Today:
2 cups of coffee with vanilla soy milk.
1 bowl Optimum Slim cereal with vanilla soy milk.
1 cup of coffee with vanilla soy milk.
1 Skookum Bar.
In my bento:
Wholewheat penne with organic cherry tomatoes and Goddess dressing.
Shredded organic romaine topped with stirfried Yves ground veggie "chicken" with Goddess dressing.
A few crackers with Sheese.
A few slices of boiled lotus root.
Amy's enchilada meal.
1 glass of red wine.
1 cup raspberry tea.
1 piece chocolate banana cake.

Half a wholemeal muffin with polony and ketchup
LUNCH:
Buckwheat with garlic, kale, tofu, mushrooms and an onion
DINNER:
Bowl of cereal with unsweetened soya milk

Porridge with almond/hazlenut milk and ginger
2 slices multiseed toast with yeast extract
Veggie dunkers, mashed potato with basil pesto and chopped pak choi mixed into it, salad leaves, tomato, cucumber

JC, this chocolate porridge of which you speak - is it a brand or do you make it yourself? I once tried stirring cacao powder in with the soymilk but the result was, uhh...less than appetising.:pissed:

Rice/millet porridge w/raisins, sultanas & soy milk

Two small jacket potatoes w/coleslaw (felt ill after this...I'm off vegan mayo for life. Only lasted for about two hours so didn't stop me eating more later in the day haha :o)
Salad (grapes, cucumber, lettuce, tomatoes, pepper)

Wholewheat pasta/broccoli 'cheese' bake w/watercress

yeah, i make it myself. i use green and blacks cocoa powder and mix it with the oats and soya milk (and a bit of sugar :p) it's well yummy.

"dinner" will be the same as lunch i suppose. maybe i'll make the effort to grate some carrots for a salad, with raisins and pine nuts.

BREAKFAST:
Three slices of wholemeal toast. Two with organic crunchy peanut butter and the other with Natex (which btw I wasn't too keen on :()
LUNCH:
Braised tofu, mushroom, onion and garlic with red lentils cooked in vegetable stock.
DINNER:
Two baked sweet potatoes smoothered in cream tofutti, a massive lettuce and spinach salad with a tangy (not really spicey) mixed bean and mince chilli poured over the top.

lunch: corn chowder, huge salad (romaine, purple cabbage, carrot, tomato, avocado, pepitas, almonds, vinaigrette)
snack: vanilla soy yogurt w/ blueberries & flax
dinner: marinated grilled portobello, spicy grilled tempeh, roasted potatoes, two oatmeal raisin cookies, two glasses red wine

Ugh, I ate nearly an entire box of that stuff yesterday. Needless to say, I'm pretttttttty bloated.
It's so good though!
Breakfast Smoothie: Hemp protein, flaxseed, cantoloupe, matcha, stevia, water. 1/2 small whole wheat pita.
Snack: Matcha Soy Latte.
Lunch: Veggie burger on sprouted grain bun with 1 tbsp lowfat hummus & thick tomato slice. Salad: 1 cup mixed greens, 1/2 cup mushrooms, a bit of tomato.
Snack: 3 cups organic popcorn.
Dinner: Salad of mixed greens, strawberries, lentils, cucumber and balsamic vinegar.

Breakfast: 2 slices of whole wheat toast with 1 tablespoon of sugar-free rasberry jelly, 1 cup (2 servings) of cherry granola with unsweetend vanilla almond milk.
Lunch: A smoothie: 1/4 cup of mango, A few cherries, 1 large strawberry, 1 cup of unsweetend vanilla almond milk, 1/4 cup of (mixed) strawberry/kiwi/coconut/pineapple/apple/grape/lime juice.
Dinner: A sandwich: 2 slices of whole wheat bread, 2 teaspoons of soy mayonaise, 12 "beef" strips, 1/4 of a bell pepper, 1/4 of an onion, 2 small shiitaki mushrooms, A bit of shoyu.
Iced espresso (6 shots) with soymilk.

rice, beans, and veggies (a quick dinner... too tired to cook after a very long, busy day at work)
ill probably make a cup of soyhotchocolate before bed... its so freakin cold!

Pasta salad: wholewheat penne, Yves veggie bacon, organic cherry tomatoes - served warm with Goddess dressing.
A few slices of boiled lotus root (still crunchy) dipped in Goddess Dressing.
2 sliced organic kiwi.
1 can Amy's vegetable lentil soup.
2 pieces organic multigrain toast with Soy Garden spread.
1 glass of red wine.
About to have a cup of raspberry tea and a piece of chocolate banana cake.
