Aww, thanks Cobweb & Applepie :o I have so many issues with food and my weight...everyone around me is on diets/barely eats a thing, plus I have ED issues from the past both with under and overeating, so it's nice to get some positive feedback. I know what you mean, this I find really hard as well. I am still struggling with my ED, sometimes more, sometimes less. Even when I can convince myself that eating normally is in my best interest, I find that nobody eats "normally" - everywhere around me people are trying the most ridiculous diets, and nobody seems to be listening to their bodies and their nutritional requirements.

The chocolate granola is a brand called Lizi's and I think you can buy it from their website: http://www.lizis.co.uk/belgian-chocolate.htm, or if not it's available from Goodness Direct: http://www.goodnessdirect.co.uk/cgi-local/frameset/detail/502035_Lizi_s_Belgian_Chocolate_Crunch_50g.html. I have to say it's really, really yummy but I prefer the pecan/treacle flavour as it tastes sweeter :p.

Yesterday:

Porridge w/soy milk & banana

Baked beans on two slices wholemeal toast w/pure
Salad (mushrooms, peppers, celery, lettuce, carrot, tomatoes, cucumber)

Apple
50g treacle/pecan granola
