biscuit w/ earth balance & agave
earl grey tea
cinnamon bun yogurt

pistachio lara bar
candy cane lane tea
artichoke hummus w/ crackers
english breakfast tea

white tea
brown basmati rice
garbanzo beans/sundried tomatoes/spinach/garlic / onion stir fried w/ umeboshi plum vinegar & toasted sesame oil
2 huge spring rolls w/ plum sauce
green-ginger tea

almond sunset tea
couple squares dark chocolate w/ rice crisp

2 bowls leftover lentil soup (with veggies), 1 slice sourdough bread with hummus
1 tbsp cashew butter
lg diet cola
1 chickpea cutlet and 2 large helpings of lemony roasted potatoes (v-con), steamed asparagus
2 cups 100% orange juice

L- Tofu & ketchup sandwich, salad (cucumber, carrot, tomatoes, lettuce)
S- Apple, red cherry soy yoghurt
D- Baked sweet potato w/baked beans, watercress & celery
S- Apple, peach/pear soy yoghurt

Tea w/rice milk x2

I'll try and join in with your healthy eating if you don't mind Aphrodite...I have 10lbs to lose before summer kicks in, unsurprisingly :rolleyes: I'm sure junk will sneak in there pretty quickly though *sigh* I don't generally even last a week.

Porridge with hazlenut/almond milk and ginger
Bagel with sheese spread (didn't really like all that much)/tomato/sprouted lentils
Veggie tart (courgette/peppers/tomato/red onion/pesto) with salad (boring lettuce/cucumber and tomato !)

Slice of bread with Pure spread and vegetable pate.
One can of beer,
Cranberry juice.
Vegetable and soya mince chilli. Baked beans. Mashed sweet potato with black pepper. Carrots cooked in olive oil, brown sugar, lemon juice and chili powder. Baby spinach, watercress and rocket.
Cashew nuts.
Sandwich with Pure spread, cherry tomatoes, a sage and onion slice, salad cream, baby spinach, watercress and rocket.

orange carob bar
berry cheeky naked bar
1/2 chunk of pickled mango
pasta with marinara

must eat veggies.
very snacky day today. :D

Breakfast: Cherry Alpro Soya yoghurt
Lunch: Potato snack pot
Dinner: Gnocchi and butter, chocolate tofu dessert (both homemade)
Hot chocolate

I've managed to cut down on snacking, but I need to work on eating a bit more healthily ;)

leftover chickpea cutlet on a whole wheat bun with bbq sauce, veganaise, and alfalfa sprouts, steamed asparagus with parma

cinnamon carrots
vanilla hazelnut tea

chocoalate obsession ice cream w/ banana, chocolate sauce, soyatoo whipped cream, and topped w/ a strawberry

Breakfast: A veggieburger on whole wheat flax bread with hummus, Tomato and spinich.

Lunch: A pseudo-'green' smoothie: 1 cup (mixed) Cranberries, Papya, Pineapple and cherry. 1 cup of unsweetend vanilla almond milk, 1/4 cup of kiwi/apple/grape/lime/strawberry juice, a pinch of spinich and a handful of wheat grass.

Dinner: Another veggieburger :rolleyes: on a burger bun with soy mayonaise, Lettuce, Tomato, Pickle and musterd. Some hummus and pita bread, A bit of steemed asperagus.

2 cups of unsweetend chocolate almond milk.

(throughout the day) 3 cups of green tea.

-sprouted grain toast w/ coconut oil and jam
-green tea
-spicy peanut butter sandwich
-2 clementines
-potato, cilantro, cuccumber salad
-half of a pb and jam sandwich
-handfull sunflower seeds
-grapefruit
-bowl of dijon chips
-few glasses of red wine
-wrap of leftover chilli and salad

My final exams started today so I've kind of been munching along all day...

I had a little bit of thick rolled oats left that I combined with a green apple, date, cinnamon, nutmeg and soymilk
Mango
Cup of minnestrone
1/2 wheat pita stuffed with falafel, lemon tahini sauce, tomato, alfalfa sprouts, cucumber and red onion
Cinnamon-maple walnuts
Cup of Thai pasta salad
Chunky peanutbutter and raspberry preserves sandwich on cracked wheat bread

smoothie with 2 bananas, 3 kiwi, 1 cup baby spinach, ice
asparagus sushi, thai vegetable sushi, edamame, miso soup
beers + 1 shot:)

No Ella, that's really not a lot of food at all, but TBH I've seen much worse posts on here so...meh.:sad:

Yesterday:

B-Rice/millet porridge w/soy milk, banana
L-Baked beans on two slices wholemeal toast, salad (cucumber, lettuce, tomatoes, carrot, celery)
S-Apple, peach/pear soy yoghurt
D-Lentil & potato burgers w/ketchup and courgettes.
S-Cornflakes w/rice milk

Ella, don't be crazy! I can easily eat that much in a meal. :)
