Breakfast: Handful of kashi cereal, 1 pear
Snack: 1 cup of strawberries
Lunch: Bowl of steamed veggies
Dinner: shirataki "noodles" with steamed tomatoes and squash, slice of lite tofu
+ 1 liter sparkling water and tea; maybe some grapes later

Breakfast: Leftover chinese from last night: 1/2 cup of broccoli with garlic sauce, 1/4 cup of rice, 1/4 cup of lemon tofu.

Snack: 1oz of apple chips.

Lunch: Half of a tofu "egg" salad sandwich with tomato and lettuce on whole wheat, 3/4 cup of (for both) blood orange and pineapple sorbet, iced esspresso (4 shots) with soy milk and 2 tablespoons of soy whipped cream.

Snack: half a pack of "chicken" jerky, 1oz of dried mulberries, 1/2 a white sapote.

Dinner: 3 small slices of soy cheese pizza.

8 oz of apple juice.

BREAKFAST:

Porridge with a chopped bananna, unsweetened soya milk and a dash of agave

LUNCH:

Organic peanut butter and jam in a wholemeal sandwhich

DINNER:

Two slices of wholemeal toast with tomato mix ( Chopped tomatoes, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper and olive oil) spread on top with some roasted mushrooms.

(I didn't eat alot yesterday and what I did eat was either junk or carby as hell!)

scramble (tofu, shoyu, turmeric, dill, onions, spinach, nutritional yeast)
home fries (organic potatoes, paprika, garlic, black pepper, rosemary)
tempeh bacun
morning blend juice
cinnamon raisin bagel w/ tofutti cream cheese
mayan coco spice tea x 2

chik salad w/ 3 halves of small pita bread
couple pieces red leaf lettuce
6 large green olives stuffed w/ sundried tomatoes
coconut chai (w/ caffeine)
english breakfast decaf

ginger peach tea x 2

(no dinner)

B: maple frosted cornflakes with alpro soya light
S: lemon sojasun yogurt
L: malted roll (half with nacho cheese, half with peanut butter) a samosa
D: a banana, some pistacio nuts and some unsulphured apricots

2 slices of rudi's smelt ancient grain bread with baked tofu, hummus, alfalfa sprouts, and a slice of tomato and red pepper
about 7 or so small ginger snaps
12 oz. V8 100% vegetable juice

tasty bites bombay potatoes over jasmine rice
oolong tea
slice of vegan cookies and cream cheesecake

1 cranberry juice and vodka
hashbrowns (my boyfriend was craving them after a night out:))

green smoothie (1 cup spinach w/ 1 frozen banana)

a few dates and some more grapes
tea w/ soymilk and stevia

1/4 c. chickpeas
lots of garlic steamed cabbage
slice of lite tofu
a few baby carrots

more tea
unsweetened cocoa

Roxy, what's this hippie bar? Whistler's Own Bakeshop sounds pretty good on it's own. Is it a bakery near you?



It's the same place that makes the Skookum Bars that I eat:

BREAKFAST:

Baked beans, mushrooms, burger, homemade sautes, two slices of toast and plenty of ketchup

LUNCH:

Bowl of cereal with unsweetened soya milk

DINNER:

Wholegrain rice with steam brussels and green beans and some crispy fried tofu. Then I covered it in a thick onion gravy.

SNACK:

Wholegrain bagel with organic peanut butter

oolong tea
chickpea curry with jasmine rice
tofu katsu (fried tofu), edamame, miso soup, 1/2 avocado roll, 1 inari piece
3 oreo-like cookies
fried mushrooms (went out to a dinner thing and this was the only vegan thing they had besides fries, and they weren't very good b/c the chef specially fried them without egg, and the batter didn't stay on well)
lots of wine :)

S-Apple Pie Larabar
L-Hummous, carrot & rocket sandwich, baby carrots, fruit salad (kiwi, melon, mango & pineapple)
S-Apple, Pecan Pie Larabar
D-Lentil stew (lentils, carrots, watercress, oats, tomatoes, pepper)
S-Two weetabix w/rice milk

L-One and a half rolls w/cheezly, salad (apple, cucumber, pepper, tomatoes)
S-Dairy Free Rice Crackle Bar
D-Lentil bolognese w/mashed potatoes, cheezly, cabbage & peas
S-Grapes, Passion Fruit Soy Yoghurt

Tea w/rice milk x2

God, I ate so much crap yesterday :eek:. I overdid it, even for me (my 'normal' days look like most people's binges on here...:()

Toasted sandwich with mint, chickpeas, pepper, lemon juice, vegannaise, marmite & spinach.
Mashed potato and baked 'cheezy' beans (with nutritional yeast), with pepper.
Another sandwich, same as above. Hula hoops

2 x peppermint tea

Not feeling well today, so quite lazy with food. :(

ETA: lovely (omni) boyfriend is making me tomatoey veggie pasta for dinner :D so I will get the vitamins etc. I need to get well again!

Porridge with hazlenut/almond milk and ginger (just for a change)

Wholemeal pitta with couscous, cherry tomato, radish, lots of diferent lettuce and mustard

Dinner when done will be "shepherds pie" (mince, tined tomato, onion, gravy, carrot, peas, mushrooms topped with mash) with veggies (broccoli, sweetcorn, kale)

Woops I've been busy lately & forgotten to post so here's yesterdays..

B: bowl of 'detox' tea (fresh ginger & lemon & 2 peppermint teabags)
wheat & yeast free natural meusli w/ gluten free +lowfat soymilk w/ lots of raspberries

S: 2x large soy lattes

L: big mixed leaf, tomato, cucumber & spanish onion salad w/ lemony dressing

S: lemon, ginger, fresh mint tea

D: roasted 1/4 pumpkin & eggplant w/ cumin/tumeric & steamed broccolli

today so far...

B: bowl detox tea
3 bean mix w/ onions, spinach, garlic, tomato paste & lemon juice/chilli/oregano/pepper/morroccan spice seasonings

Roxy, thanks for the info. The bars sound nice. It's too bad about the cookies...no reason they couldn't make them vegan.

^^ cardamon cinnamon tea sounds delicious veganwitch...I love tea.

It smells wonderful but to me the taste is pretty mild. I think I'll try it next time w/ 2 bags www.RepublicofTea.com

I was intrigued by the coconut tea you drink and searched for it online. I found Teavana....their teas sound incredible!
