- 2 multigrain flax ricecakes topped with refried beans, avocado, and salsa
- Bolthouse Farms smoothie (cherries, mango, apple, camu camu, mushrooms, echinacea)
- bowl of organic vegetable soup
- smoothie of coconut milk, banana, raw almond butter, ground flax
- lettuce salad with viniagrette
- grapes
- sesame bagel with nothing on it

Breakfast:
-Oatlmeal with soymilk and 1 tsp brown sugar
-Apple
Snack:
-Peanuts
-Plain soy yogurt with stevia
Lunch:
-Whole wheat pita filled with Tofukrey, Nayonaise, lettuce, and tomato
-Baby carrots
-High protien pretzels
Snack:
-Pumpkin Flax granola with soymilk
-Apple
Dinner:
-Container of Thai Garder pad thai
-Salad: romaine lettuce, mushrooms, baby carrots, lowfat raspberry vinaigrette dressing
-Pumpkin shake (Thanks Jamboxroack!)
ETA: Packet of chocolate chip oatmeal

breakfast:
-baked potato
-mock tuna lettuce wrap
dinner:
-5 veggie pakoras
-like 10 grams of chips
-1/2 of my slushee
steev got me treats cause i wasnt feeling well.

Today:
2 cups of coffee with Silk creamer.
1 bowl Optimum Zen organic cereal with vanilla soy milk.
1 Luna Bar.
Home-made salad: mixed organic leaves, sliced organic strawberries, cherry tomatoes, Yves veggie chicken tenders (heated) and huckelberry dressing.
Also had with it - 1 1/2 pieces of warmed pita bread with hummus.
Cup of Echinacea tea.
4 or 5 little vanilla tea cookies
A bunch of all natural veggie chips.

yesterday...
breakfast: vanilla almond shredded oats w/ ground flax & soy milk
snack: pear
lunch: scrambled tofu w/ shiitake mushrooms & spinach, two pumpkin pancakes w/ syrup
snack: half a grapefruit, spoonful of peanut butter, pumpkin raisin cookie
dinner: three small rolls w/ marinara, two slices of pizza w/ garlic, zucchini & mushrooms, a couple pumpkin beers & a blue moon beer
I decided yesterday that I'm about burnt out on pumpkin...I suppose I'll just have to finish the pancakes and cookies I have leftover though...

Breakfast:

-Huge apple
Lunch:
-Leftover lentil loaf
-Salad: romaine lettuce, 1/2 a plum tomato, mushrooms, and low fat raspberry vinaigrette dressing
-Pumpkin shake
Dinner: With my dad at a restaurant
-1 vegetable sushi roll (last time, I ordered 1 and it was so tiny that I wished I had gotten two...this time I ordered two and they were big, so I ended up eating just one of them)
-Garden salad
Later: Probably some granola and either rice milk or soy yogurt, but I'm not sure yet
ETA: Graham crackers and a banana

lunch: scrambled tofu w/ shiitake mushrooms & spinach, two pumpkin pancakes w/ syrup, two pieces of wheat toast w/ earth balance
snack: half a grapefruit, graham crackers
dinner: huge salad (romaine, spinach, tomatoes, green pepper, celery, carrot, radishes, sprouts, mixed beans, bacos & creamy herb dressing), two pumpkin raisin cookies

- pasta with spinach pesto (I put organic spinach, walnuts, basil, and olive oil in a blender to make the pesto)
- 1/2 cup chocolate sorbet
- 2 cups orange juice

Today:
1 cup of coffee with Silk creamer.
2 Yves tofu dogs (one on a wholewheat bun with ketchup and mustard) - I know it was an odd thing for breakfast but it's what I felt like!
1 Luna Bar.
Home-made pasta (wholewheat flax rottini, brown mushrooms, sliced Tofurkey italian sausage, tons of garlic, organic tomato sauce) topped with some shredded vegan cheese.
Just now having a cup of Echinacea tea and a couple of cookies :)

2 tangerines
handful of mixed nuts
huge salad (radicchio, spinach, tomatoes, red pepper, cucumber, beetroot, olives, sunflower seeds)
sweet potato wedges + soya yogurt/horseradish mix

I made it the other night, and it tastes even better as leftovers. I froze a piece too.

B: bowl of cereal (1/2 spelt flakes and 1/2 organic wild puffs
L: big plate of fruit! (it was an amazing fruit day at the dining hall - pineapple, strawberries, grapes, and kiwi yum.) sprinkled w. a lil granola. small taste of oatmeal
S: some dry spelt flakes and organic wild puffs
D: dont know yet - going to the game and its a night one (its a huge football game today!! wake vs. bc - especially big bc my whole family is BC especially my grandmother bc my uncles went there) tailgate food usually isnt too vegan friendly. we shall seee

breakfast: only an apple and a cup of tea, because I got up late and wanted to clean my flat, included kitchen, before making a mess again
lunch: roasted brussel sprouts and bulgur with onions and carrots
(LOTS of it)
snack: roasted peanuts
dinner: must be something protein-y...probably something with chickpeas in it...

Snack: Pumpkin shake (with rice milk)
Snack #2: Chocolate brownie Luna Bar
I need to find something for dinner...Pasta might be good. We shall see.

1 tomato and sea salt sandwhich [on the orange ezekiel]
1 banana
Now i'm munching on raw pistachios.. and i was thinking about making some simple pasta for a late dinner..

- about 2 plates of food at an Indian restaurant buffet. ( Naan, rice, channa, yucca, dhal, etc.)
-TON of water with the indian food... so spicy :)
- a Raw Revolution bar (Cashew & agave flavor)
- a Larabar (cocoa mole flavor)

Today:

1 small bowl of Optimum Zen cereal with vanilla soy milk.
2 Wildberry Buckwheat Waffles. 1 with strawberry & Grand Manier jam and the other with agave nectar.
a few all natural vegetable chips.
Luna Bar.
1 pita bread with hummus.
1 pita bread stuffed with hummus, Yves veggie chicken, tomato slices and mixed organic leaves.
1 cup of organic peppermint tea.
I think I'll have a couple of cookies :D

Lunch:
Sweet potato with margarine
Chips
Afternoon snack:
Cup of coffee with soy creamer
Supper:
Sauteed onions and mushrooms (seasoned with soy sauce, black pepper, and cumin) over rice and peas
Dessert:
Small bowl of soy ice cream
Evening snacks (not all at once):
Cup of tea with soy creamer and sugar
Pack of cashew crunch snacks
Cup of dry Koala Crisp cereal
