did you make it yourself?? that sounds good :D

Yes. It was delish! Jamboxrock had been eating pumpkin frequently, and it made me want it. I asked Jamboxrock how to make the pumpkin shake. I just made this one with rice milk instead of vanilla ice cream, and some ice, and it was niiiice.

Do you make your own tortillas - do you have a recipe and are they complicated to make (scuse the third degree :D ) ?I bought the tortillas from Sainsburys. They look very strange, but taste yummy.

Never tried making them - probably more effort than it's worth

That stir fry sounds good. Mine are always soy sauce and ginger-garlic based. Or teriyaki (from a jar). Sort of boring... I will try it your way next time. :)

I used to do them with soy sauce, but I haven't been able to find a good one yet in Italy. They all taste weird. A jar of curry paste was all that was left in the fridge to give it a non-Italian taste for a change ;) and it turned out nice.

ooh, you don't know castagnaccio? it's the best of all the gorgeous italian food! :D it's a slightly sweet, dense cake, more like a bread really, made of chestnut flour, pine nuts, raisins, a bit of rosemary.
