BREAKFAST:

Leftover tandorri vegetables on a wholemeal English muffin with ketchup

LUNCH:

5 banannas and rice milk smoothied up

DINNER:

A veggie burger in a wholemeal pitta bread with shitloads of salad, chips and corn on the cob

SNACK:

Two crumpets one with strawberry jam and the other yeast extract!

Alpro soya yoghurt

Breakfast: Crunchola with tinned apples and rice milk
Lunch: 3 Dolmades and 2 small falafel balls, 4 madjool dates
Dinner: Hot Dogs, hehe, with veggies and dip

So far:

B: chocolate porrige (wow, kept me full all morning!) and a handful of grapes
L: 2 linda mccartney sausages, veg dippers (from sainsburys) and beans
S: some corn cakes sprinkled with nutritional yeast, rhubard & custard sweets

Edit:

D: chocolate porrige again, this time with banana mixed in
S: more corn cakes, grapes (oh dear, i reeeaally need to vary my diet a little!)

1/2 quesadilla (ww tortilla, amy's refried beans, scallions, soy cheese, salsa, guacamole)
few tortilla chips to finish guacamole & salsa

mango ceylon tea
ginger, butternut squash, red lentil soup (La Dolce Vegan)
salad (spinach, red leaf lettuce, tomato, mushrooms, chickpeas, balsamic vinegrette)
bengal spice tea

earl grey tea
raspberry chocolate chip blondie

Today:

Hummus, avocado and cherry tomato sandwich on white bread.

Homemade macaroni cheeze with grilled tomato on top. Romaine lettuce. Cucumber.

Two cups of rooibos tea with soya milk.

One cup of chamomile and limeflower tea.

Two bananas. One clementine.

Baked potato with hummus. Sweet Chili Kettle Chips. Romaine lettuce. Celery.

yesterday:
coffee with sugar and soy milk.
tomato, lettuce, fyh cheddar on ww roll.
veggie patty and steamed spinach on wg toast smothered in vcon cheesy sauce.
grape juice.
plate of extra crispy fries with vegenaise, org ketchup and a giant kosher dill pickle.
bowl of raisin bran with soy milk.

so far today:
coffee with sugar and soy milk.
1/2 cold veggie sandwich on rye with tofutti cream cheese. (lettuce, tomato, onion, sprouts, avocado)
fries with seasoned salt and ketchup.
more coffee.
will have leftovers from breakfast for lunch.
dont know about dinner, but i'm thinking some sort of vegetable silken tofu crustless quiche type-o-thing.

Breakfast: Rolled oats soaked in soy milk with grated apple

Lunch: Salad (at café): Baby greens, roasted beets, marinated grilled tofu, butter beans, dressing. Was goood. :)

Dinner: Chickpea noodle soup (V-con)

so far ive had three cups of coffee with soy...
&
a tortilla
a bite of an apple which was obviously not good (because i only had one bite..)

a mango. which was awesome.
a baked tofu, tomato, avocado, lettuce & goddess dressing sandwich on ezekiel bread... duh, amazing?
a glass of fresh squeezed OJ... which was pretty much the best thing EV-er.

im sure ill have a handfull of almonds at some point.
and leftover thai for dinner.

scratch that... well i had the almonds, but i went to farmers market and filled up on strawberries and apples! yum!

I had to use what was left around the house, (tommorow is grocery day)

Breakfast: 1 slice of whole wheat seeded toast with 1 tablespoon of sugar-free rasberry jelly, A smoothie; 1 cup of unsweetend vanilla almond milk, 1/4 cup of mango/guava/passion fruit juice, 1 1/4 cup (mixed) Strawberry, Cherry, Blackberry, Blueberry, Rasberry, Peach, Mango.

Lunch: Carrot salad; Orange and yellow carrot, Corn, Peas, Pearl onion, Broccolli, Celery, Yellow bell pepper, Veganaise and cracked pepper lemon & thyme musterd. Sprouted peas, Lentils and adzuki.

Snack: 2 oz of vanilla soy yogert, A sprinkle of cherry granola.

Dinner: 1 cup of rice, 1/2 cup of white beans, 2 soy hot dog-like sausages.

At a Chinese restaurant: Veggie fried rice, some of my cousin's sauteed green peppers, a few sips of hot & sour soup (smells so bad :o), and 2 spring rolls
Can of Pepsi
Boiled potatoes with garlic and lemon juice eaten with pita bread
Fresh watercress and pita bread
Cup of tea
A few chocolate wafer cookies

Today:

2 cups of coffee with vanilla soy milk.
2 pieces organic multigrain toast with white chocolate peanut butter.

1 cup of coffee with vanilla soy milk.
4 raspberry fig bars.

"Chicken" salad - organic romaine, Yves veggie ground chicken (stir fried), poppyseed dressing.
10 crackers with little squares of Sheese on top.
A few organic raisins.

1 glass of white wine.
1 bowl of organic butternut squash soup with croutons.
1 sandwich - organic multigrain toast, Tofurkey breakfast sausage (sliced), nayonaise, hummus & ketchup.

1 cup of cherry tea.
1 Skookum bar.

Bowl of wheat cereal with soya milk
Piece of w/m bread with PB and a sliced banana

Baked dough balls
Cheeseless pizza with jalapenos and red pepper
D:
Chinese veg stir fry
Banana with a pot of soya caramel dessert
Lot of white wine:satisfied:

So far today I have had the other half of the melon, bowl of cereal and a glass of choccie soya milk. :bigsmile:
Also a fruit smoothie, two packets of crisps, jacket potato with baked beans and tomatoes, a sandwich with avocado and plamil mayo and a caramel dessert!!! It's only 2.45!

Stir-fry (tofu, broccoli, baby corn, sugar snap peas, soy sauce) over quinoa

I didn't finish my whole day today but I'll put what I ate so far and what I'm planning. :thumbsup:

So far....
2 cups of Middle Eastern coffee
1 orange
125ml tub of soy yoghurt
A few pretzels
2 bowls of brown rice, corn, with various condiments (sounds too gross to say but it was absolutely delish)
Bottle of pop
Bowl of chips


And then I went on to eat cookies, lentils, pretzels, tea, and a banana.

Tody was really unhealthy and gross!!

L: vegetable sushi roll [carot, zucchini, squash, avocad and white rice] w/ wasabi
tofu "chunk" - sweet tasting tofu stuff wrapped around rice

D: hummus w/ pita bread, romaine lettuce, tomatoes, olives, and three falafel chunks
sweet potato fries - I feel so sick now!
