Today:

2 cups of coffee with vanilla soy milk.
1 bowl Optimum Slim cereal with vanilla soy milk.

1 cup of coffee with vanilla soy milk.
1 Skookum Bar.

In my bento:

Wholewheat penne with organic cherry tomatoes and Goddess dressing.
Shredded organic romaine topped with stirfried Yves ground veggie "chicken" with Goddess dressing.
A few crackers with Sheese.

A few slices of boiled lotus root.

Amy's enchilada meal.
1 glass of red wine.

1 cup raspberry tea.
1 piece chocolate banana cake.

Half a wholemeal muffin with polony and ketchup

LUNCH:

Buckwheat with garlic, kale, tofu, mushrooms and an onion

DINNER:

Bowl of cereal with unsweetened soya milk

Yesterday:
Porridge with almond/hazlenut milk and ginger
2 slices multiseed toast with yeast extract
Veggie dunkers, mashed potato with basil pesto and chopped pak choi mixed into it, salad leaves, tomato, cucumber

Later, D: will probably be soup. who am i kidding, it'll be porridge :D

JC, this chocolate porridge of which you speak - is it a brand or do you make it yourself? I once tried stirring cacao powder in with the soymilk but the result was, uhh...less than appetising.:pissed:

Yesterday:

Rice/millet porridge w/raisins, sultanas & soy milk
Banana

Two small jacket potatoes w/coleslaw (felt ill after this...I'm off vegan mayo for life. Only lasted for about two hours so didn't stop me eating more later in the day haha :o)
Salad (grapes, cucumber, lettuce, tomatoes, pepper)

Apple w/peanut butter

Wholewheat pasta/broccoli 'cheese' bake w/watercress

Two weetabix w/rice milk

Coffee w/rice milk x2

cranberry-pomegrante juice
small portion of scramble, left over from yesterday (what I think is a small portion is probably a normal portion) :rolleyes:
dandelion root tea

candy cane lane tea x 2
4 slices pizza (from Whole Foods), topped w/ extra sauce, mushrooms, red onions, sliced tomatoes, marinated artichokes, FYH mozzarella

chickpea cutlet
rice w/ veggies & shoyu (from WF)
green beans in red pepper/shoyu sauce (from WF)

british breakfast tea x 3

yeah, i make it myself. i use green and blacks cocoa powder and mix it with the oats and soya milk (and a bit of sugar :p) it's well yummy.

So lazy, I can't be arsed to cook after revising so much! :rollseyes_ani:

too much coffee today
porridge with banana slices + strawberries
wholegrain bagel with yeast extract, rocket + tomato slices
apple, more strawberries
"dinner" will be the same as lunch i suppose. maybe i'll make the effort to grate some carrots for a salad, with raisins and pine nuts.

about 1 cup of grapes
cashew cookie larabar

1/2 mashed avocado with balsalmic vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper on rudi's smelt ancient grain bread
steamed asparagus with lemon juice and salt

8 strawberries with soyatoo whipped cream
earl grey creme tea

whole wheat spaghetti noodles with tomato sauce with kalamata olives and artichokes
vitamin water

BREAKFAST:

Three slices of wholemeal toast. Two with organic crunchy peanut butter and the other with Natex (which btw I wasn't too keen on :()

LUNCH:

Braised tofu, mushroom, onion and garlic with red lentils cooked in vegetable stock.

DINNER:

Two baked sweet potatoes smoothered in cream tofutti, a massive lettuce and spinach salad with a tangy (not really spicey) mixed bean and mince chilli poured over the top.

yesterday...

breakfast: pancakes w/ blueberry syrup & vanilla soy yogurt, green chai tea

lunch: corn chowder, huge salad (romaine, purple cabbage, carrot, tomato, avocado, pepitas, almonds, vinaigrette)

snack: vanilla soy yogurt w/ blueberries & flax

dinner: marinated grilled portobello, spicy grilled tempeh, roasted potatoes, two oatmeal raisin cookies, two glasses red wine

Ugh, I ate nearly an entire box of that stuff yesterday. Needless to say, I'm pretttttttty bloated.
It's so good though!

