what do u think of the white chocolate pb?
When I saw it on sale at my store my first thought was "Ruby said that was good!" :D
So I bought it and ran, just like you said to :D
I'm glad I did too! It's soooo freakin good! I have to try not to spread it on too thickly lol.

breakfast: grits w/ rice milk & nut. yeast, half a pear, peach nectar
snack: banana
lunch: mediterranean four bean salad, baby spinach, baby carrots, mini wheat bagel, jamaican brown rice & peas, half a pear (all small portions in the bento)
snack: coke zero, cranberry trail mix
snack 2: multigrain everything crackers
dinner: samosa tempeh burger on flatbread w/ wilted spinach, cucumber-mint raita & tomato-onion chutney, mashed cauliflower & spinach
before bed: diet partner tea

BREAKFAST:
Bananna, mago and pineapple smoothie with added flax oil
LUNCH:
Sage and onion stuffing with cranberry sauce in a wholemeal bun
DINNER:
Bean sprouts, brocolli, carrot, aspargus and courgette with rice noodles in black bean sauce
SNACKS:
Homemade bananna milkshake
Two alpro fruit yoghurts

Teaspoons of Chocoreale...teaspoons are for lightweights; put the stuff near me and we're talking tablespoons, oh yeah :D

Optimium Power cereal w/dates, raisins, sultanas & rice milk
Banana
Baked beans & walnuts on two slices wholemeal toast
Salad (grapes, lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, carrot)
Apple
50g pecan treacle granola (dry)
Two kumara potatoes w/lentil & apricot sauce, cabbage
Tea w/rice milk x2

I'm glad I did too! It's soooo freakin good! I have to try not to spread it on too thickly lol.
:D when I had it everyone at my job kept stealing tablespoons of it after I stupidly encouraged them to try it. :rolleyes:
yesterday:
coffee.
2 slices toasted whole grain bread topped with a vegetable patty each, steamed spinach and cheesy sauce from vcon.
couple of fruit cookies.
vitamin water x2.
gimme lean burger on ww roll topped with sauteed mushrooms, red onion, melted follow ur heart mozzarella, vegenaise and half an avocado.
mashed potatoes with earth balance, s&p.

L: stuffed pepper, hot cross bun
S: strawberry fruit flakes
D: a corn on the cob with pure, apple, alpro yogurt (peach & mango mmmmmm)
It makes me sad to think that some places don't have alpro *hugs* to those poor people :(

I was lazy today and just snacked on delicious carbs that were in the kitchen:
2 cups of coffee with vanilla soy milk.
2 Tofurky Breakfast sausages.
2 Maple Cinnamon waffles with maple syrup.
1 hot cross bun with Soy Garden spread & rosella jam.
A small bowl of Kettle Korn.
some plain crackers with Sheese squares on top.
Bowl of organic butternut squash soup.
2 pieces of multigrain toast with Soy Garden spread.
1 cup of chai tea with vanilla soy milk.
1 hot cross bun with Soy Garden spread & golden sryup.
Ruby - I think I have your complaint. ;):D

B-few bites of puffed rice cereal w/ soy milk, most of an apple, glass of OJ
L-puffed rice cereal w/ soy, 1/4 of dark chocolate bar
nutz over chocolate luna bar, small soy protein shake, one brownie bite, chocolate pecan pie luna bar, SO delicious ice cream bar, 1/4 of double chocolate cookie

Breakfast: 1.5 organic bananas (the rest of the second banana fell on the floor and had to be sadly discarded) and a punnet of organic strawberries (yum)
Snack/lunch: 1 multiseed roll with roasted red pepper hummous and spinach leaves, 4 Japanese rice crackers (black sesame), 1 organic apple, 1 organic kiwi, 1 Alpro Soya vanilla dessert, 1 choc chip cookie
Snack/tea: Will be homemade soup with organic veggies... probably leek and potato today
Very later dinner at about 10.30 pm: Will be homemade baked beans and homemade chips! Yay!

yes, it's nice but i still prefer the hazelnut. one day when i was feeling glum i ate a whole pot in one sitting whilst watching 'Omen' :o

Breakfast: Slice of bread with Tofutti Herbs & Chives
Lunch: Lentil, chickpea, pinto bean and corn salad, slice of bread with Tofutti H&C
Dinner: Salad with lettuce, corn and red pepper. Chickpea crackers with aubergine dip and mashed avocado.
Snack: Rest of the dips with celery and red pepper sticks.

Cobweb - Doing fine, thanks for asking :) Gah, you're making me choose only one flavour? I have been known to mix them up, but I'd have to say my favourite is Duo. Sadly the jars I ordered did not last long so I'll have to wait a couple of weeks before I need to shop online for other ingredients...other meaning not containing chocolate :p
