I don't wanna say. It was just lots and I'm worried that I'm going to spiral out of control. Well, tomorrow is a new day I suppose. I'm getting quite sick of thinking that though.

Don't worry, you're not the only one - I've been going through weeks of eating way too much. I'm talking whole wheat bagels, peanut butter, tons of nuts and seeds, bread, whole packs of figs in one sitting...it's not fun, and it's so hard to control. I've gained about 10lbs over the winter.

Just concentrate on filling yourself up with lots of water and raw fruit and veggies - totally yummy, and totally amazing for your body! And go for long walks :)
I'm finally starting to eat less. I think the warmer weather and visible sunlight helps a lot. Going raw tomorrow - last time I tried raw, it really helped.

Today (last cooked meals!):

Oatmeal with hemp protein and banana chunks. 1.5 cups of coffee with soymilk and Stevia.

Blueberries and strawberries.

Salad: Mixed greens, tomatoes, yellow peppers, chickpeas, balsamic vinegar, two rye crackers with hummus.

Matcha soy latte.

Brown rice, steamed broccoli, steamed brussels sprouts, and whatever protein-rich food I can find without opening a can or package. Maybe soaked sunflower seeds or edamame, or if I'm not that hungry, I'll just add cauliflower or something.

Yes, exactly the same way. I had it a lot when I was living in Italy, and I really like it. Has a bit more flavour than rice ;)