Breakfast Smoothie: Hemp protein, flaxseed, cantoloupe, matcha, stevia, water. 1/2 small whole wheat pita.
Snack: Matcha Soy Latte.
Lunch: Veggie burger on sprouted grain bun with 1 tbsp lowfat hummus & thick tomato slice. Salad: 1 cup mixed greens, 1/2 cup mushrooms, a bit of tomato.
Snack: 3 cups organic popcorn.
Dinner: Salad of mixed greens, strawberries, lentils, cucumber and balsamic vinegar.

Thanks JC - if I try again I shall need to put in some agave or something...it came out really bitter with cacao powder *makes mental note to buy G+B next time*

B- Smoothie (two bananas, two apples, an orange), Ginger Snap Larabar
S- Pistachio Larabar (YUM my favourite flavour:satisfied:)
L- Salad (grapes, pepper, lettuce, carrot, tomatoes, cucumber) w/pinto bean hummous, Cocoa Loco Nakd Bar
S- Apple w/peanut butter
D- Brown rice w/lentil bolognese, nut.yeast & peas
S -Smoothie (rice milk, one banana, cacao powder)

Honeybush tea w/rice milk x2

few oven fries w/ ketchup & vegenaise

2 pieces of lasagna (filled w/ spinach, morningstar crumbles, FYH mozz, tofu w/ seasonings whipped up in blender, and marinara sauce)
organic red kale w/ toasted sesame oil

earl grey tea
small slice gingerbread apple pie w/ vanilla "ice cream"

lunch: salad of everything I could find (romaine, sugar snap peas, carrot, sliced hot dog, almonds, pepitas, avocado, pear, almond parmesan, crumbled everything crackers, light balsamic vinaigrette), diet gingerale

snack: smoothie (banana, mango, kiwi, vanilla soy yogurt, oj), tings

dinner: braised red cabbage, wheat rotini w/ peas, carrots & cheesy sauce

before bed: sleepytime tea

Breakfast: 2 slices of whole wheat toast with 1 tablespoon of sugar-free rasberry jelly, 1 cup (2 servings) of cherry granola with unsweetend vanilla almond milk.

Lunch: A smoothie: 1/4 cup of mango, A few cherries, 1 large strawberry, 1 cup of unsweetend vanilla almond milk, 1/4 cup of (mixed) strawberry/kiwi/coconut/pineapple/apple/grape/lime juice.

Dinner: A sandwich: 2 slices of whole wheat bread, 2 teaspoons of soy mayonaise, 12 "beef" strips, 1/4 of a bell pepper, 1/4 of an onion, 2 small shiitaki mushrooms, A bit of shoyu.

Iced espresso (6 shots) with soymilk.

a cup of coffee with soy

soy yogurt with cereal

another cup of coffee with soy

rice, beans, and veggies (a quick dinner... too tired to cook after a very long, busy day at work)

ill probably make a cup of soyhotchocolate before bed... its so freakin cold!

2 slices of toasted rudi's spelt ancient grain bread with 1/2 avocado (mashed up with balsalmic vinegar, garlic powder, salt and pepper), a tomato slice, and alfalfa sprouts
steamed broccoli with salt and lemon juice
12 strawberries

sicillian macaroni (whole wheat macaroni with spices, canned diced tomatoes, tvp, and kidney beans)
5 small ginger snaps

1 Whilster's Own Bakeshop "Hippie Bar"

1 cup of coffee with vanilla soy milk.
4 raspberry fig bars.

In my bento:

Pasta salad: wholewheat penne, Yves veggie bacon, organic cherry tomatoes - served warm with Goddess dressing.
A few slices of boiled lotus root (still crunchy) dipped in Goddess Dressing.
2 sliced organic kiwi.


1 can Amy's vegetable lentil soup.
2 pieces organic multigrain toast with Soy Garden spread.
1 glass of red wine.

About to have a cup of raspberry tea and a piece of chocolate banana cake.
