So much food today:

B: Three (!!!:eek:) veggie bacon and ketchup toasted sandwiches

L: Two bowls of homemade veg and potato curry

D: Two slices of bread with PB and a bowl of peas, sweetcorn, baked beans and gravy

Snacks: Two packet of crisps and a bar of chocolate

(I wish I could be one of these people who say things like "Oh silly me, I forgot to have lunch today" but I don't think it's going to happen.:o
I could eat some crumpets and jam now as well....):rolleyes:

I know, how do they do it?! I'm already planning what i'm going to have for lunch at breakfast time! :rolleyes:

S: a pear
L: vegetable chilli with rice and nacho cheese, nature's choice blueberry cereal bar
S: an apple, handful of cornflakes
D: tomato and butterbean soup

I haven't done one of these for a while.

Breakfast: Cornflakes with oat milk.
Snack: Banana
Snack: Oat cakes with peanut butter
Lunch: Vegetable samosa, falafal and salad
Snack: 2 Satsumas
Dinner: Cauliflower "cheese", baked beans, fried new potatos, veggie burgers, fried tomato.

Numerous cups of coffee throughout the day.

rice pudding with vanilla soygurt and peach preserves
lifelite 'chicken' pieces stir fried with onion, cabbage and carrots eaten with pita, soy sauce and orange glaze

eta: ended up with quick baked beans on toast with vege sausage and sliced tomatoes for dinner.

thai rice soup with coconut milk, cherry tomatoes and mushrooms
1 banana

bento: rice with spinach, raw carrots, cherry tomatoes, half an orange and some cayenne chocolate

fried rice with hot sauce
the other half of the orange

red wine

(rice day due to cooking to much of the stuff)

2 homeade cinnamon waffles w/ almond butter, sliced organic strawberries and Soyatoo
more strawberries on side, some w/ soyatoo, some plain
earl grey tea x 2
raspberry leaf tea

piece of lasagna
ginger peach tea x 2
organic pear

cardamon cinnamon tea
another big piece of lasagna
kale w/ toasted sesame oil
ear of corn
cranberry pomegrante juice
thick slice of wheat bread w/ earth balance, garlic powder, put under broiler

english breakfast tea
3 chocolate chip cookies

Wow I ate a lot today!!
I think it was my first time eating vegan pizza, too!


B: two cups of organic, fair trade coffee
quinoa flakes w/ banana and ground flaxseeds

S: two cups of organic, fair trade coffee
luna bar [nutz over chocolate]

L: salad [red leaf romaine w/ lentils, tomato, salsa, and sesame dressing]
trail mix [almonds, raisins, wlanuts, cranberries, pistachios, dates]

D: piece of vegan pizza ["cheese" and mushrooms]
one cup of non GMO soymilk/ rice milk mixture

how are u not shaking uncontrollably??

Hmmmm, I don't usually shake too bad after those coffees. I just have to space them out in intervals of two at a time. I think it depends on stress levels as well, like I if I'm stressed I shake w/ caffeine. Only had four today and shook... :o


Tigerlily, hope the caffeine withdrawal goes by quickly!! Ill be right there with you in like a month!:amazed_ani:

I've been gone for ages!

Breakfast: Frozen banana blended with 1 cup raw spinach and water; strawberries

Lunch: Mixed greens with some chickpeas; small orange

Snack: 3 slices frozen peaches

Dinner: Steamed cabbage, 1/2 c. boca crumbles, a handful of soybeans

+about 10 cups of coffee :eek: w/ splash vanilla soy milk and stevia

I've been having far too much caffeine lately and it's making me shake. I'm stopping cold turkey tomorrow, that stuff is ruining my health.

last bit of leftover sicilian macaroni
2 toasted slices of rudi's smelt ancient grain bread with 1/2 avocado (mashed with balsalmic vinegar, garlic powder, salt and pepper) and alfalfa sprouts

other avocado half with lime juice and salt

3 ginger snaps
formosa nut oolong tea
s'mores luna bar (I had a late dinner and was starving, so I ate a bit much between lunch and dinner).

stir fry with peanut sauce, tofu, broccoli, peanuts, red pepper, and green onion over white rice

Breakfast:

Bowl of "shredded wheat" with unsweetened soya milk

LUNCH:

Spicey bean burger with red lentils, potato wedges and lotsa fresh tomatoes, cucumber, spinach and lambs lettuce.

DINNER:

Meatballs in a homemade tomato, onion, fresh spinach and fresh basil sauce served with wholemeal pasta - even the omni in the house ate it!

upset stomach :( left school after event management class and didn't go to work.
there's nothing worse for a foodie... so I only had:

2 ciabatta rolls with sandwich seitan, alpro cream cheese and tomatoes

a banana

about a handful of cashews

i ate sooooooo much today! i went to bristol (i.e. fresh and wild :D ), there's just too much vegan food there!

B: chocolate porridge
S: mango smoothie from a juice bar
L: vegan calzone and a piece of vegan carrot cake
D: a bread roll, 1/2 with peanut butter, 1/2 with agave syrup & a pecan pie lara bar

oh it was so good! unfortunately it was something that i bought, so i don't know how you make it :( it's like an egg-style tortilla filled with tofu spread and veggies (tastes better than it sounds)

here's the ingredients:
unbleached wheat flour, carrots, onions, peppers, cabbage, tomatoes, sea salt, home made fresh tofu spread (mint, tofu, sunflower oil, lemon, sea salt, black pepper, origano)

at a conference all day, but pretty decent vegan food:
sandwiches with hummus and red pepper, and grilled vegetables respectively
fruit (strawberries, melon, pineapple)
too much coffee

leftover curried rice with courgette + banana

For tea I had haggis legs and oven chips, covered in lots of gravy.

Haggis legs are a sausage from Wicken Fen, so called because "if Haggis really do have legs, this is probably what they look like." Too much textured protein for me though, hence all the gravy, that and because oven chips (bought by mistake) are sooooo dry.

lots of multi-grain seed crackers

i'm thinking pita pizzas for dinner...
