I had an awful headache today. I didn't cook anything, I just ate what was avalible.

Breakfast: 3 small-medium sized cookies (Oatmeal rasion, Penutbutter, Coconut macadamia nut). Iced esspresso (3 shots) with soy milk. ('breakfast' is probably why it was so bad... http://www.veggieboards.com/boards/images/smilies/spew.gif)

Lunch: 1 piece (a little less than 1/4 block) of herb crusted tofu, 1/2 cup of rasberry sorbet.

Dinner: 1 cup of Thei tofu stirfry (assorted peppers).

Dessert: 2 Large strawberries, 4 large grapes, 4 tablespoons of soy whipped cream.

I'll do better tommorow. We're going to the 'flea market' so I won't get a chance to snack on unhealthy crap (none of their unhealthy crap is vegan...) :p

Lately I've only been eating once a day. I don't suppose it's very healthy,
but I never get a chance to have breakfast; I'm too lazy to pack my lunch, and I don't eat the school lunch, so I just eat a lot when I get home....

Today I had:

some mandarines & an apple
brown rice w/peas
bread

2 small lemon cookies
part of a sesame crunch bar
sub sandwhich from subway with spinach, tomatoes, pickles, olives, green peppers, and banana peppers
baked potato chips
jerk seitan and coconut rice (from wvav)
roasted asparagus in olive oil and lemon juice
strawberry marguerita and chips and salsa

Yesterday:
Millet rice oatbran flakes with soya milk and a chopped banana.
Handful of almonds.
Yogi Choco tea with soya milk and agave nectar.

Macaroni cheeze. Two sticks of celery. Hummus. Sweet Chilli Kettle Chips.

Peanut butter, strawberry jam and banana sandwich on white bread.
Cup of rooibos tea with soya milk.

Banana

Three small jacket potatoes w/coleslaw (carrot, raisins, sultanas, plamil mayo, slivered almonds)
Salad (apple, pepper, lettuce, celery, tomatoes)

Mango slices
Slice toast w/peanut butter & strawberry jam

Corn spaghetti w/baked beans, spinach & nutritional yeast

Tea w/rice/soy milk x2

D: polony sandwich, vegetable juice (carrot, beetroot, apple, celery and ginger)

I've been feeling a bit down recently and it's led to a lot of junk food and snacking :( Improvements are needed.

Today I had:

Breakfast: 2 large white pittas with organic marmalade

Lunch: Brown rice with organic broccoli, organic cauliflower, chilli oil and sesame seed stir fry. 1 Alpro Soya vanilla dessert.

Tea: 2 large white organic pittas with roasted red pepper hummous and spinach. A small handful tortilla chips. 1 dark chocolate rice cracker. A punnet of raspberries. Half a pint of pure o/j.

Tomorrow:

Breakfast will be bananas and more pure o/j.

Dinner will be a big roast dinner with potatoes, carrots, field mushrooms, red onion, stuffing, gravy, butternut squash roastie things.

Tea will be homemade pizza (tomato puree, onion, mushroom, red pepper, green pepper) and garlic bread.

popcorn drizzled w/ earth balance (while watching a movie)

L: edamame in pods
1/2 blue gatorade - I was told to drink it for my messed up electrolytes, but it tasted kind of weird

organic- 2 chai (s) - hmmmm, what is the plural of chai?
organic- bagel with home made apple butter
organic- quinoa with black beans, kale, mushrooms, tempeh and tahini sauce
organic- Wholesoy chocolate hazlenut frozen yogurt- first time I've tried this and I have to say it is soooo good

Frys burger in a wholemeal bun with lettuce and mayo

Breakfast: Oatmeal, strawberries, hemp protein shake, too many cups of coffee.

Snack: Apple.

Lunch: Mixed greens, tomato, cucumber, lentils, 2 rye crackers.

Snack: Brown rice cake with mustard

Dinner: Corn, black beans, zucchini and cauliflower.

Happy 4:20 to all who love the ganja.

Yesterday:
Nuttolene, romaine lettuce and tomato sandwich on wholemeal bread.
Macaroni cheeze. Romaine lettuce. Tomato.
Millet rice oatbran flakes with soya milk.
Baked potato with Pure spread, baked beans and nutritional yeast. Romaine lettuce. Tomato.

Today so far:
Hot chocolate.
Avocado, tomato and cress sandwich on wholemeal bread.
Macaroni cheeze. Baked beans. Lettuce, cabbage, celery, cucumber, tomato, yellow pepper and red onion salad.
Yogi cinnamon spice tea.
Two boiled new potatoes with Pure spread. Spicy bean burger. Lettuce, cabbage, celery, cucumber, tomato, yellow pepper, red onion, black olive and avocado salad. Hummus.
Chamomile and limeflower tea.

Yesterday:

Breakfast: Missed it.

Snack: A small iced esspresso (3 shots) with soy milk and soy whipped cream.

Lunch: 2 grape tomatoes, 6 romaine lettuce leaves with red pepper and garlic hummus.

Snack: A small 'hamburger' bun with lettuce, Tomato, Pickles, Onions, Horseradish, Musterd and ketchup. (I was at a redneck 'no healthy food' car race. http://www.veggieboards.com/boards/images/smilies/rolleyes.gif)

Dinner: An actually veggieburger with lettuce and hummus. (It was late)


Today:

Breakfast: 2 small slices of homemade banana nut bread, Soy whipped cream, 1 large strawberry.

Lunch: 10 romaine lettuce leaves with red pepper and garlic hummus.

Snack: A cup of coffee with unsweetend vanilla almond milk, 1 tablespoon of vanilla soy creamer, Soy whipped cream.

Dinner: 1/2 cup of baked beans, 1/2 block of firm-pressed grilled tofu with 2 tablespoons of mango coconut pepper sauce, 1 plain sweet potato.

Breakfast: steamed organic kale; organic tomato, organic carrot and organic capsicum, boiled in vegetable bouillon; weeties with organic soymilk; cup of ginger drink (10 slices of organic ginger were boiled in water to get this drink); tsp barley grass in cup of water; organic wholemeal mountain bread; 1 tsp of ayurvedic herbal mixture in cup of hot water; 1 Vitamin B12 tablet.

Morning tea: vegetable bouillon

Lunch: 1 tsp of ayurvedic herbal mixture in cup of hot water, 6 organic apples.

Afternoon tea: 1 tsp of ayurvedic herbal mixture in cup of hot water.

Dinner: tin of organic chickpeas; steamed organic peas, organic potatoes and organic corn; wholewheat mushroom ramen; cup of water
