixed leaves & tomato w/ vinegar/olive oil dressing & an orange

S: Starbucks grande lite soy latte

D: grilled eggplant strips w/ yummiest sauce of tinned tomatoes, onions, garlic & grated zucchini
2L water

BREAKFAST:

Two wholegrain organic English muffins with organic reduced sugar peanut butter and jam.

LUNCH:

Three fairtrade banannas

DINNER:

Mince, garlic, lentil, onion and gravy mix with paprika roasted brocolli, steamed green beans and sweetcorn

SNACKS:

6 squares of G&Bs with almonds

A mushroom and onion wholegrain pasty a friend gave me at the demo I was at, which I later ate at the cinema!!! :D

I just ate a whole packet of that cheating turkey with 2 pieces of toast, tomatoes and lots of plamil mayo. I feel so full up but it was yummy.:)

Now I'm cooking dinner, veggie curry made with chilli paste, coconut milk, peas, broccoli, green pepper, mushrooms and bananas. :)

Porridge w/raisins, dates, sultanas & soy milk
Banana

Hummous sandwich on seeded bread
Salad (cucumber, tomatoes, lettuce, celery, pepper)

Apple
Alpro Vanilla Soy Dessert

Stir-fry (wholewheat noodles, marinated tofu, green beans, carrot, baby corn, pak choi, soy sauce)

Grapes
Two slices wholemeal toast w/strawberry jam & blackstrap molasses

Tea w/rice milk x2

I've had a banana and blueberries, then some houmous with a yellow pepper and half a cucumber and some salad with balsamic and 'good oil' dressing.
And a handful of those Tyrrells habas fritas snacks.

ETA choice for dinner tonight out of home made soup, west african stew from a local restaurant or thai cakes with cauliflower, spring greens and mash which are leftover from yesterday.

possible curry for dinner, but not feeling hungry yet.

miso soup with wakame, soba and scallions

1 lemon poppyseed muffin

bento: pasta stir-fry with spinach, sesame and red bell pepper
2 slices banana bread
1 kiwi

red lentil dhal with rice

an apple

... it's the monthly waiting-for-payday-no-veg-week T_T

bento box arrived today - can't wait for my first packed lunch!!! :D

Hmmmm, I had wheat (in the form of wheat bran) for the first time in a loooong time and am feeling sort of sick. I'm going to try to eat dinner tonight but perhaps I should avoid the wheat bran tomorrow.

B: organic rolled oats w/ wheat bran, banana, and ground flaxseeds

L: large halfcaf coffee
luna bar

S: 3 vegan fortune cookies (at work) :rolleyes:
2 cups of tea - one was green tea, one was goji berry green tea

D: lots of spinach leaves w/ tomatoes, mushrooms, sprouts, Braggs Aminos Ginger dressing, and lentils

S: an orange
spiced black tea

Why do I feel like I'm getting fatter? :(

ok, today i had;

bowl of cereal
bar of chocolate
lots of crackers with cheezly
chips
couple of raw carrots
jacket potato smothered in hemp oil
small piece of pizza
carrot, potato and leek soup
quite a few teaspoons of chocoreale
loads of tick-tock tea
water

Breakfast: Buckwheat porridge with maple syrup. Glass of OJ

Lunch: Bowl of lentils, green peas and brussels sprouts with a diced onion and peppers. 2 slices of bread with Tofutti 'Cheddar' and 'Mozzarella'. A kiwi

Snacks: Potato chips and vegan fruit jelly candy

Dinner: Potato omelette (made with chickpea flour) with onion, red pepper and mushrooms. Cooked broccoli

Snack: Slice of bread with Tofutti 'Herbs & Chives'

B- few sips of a soy protein shake, chocolate peppermint stick luna bar, coffee w/ soy milk and agave

the rest of my crappy eating day...
carob covered rice cake, a ton of baby crackers, chocolate pecan pie luna bar, a square of dark chocolate, a vending machine sized bag of fritos, and a SO delicious ice cream bar

i feel horrible!
