Breakfast: The last of the muffins! (as part of my new goal i'm removing muffins from my diet for the time being). 8oz of unsweetend chocolate almond milk.
Snack: A dark chocolate walnut raw bar thingy.
Lunch: A protein smoothie (1 cup of mango, 1 small banana, 1 cup of cherries, 1 cup of light vanilla soy milk, 1/2 cup of pure pomogranite/blueberry juice, 1 serving of protein powder (26g of protein).
Snack: The last of the carob mousse! (no fruit this time) (i'm cutting it out too)
Dinner: Whole wheat seeded toast(2 slices) with soy cheese (2.5 servings), 10 pieces of soy pepperoni, 1 cup of the salad left over from yesterday.
Snack: 8oz of vanilla soy yogert with 1/4 of a cup of cherry granola, 8oz of unsweetend chocolate almond milk.
I was a bit hungrier than usual today... :o

fresh veggie juice- 3 carrots, 3 celery & an apple
small bowl mixed raw nuts + seeds (cashew, almonds, sunflower, pumpkin & walnut)
watermelon
2x green tea
S: e.b.t w/ lite soymilk, an apple
Late Lunch/snack: mixed leaf & tomato salad w/ grilled eggplant strips & garlic dressing
D: either tomato & carrot soup or maybe tabouli
3L water
(yay an almost but not quite raw day:rolleyes:)

Yes, exactly the same way. I had it a lot when I was living in Italy, and I really like it. Has a bit more flavour than rice ;)
ooh, thanks for the tip! i bought a bag of barley ages ago and i had no idea what to do with it, so i'll give this a go! :D

^ Barley risotto?? wow, i'm intrigued! Do you make it the same way as risotto with arborio rice?
I had a wheat and spinach risotto on the plane to New York. it was pretty damn nice. Must try it some time.

lunch: non-dairy pot pie, broccoli florets w/ goddess dressing, baked beans, prunes & dried mango

dinner: twice baked potatoes w/ cheesy sauce & kale, roasted beets, two glasses red wine

Today:
2 cups of coffee with vanilla soy milk.
1 bowl Peanut Butter Puffins (breakfast cereal) with vanilla soy milk.
1 Whistler's Own Bakery Skookum Bar.
1 cup of coffee with vanilla soy milk.
In my bento:
Jasmine rice with organic veg (red chard, broccoli, celery) stir fried in garlic & lime juice.
Organic carrots with hummus.
Sheese pieces, crackers, dried fruit (banana, kiwi, papaya)
1 bowl Amy's Alphabet soup.
1 piece olive oil & rosemary bread.
3 New York flatbreads with french onion Tofutti cream cheese.
Soon I'm going to have a piece of apple pie with vanilla soy icecream.
And a cup of icewine tea.

Breakfast: A lemon Lara bar.
Lunch: 1 oz of tortllia chips.
Snack: 6 crackers with 4 tablespoons of hummus, An iced espresso (6 shots) with soy milk.
Dinner: A smoothie; 3/4 cup mixed berries(strawberry, rasberry, blueberry) 1 cup of light vanilla soy milk, 4 tablespoons of vanilla soy yogert, 1/4 cup (1/3 serving) protein powder, 1 small banana.

for breakfast i had
toast with strawberry jam
lunch.
apple and watermelon cut up with some soy mixed berry yoghurt
with a echinacea tea.
afternoon snack will be a chocolate muffin (when they have cooled) and a rosehip tea.
dinner i have no idea yet

Darn you Cobweb...you've got me hooked on Cheezly :p Just when I'd trained myself not to buy any more Chocoreale! One packet lasted uh...two days, so I'm going out today to buy some more. I understand it's a bit of a 'Marmite' thing - you either love Cheezly or you hate it. For people who've had both Cheezly and Scheese, which one would you say was better and why?

Subway whilst I was out and about - wheat bread with everything the salad section has covered in ketchup.
DINNER:
Chilli with wholemeal rice, iceberg lettuce, sour cream and chive dip and homemade qucamole!
SNACK:
Glass of pineapple juice

I've had an olive and pepper pate sarnie on wholemeal seeded bread, and my mum has told me that she has made me a pie, so I will be heading to Stone to munch on that in a bit :)

yesterday:
coffee.
few bites leftover chili chocolate mole on homemade seitan.
vege turkey on hoagie roll with chard, tomato, onion, mushrooms, vinegrette and mustard.
3 dill pickle spears.
2 roasted carrots.
2 bottles of wine.
grilled tofu with bbq sauce on ww roll. (didn't stay down :()
