breakfast: baked beans on 2 pieces multigrain toast (how british of me), half a grapefruit, vanilla apricot white tea
snack: banana
lunch: stuffed shells, steamed broccoli w/ esme's sauce, mini cucumber, strawberries, bran muffin, small dill pickle
snack: mixed nuts
dinner: lettuce, mini cucumber, green pepper, hummus, roasted beets
out: potato chips, 2 beers

Breakfast: 2 small (end slices) of whole wheat seeded toast, 2 tablespoons of strawberry pecan jam.
Lunch: Missed it.
Snack: An iced esspresso (6 shots) with soymilk, 10 pistachios.
Dinner: A sprouted whole wheat wrap with sauteed onions and mushrooms, 2 soy sausages, 3 tablespoons of vegan caeser salad dressing, An unsweetend lemon iced tea.
It was a bit of a long day, I didn't really get the oppertunity to eat a well planed out meal.

Today:
2 cups of coffee with vanilla soy milk.
1 x 4 bean chili burrito with ketchup.
1 cup of coffee with vanilla soy milk.
3 raspberry fig bars.
1 bowl Indian style pea & vegetable soup.
100g potato wedges.
1 vegan rice crispie bar.
1 square of dark chocolate.
1 Chinese style red bean rice cake (fried).
Most of a sticky rice roll (sticky rice stuffed with 2 different types of bean curd, chinese radish and a piece of chinese donut). It was so big and filling, I couldn't even finish it.

BREAKFAST:
Muselli with unsweetened soya milk
LUNCH:
Emily was just getting up so I decided to cook her breakfast and ate it as my lunch :rolleyes:
Two grilled tomatoes, shitloads of mushrooms, baked beans, two slices of vegi deli bacon and two slices of wholemeal toast.
DINNER:
Spicey bean burger in a wholemeal bap stuffed with half an avocado, tomatoes, lettuce and raw onion. Homemade mixture of sweet potato and normal potato wedges with some chunky mild salsa.
Two bottles of beer at the pub

i'd never heard of beans on toast til a few years ago on here! i eat it all the time now though. yum. specially with veggie bacon.

2 vege sausages on wg toast with deli mustard
farfelle with tahini/nutritional yeast sauce, green beans, tomatoes, shredded carrots and garlic.

As far as I know, yeah! I first heard of it from you fine people here on vf. Doesn't seem like most people here would even think of that combo. It's really good though! Might have it again tomorrow.

snack: tater tots w/ ketchup, coffee w/ rice milk
lunch: two pieces multigrain bread, green pepper, cucumber, hummus, roasted beets, applesauce, coke zero
snack: smoothie (strawberries, vanilla soy yogurt, rice milk)
dinner: salad (lettuce, green pepper, tomato, red onion, mustard vinaigrette), wheat rotini w/ baby bella mushrooms, beet greens & esme's sauce, three glasses of wine

Breakfast: A papya, Mango and cherry smoothie with pomogranite/blueberry juice and light vanillia soy milk.
Lunch: A sprouted grain wrap with spinich, Sprouts, Crumbled soyburger and Caeser dressing.
Dinner: 3/4 of a veggie burger with soy mayo, Lettuce, Tomato, Pickles and musterd. An order or pita bread with fresh made hummus. Unsweetend lemon tea.

1 Whister's Own Bakery Skookum Bar.
In my bento:
organic butternut squash soup.

organic baby carrots with hummus.
3 raspberry fig bars.
2 organic kiwi.
1 bowl of pea & vegetable soup (East Indian style).
4 small slices of rosemary & olive oil bread.
3 New York flatbreads with french onion Tofutti cream cheese.
1/2 organic sweet key lime.
1/2 organic cara cara orange.

BREAKFAST:
Four weetabix with two chopped banannas
Few cubes of pineapple
LUNCH:
Creamy tomato wholemeal organic pasta with red pepper, mushrooms, sweetcorn, black olives and a large handful of baby spinach on the side.
DINNER:
Roasted butternut squash stuffed with chicken style bake and crispy kale and asparagus on the side. A few sprinkles of sea salt.
