Oh me oh my I ate alot of stuff yesterday, but I couldn't help it! It was there and I was hungry :o
BREAKFAST:
Pineapple chunks, apple, two banannas and a handful of grapes
LUNCH: (This was spread over a four hour period)
Hummus, rocket and tomato on wholemeal bread
Veggie bolognaise pasty (H&B...it was reduced:rolleyes:)
A packet of chocolate buttons
A frys burger in a sandwhich of flaxseed mayo and tomato dipped in ketchup
Few more grapes
DINNER:
Sweetcorn, a whole red pepper, onion, frys beef peices covered in salsa and thrown in a wholemeal pitta bread
Needless to say that I was the eating habit of an obese person :o

B: Rye bread with vegemite, before work 6am
L: Cape seed fruit and nut roll, banana, and a plum
S: After work, rye bread with herb 'pate'
D: I thinking a morrocan tagine type thing with sweet potato, onion, capccum, spinach, carrots, and lots of spices. :)

Here's what I ate yesterday:
Bowl of fruit and fibre with soya milk
Salad sandwich on wholemeal bread with egg-free mayo
Carrot sticks with low fat red pepper hummus
2 apples
Baked sweet potato with salad
Lotsa tea with soya milk of course
I'm not normally this good but I'm off to Mallorca with my skinny friends in two weeks time so am desperately tryin to lose a few pounds!

Porridge/almond and hazlenut milk/ginger
Wholemeal pitta with moroccan couscous/tomato/cucumber/cream "cheese"
Brown rice and veggie curry (cauliflower, onion, green beans, chick peas, peas, carrots, courgette, coconut milk, ground almonds, cumin, tumeric, coriander and curry powder)

mashed buttercup squash
british breakfast tea x 2
another spring roll w/ sauce
british breakfast x 2
4 homeade chocolate chip cookies

Not too hungry today.
Oatmeal with strawberries and a bit of soymilk. 2 cups of coffee with soy and stevia.
Green curried lentils over brown rice with cauliflower and broccoli.
3 frozen grapes and a little handful of popcorn.
2 cups of coffee with Stevia & soy.
Black Bean Vegetable soup with sprouted grain toast, and grape tomatoes, sliced mushrooms and baby carrots.
Lots of water.
I might have an apple or orange later if I get hungry.

2 cups of iced black coffee
vegetable sushi roll [squash, carrot, cucumber, avocado]
EDIT: 3 cups of coffee w/ splash soymilk
trail mix [cranberries, walnuts, banana chips, almonds]
EDIT: salad [red leaf romaine w/ tomatoes, and lentils]
EDIT: glass of rice/soy milk mixture w/ blackberries
EDIT: {is that 7 cups of coffee!?!}

Ella where do you get quinoa flakes? I've been looking for them in the cereal aisle. I'm expecting they come in a box :confused: maybe I should be looking in grains :confused:
Yep, that looks like 6 cups to me too, but I'm sure all the quinoa you eat offsets the coffee ;)

The quinoa flakes I buy are by Ancient Harvest (http://www.quinoa.net/106.html), it's a beige/ yellow box in the cereal isle in the "Natures" section of the grocery store. I've only found it at Whole Foods and this one store at school, so I'm not sure how well-distributed it is. Are you in the UK? The website mails to US only. Hope you can find it!!

today:
tofu scramble with fresh spinach and salsa.
potatoes obrien.
rye toast with avocado smushed on top. (s&p)
coffee with brown sugar and soy milk.
spinach noodles with sesame oil, garlic and stewed tomatoes.
salad of mixed greens, shredded cabbage and carrot, tomatoes, walnuts, slivered almonds and sesame dressing.
probably more later.
eta: microwaved a burrito. :satisfied:

Breakfast- Orange, flax seed hot cereal with banana and a splash of chocolate soy milk.
Lunch- cucumber, tomatoes, sprouts and cream cheese wrap. Some chips and salsa. Apple.
Dinner- Barbeque Temph sandwich and steamed squash.
Now- banana and soy delicious chocolate icecream. Possibly a second bowl.:p

I definitely think I should cut back! [as soon as final exams are over].
Horrible! I was a depressed, tired, headachey mess all day (only have 1 diet pop which I don't think has much because it did nothing for me)) but by 8pm, I couldn't take it anymore. I made myself a cup of coffee and I was instantly revived.

breakfast: optimum slim cereal w/ almond milk, an orange, green tea
lunch: wheat rotini w/ cheesy sauce, peas & carrots, braised red cabbage, sugar snap peas, dried apricots & apples
snack: popcorn, orange slice candies
dinner: two wheat biscuits - one w/ pb & strawberry jam, one w/ h&c better than cream cheese, carrot sticks w/ goddess dressing
before bed: a couple bites of pasta that wouldn't fit in the bento, sleepytime tea

Buckweat with roasted mushrooms, leeks and some chopped up frys snitzel
DINNER:
Mixed bean & pulse stew with cabbage, onion, mushroom and parsnips.
(had two servings of it)

S: 2 seseme crackers with tartex herb pate
L: Wholemeal pita with hummus and tabouli
S: Small Tegan Blue Plum
D: Frys burger in a country grain roll with veggies and dip (what i thought was sugar snap peas turned out to be green peas still in their shells, damn supermarket labelling, Ow well they were nice once i podded them anyways, very sweet and crunchy- raw peas who'da thunk it... :)

Starting my new job today at Molly Maid!
Tentatively:
-Slice of sprouted whole grain toast. Smoothie: silk light, hemp protein, strawberries, ice. 2 coffees with silk and stevia.
-Apple
-Sprouted whole grain tortilla with hummus, tofurky (first time having tofurky), tomatoes, red peppers, greens. Carrots & celery on the side.
-Toasted Nuts n Cranberry Luna Bar
-Green curried lentils with brown rice, cauliflower and broccoli.

rice with beans, tomatoes, corn, mushrooms, and spices (leftover filling for the stuffed peppers I was making for dinner) with a bit of soy sauce
1 large stuffed bell pepper with the filling listed and breadcrumbs, slow cooked in tomato sauce
mashed potatoes
3 oreo-like cookies
earl grey creme tea
