Yesterday: (got up at noon, not hungry, so ate kind of erratic)

bengal spice tea
banana w/ pnb

tvp pattie on rosemary bread w/ tomato, spinach, nayo, mustard
green tea
bbq soy crisps
sweet potato fries
ear of corn
candy cane lane tea

salad (arugula, mushrooms, tomato, scallions, 1000 island dressing)
english breakfast tea
pear

mayan chocolate spice tea
"ice cream bar" (vanilla ice cream , chocolate coating)

#1:
1 and a half kiwi (the other half was too mushy)
1 cup of coffee with Silk creamer

#2:
Mesclun salad leaves, tomato, cucumber, green onion, and lemon juice (salad)
2 pieces of toasted multi grain bread with 1 tbsp of Vegenaise
(I combined these to make a sandwich)
Diet Pepsi

#3:
1 cup of puffed kamut with a sprinkling of cinnamon and xylitol (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Xylitol)

#4:
1 oven roasted potato and a few chunks of roasted carrot eaten with a bit of bbq sauce
1 bowl of tabouli salad

#5:
Strawberry soy yogurt
1 baby cucumber
1 cup of coffee

#6:
Simple fava bean salad (fava beans, tomato, onion, lemon juice, sesame oil, cayenne pepper, black pepper, salt) eaten with some pita bread
1 chocolate wafer cookie

B: Luna vanilla macadamia teacakes and cranberry orange black tea
L: Tasty Bites punjab eggplant over basmati rice
S: Veggie crisps with tomato basil hummus
D: Tofu salad (with tomatoes, green pepper, parsley, and cucumber) in a whole wheat pita and steamed cauliflower with tahini sauce

plus water and a mug of coconut aloha black tea

...plus while I was up studying I had a pack of mambas and a cherry cola. Tisk Tisk.

Breakfast: Missed it.

Lunch: A veggie burger with lettuce, Heirloom tomato, Veganise and red pepper hummus on whole wheat seeded bread.

8 oz of strawberry/kiwi/apple/grape juice.

A soy cappuchuno.

Dinner: 1 cup of fried eggplant, 12 strips of soy "chicken", 1/2 a cup of lima beans with 1 tsp of earth balence butter.

Today:

2 cups of coffee with vanilla soy milk.
1 bowl Optimum Slim cereal with vanilla soy milk.

1 cup of coffee with vanilla soy milk.
1 Whistler's Own Bakeshop Skookum Bar.

In my bento:
Organic salad - romaine leaves, cara cara orange, poppyseed dressing.
Home made rice pudding.
Chopped organic strawberries.

Organic veg - roasted herb potatoes, roasted asparagus (with vegan parm), zucchini stir fried in olive oil and garlic all with golden gravy.

1 cup cherry tea.
1 Chinese style rice ball/cake with peanut filling.
1 birdsnest cookie.

early dinner: salad - red leaf romaine lettuce w/ Braggs sesame ginger and lentils w/ nutritional yeast and salsa (not many veggies left in the apartment :rolleyes:)

snack: multigrain everything crackers

lunch: hummus & pita chips, stuffed grape leaves, lentils & rice

snacks: uber-sugary black & white cookie, kale chips

dinner: corn chowder, tempeh bacon

snack: popcorn, a beer

Breakfast: A smoothie: 3/4 cup of peaches, 1/4 cup of strawberry/kiwi/apple/grape juice, 1 cup of unsweetend vanilla almond milk.

Lunch: 12 "chicken" strips on 2 slices of whole wheat seeded bread with veganaise, Lettuce, Hummus and heirloom tomato. A pickle.

Snack: 10 small water crackers with hummus.

Dinner: 1/2 cup of lima beans, 1/2 block of fried tofu with plum sauce, 3 raw 'baby' carrots.

L: tomato and brocoli stew-type thing

D: samosa, tomato cuppa soup and a couple of corn cakes
S: couple of rhubarb and custards (julian graves ones are vegan) and 4 squares sainsburys tangerine chocolate (free from).

Yummy, yummy day.

Bowl corn flakes + soya milk.
Apple.

Huge Hummus, tahini, avocado, sundried tomato, sunflower seed and salad sandwich from an awesome cafe opposite University. It's like they just throw everything in there, every bite being a little different. And it's all freshly baked bread.

Packet of Dairy free milk buttons i found in International Supermarket. Never had them before, and had to try them.

Spaghetti Bolognese - vegan style using vegemince.

And i'm munching on a plum.

L: sliced vegetable sushi roll [cucumber, carrot, avocado, squash wrapped in rice and nori] w/ wasabi
a tofu "chunk" [white rice wrapped in fried tofu] - it was kind of sweet?!
and edamame

S: trailmix - raisins, almonds, hazelnuts, apple bits, peanuts
cup of tea [blackcurrent, gingseng, vanilla flavor]

D: will be a red leaf romaine lettuce salad w/ tomatoes, sprouts, and Bragg's ginger sesame dressing

Breakfast: 1/2 cup of dried papya, banana and pineapple. 2 slices of whole wheat seeded toast with 2 tablespoons of sugar-free rasberry jelly, 6 oz of lemon soy yogert with 1/4 cup of cherry granola.

Lunch: A smoothie: 1/4 cup of kiwi/strawberry/grape juice, 1 cup of unsweetend vanilla almond milk, 2 small peaches and 1/2 cup of mixed berries.

Dinner: A veggie burger with soy sour cream, Lettuce and clove sprouts, 2 pickles.

Iced espresso (6 shots) with soy milk.
