BTW veganwitch, I meant to tell you I found Maple Tea. It's not the same brand we were discussing, but it's a Canadian brand. I found it at the Asian grocery store of all places :)

I am thank you :) Not just the taste but how it smells too - especially straight after you pour the hot water over the tea bag :)

two days in a row now...

Saturday:

berry muesli with vanilla soy milk

2 sesame bread rolls with strawberry jam

some pineapple chunks
cherry tomatoes

white wine
whole wheat fussili with tempeh cacciatore
salad with ramson, olives and mushrooms

Sunday:

a banana

at vegan brunch: chickpea salad, sauteed mushrooms, a variety of spreads on bread, phyllo spinach pasties, bulgar pilaf, cherry streusel cake, tiramisu


1/2 grapefruit

a pizza with asparagus, mushrooms and Keehse

I've been celebrating my new job by drinking alot and eating junk...however this will be the LAST day you will see me eat shit like this.

BREAKFAST:

Cereal with chopped strawberries and unsweetened soya milk

LUNCH:

Two wholegrain bagels with jam and organic peanut butter

DINNER:

Four skewers of satay tofu and 15 mini spring rolls dipped in sweet and sour sauce.

8 cans of carlsberg

Yesterday:
Mug of hot and sour soup. One slice of bread with Pure spread.
Cocoa Loco Nakd bar.
Half a jumbo sos roll.
Roast potatoes. Roast butternut squash. Nut roast. Broccoli. Green Beans. Gravy.

S- Apple, 1oz pistachio nuts
L- Spinach & coconut soup, three herb scones w/pure, salad (grapes, pepper, cucumber)
S- Slice home made gluten-free carrot, seed & raisin cake
D- Butter bean, carrot, aubergine & potato casserole w/tahini sauce

I got it from a vege fast food place near work. i'm trying to stop going there, but it is sooo hard!

Today so far I've had a tiger-roll with cheezley and yeast mushroom spread stuff(?!) and also some dairy free chocolate buttons.yum :)

Breakfast: Oatmeal with soymilk, hemp protein, pineapple, strawberries, blueberries, kiwi.
2 cups of coffee with soymilk & stevia.

Snack: Red Delicious apple.

Lunch: Pinto beans with brown rice, broccoli, celery and green beans.

Snack: Carrots and cucumber with hummus.

Dinner: Lentil vegetable soup with tofu added. Mushrooms and grape tomatoes with black bean dip. Maybe a matzo or 2 rye crackers.

several cups of soyfee almond-amaretto coffee substitute (I thought it was amazing)

coconut acai prana bar
rainforest red tea

stir fry (broccoli, ginger, mushrooms, onion, red pepper, bamboo sprouts, green beans, shoyu, toasted sesame oil)
basmati brown rice
homeade spring roll (quite big filled w/ shredded carrots, shredded green cabbage, yves ground round, shoyu, rice wine, ginger, toasted sesame oil ) w/ plum sauce
ginger-green tea

english breakfast tea
2 chocolate chip cookies
1/2 bag of snacker jack (vegan cracker jack)

2 slices of sunflower seed bread with alpro "quark" and tomatoes
1 banana

bento:
1/2 grapefruit
leftover tempeh cacciatore with penne
some tomato wedges
cayenne chocolate
cashew nuts

small bowl of berry muesli with vanilla soy milk

Japanese cooking with a friend- yakisoba with iceberg lettuce, mini wieners and homemade yakisoba sauce, mixed salad with sesame dressing

Avocado and tomato sandwich on whole wheat bread
A small amount of pita bread, olive oil, and zatar (Middle Eastern spice mix with sesame seeds)
Banana
Puffed kamut cereal and kiddie cereal with soy milk
Iced green tea (decaf)
Okra stew and homemade hashbrowns

Breakfast: Cornflakes and oat milk
Snack: Banana
Snack2: Oat cakes and peanut butter
Lunch: Rye bread with hummus, cherry tomatos, mushrooms and spring onions. Packet of crisps.
Dinner: No cheese pizza (tomato, onion, mushroom, pineapple) and chips.

A few chunks of avocado.
One slice of toast with baked beans and Worcester sauce.
Wholemeal spaghetti with soya mince and tomato and vegetable sauce.
Two squares of plain chocolate.

BREAKFAST:

Baked beans and mushrooms on toast

LUNCH:

Bento - wholemeal pasta with a cider vinagar and extra virgin olive oil dressing. Mixed green leaf salad with a whole sliced tomato. Two strawberries, mixed unsalted nuts, homemade hummus, two raw carrots, two raw peices of brocolli and one raw peice of cauliflour. Also a dried apricot, pineapple and date.

DINNER:

I went to a BBQ last night so I had one frys burger in a white bread roll (yeh my friends dont do brown rolls :rolleyes:) with tofutti cream cheese slice, alfala sprouts and ketchup. Then I had 2 more burgers which I dipped in ketchup and three sausages of which I did the same.

So junk basically. If I had a bbq I would have a full spread on a table...but hey bbqs are about meat for these people.

Oatmeal with wheat germ, soymilk and raspberries. Two cups of coffee with stevia and soymilk.

Yellow pepper strips and baby carrots with hummus.

Tofurkey on sprouted grain bread with tomatoes and black bean dip. Side salad with grape tomatoes, mixed greens and cucumber.

Apple.

Brown rice, pinto beans, broccoli, celery and green beans.

large portion of scrambled tofu (with mushrooms, onions, carrots, nut yeast, spices, salsa), 1 slice of toasted ancient grain smelt bread with hummus, 1 orange

cranberry orange black tea

sub sandwhich with spinach, tomatoes, olives, green/banana peppers, pickles, oregano, and vinegar and oil, baked potato chips, slice of vegan cookies and cream cheesecake, diet cola

1/2 grapefruit
handful of dried mango slices

square dark chocolate rice crisp
(I was so stuffed. Somehow for missing lunch I ended up eating too much :rolleyes:)
