Maple Frosted Flakes & Soya Milk

Lunch:
Avocado, Hummus, Sundried Tomato, Sunflower Seed, Tahini and Salad Sandwich

Dinner:
Falafal, Hummus, Tomato and Lettuce Tortilla Wraps.

YUM.

Cup of coffee with soy milk
Arabic soup made of chickpeas, pasta balls (can't explain?), and onions
Tomatoes, cucumbers, and green olives
Chocolate soy milk
Bowl of grapes
Creamy potato and leek soup with crackers
Simple salad (lettuce, tomato, cuke, green onion, green olives with sesame oil and vinegar)
Cup of coffee with soy milk
Bowl of chips
Glass of cranberry juice

chili fries
vanilla carob 'shake'

had a 'throw stuff in a skillet' dinner: fries, lifelite beef strips, stewed and fresh tomatoes, shredded carrot, soy milk, almond slivers, garlic bowder, basil, oregano and parsley. it was pretty good.

D- boca crumbles on romaine, some tomato chunks and 1 cup cabbage soup

1/2 cinnamon raisin bagel, toasted w/ tofutti cream cheese
watermelon

key lime yogurt
2 banana-wheat germ muffins
candy cane lane tea
other half of bagel

chamomile tea
yves veggie dog, spread w/ vegenaise & grilled on oat nut bread w/ relish, mustard, ketchup
baked beans
coleslaw
cardamon cinnamon tea

Breakfast: Toast with black berry sugar-free jelly, Vanilla soy yogert with vanilla granola.

Lunch: A smoothie (just like yesterdays) ...How orginal...

Dinner: "Chicken" seitan with broccolli, Onions, Mushrooms and green onions, Served over brown rice.

Dessert: 1 cup of orange (vegan) jello, Iced esspresso (6 shots) with soy milk.

(throughout the day) 3 cups of green tea.

I haven't been eating very healthy, balanced meals lately. Mainly because I can't be bothered.

Today:

2 cups of coffee with vanilla soy milk and a half shot of kahlua in each.
1 bowl of Optimum Zen cereal with vanilla soy milk.

1 cup of coffee with vanilla soy milk and a half shot of kahlua.
4 raspberry fig bars.

In my bento:
1/2 baked potato with paprika and hummus.
Amy's chili (medium with vegatables).
1 organic mango, sliced.

A few spoonfulls of organic butternut squash soup.
2 Yves veggie bacon sandwiches with nayonaise and ketchup on sourdough toast.

1 cup of tangerine tea.
1 vegan rice krispie bar.

L- Salad of borlotti beans, sweetcorn, pepper, tomatoes & carrot. Brown rice w/sultanas & cashew nuts.
S- Apple, Strawberry/banana soy yoghurt
D- Mushrooms in a fresh tomato sauce w/corn spaghetti, peas & nut.yeast

Quite a lot of food today but healthy I think:

B: Bowl of wheat cereal with soya milk
S: 2 bananas and a soya yoghurt
L: Tofu and veg stir fry
S: 2 w/m pittas, one with raspberry jam, one with tomatoes and yeast extract
D: I'm cooking curried potato and veggies now for dinner

1 orange, 3 small gingersnap cookies, oolong tea
couscous with carrots, edamame with soysauce and lemon juice, steamed broccoli
2 more ginger snaps and oolong tea
homemade lentil soup (with carrots, tomatoes, onions, celery, green pepper, and spinach), baked potato with tofutti sour cream and chipolte tobasco, bit of chickpea salad

Breakfast: Bran flakes and rice milk.

Lunch: Grilled remains of nut roast, potato waffles, baked beans and tinned tomatos (cooked lunch 'cause I worked from home today - woo!)

Dinner: Spag-bol (tomato, mushroom, courgette, onion, veggie-mince, whole-wheat spaghetti)

Just about to start on a bottle of red wine from the Co-op. :)

Could do with something sweet, might make some pop-corn later.

quinoa flakes w/ small red apple and ground flaxseeds

2 FT coffees w/ splash soymilk
almond bar
piece of chocolate

sushi roll [zucchini, cucumber, carrot, and avocado]
three tofu chunks
edamame

salad - spring mix w/ tomatoes, sprouts, mushrooms, black beans, and avocado

Sweety that is hardly unhealthy! Alot better than I have been doing lately!! Although yesterday wasn't that bad.....;)

BREAKFAST:

Chips, baked beans, mushrooms, two slices of wholemeal toast (with no butter) and plum tomatoes. (Had to be done really because it was my last breakfast with the boys from work.)

LUNCH:

Bento - Tomato, lettuce, sprouts and chopped toffuti cheese salad. Leftover risotto, raw carrots, brocolli and babycorn dipped in organic peanut butter. Fresh grapes.

DINNER:

Brocolli, cauliflour, peas, garlic and baby corn curry with wholegrain rice and a large salad of lettuce, tomato, cucumber and half an avocado.

peanut butter pretzel mojo bar and cranberry orange tea
couple handfuls of peanuts
large bowl of leftover lentil soup (with lots of veggies) and 1 orange
4 small gingersnaps
sub sandwhich with spinach, tomatoes, pickles, green/banana peppers, olives, vinegar and oil, salt, pepper and oregano), baked potato chips, and a diet coke
1/2 package of chocolate mix skittles (just saw these today and was surprised to see they were vegen, so my bf and i had to try them...pretty mediocre though)
small bit of leftover couscous with carrots and edamame
1 banana

Baked beans on toast

LUNCH:

Soup - brocolli, cauliflour, sweet potatoes, carrots, onion, curry powder, pepper, veg stock and spinach noodles. Served with plenty of soy sauce! :)

DINNER:

Linda pie with kale and home made paprika potatoes

S: A toasted bagel with raspberry jam
L: A spicy beanburger in a w/m pitta bread with ketchup
S: 2 sliced bananas with a pot of vanilla dessert
D: A jacket potato with watercress, celery, tomatoes and jalapenos
S: Packet of salt and vinegar crisps

Not amazingly healthy, the crisps were calling my name though.:)
