sorry I haven't posted on this one for a while. trying to get my eating habits back to normal...cuz I'm working a night shift...abit strange. Bento is comming in very handy.

yummy "cereal" - chopped banana, apple, kiwi, orange, strawberries, and blueberries in rice milk
OK! so I've made it until 4pm without coffee. I'm doing well. I've been drinking lots of water instead.

Breakfast: Sultana bran with rice milk.
Snacks: Coconut bar. Oatcakes and peanut butter.
Lunch: Grilled aubergine, mushroom and tomato baps. Packet of crisps. Liquorice bar.
Snack: Orange.
Dinner: Tofu, onion, red & green peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes, water chestnuts and bamboo shoots in black bean sauce. with rice. Twice :satisfied:

Coffee with soy milk
Peanut butter and jam sandwich (on whole wheat bread)
Earl Grey tea with sugar
Homemade french fries and ketchup
Kick-ass salad! Lots of veggies....
"Freaky"--Middle Eastern grain like bulghur, cooked in veg broth
Lots of fruits; watermelon, orange slices, strawberries
Veggie burger on bun with ketchup, mustard, pickles, tomato, lettuce
Cup of Throat Comfort tea

Did you only have fruit until 4pm? Seriously, I'm worried about your eating. I don't mean to imply anything, but your food posts remind me very much of my anorexic days :confused:

Yep, thats what I ate today, but normally I eat much more.
I don't want people to worry. Appliepie, I was just a little upset today. :(
It was really good though!

I'm fine, really! I take meds for everything and the drinking has cut back a lot.
So I take it exams are over then. How did they go?
Yep, exams are over!! I'm so relieved. They went pretty well, and I've managed to maintain my GPA. :D Thanks for asking!

cranberry orange tea
1 cup garlic and basil gnocchi with marinera sauce and steamed asparagus with parma
peach black tea
glass of chocolate soy milk
1/2 a grapefruit

S- a few frozen mango chunks, half a glass soymilk
D- 1/2 cup black eyed peas w/ steamed cabbage and a few bites of brown rice
+lots of water, some tea, hot water w/ carob powder and stevia

Have you tried the fruit sampler from Celestial Seasonings? The one with 4 or 5 types of fruit tea in the same box?

Breakfast: 1 slice of whole wheat flax toast with 2 teaspoons of sugar-free blackberry jelly, A hazelnut/french vanilla latte; (2 teaspoons of hazelnut soy creamer, 2 teaspoons of french vanilla soy creamer, 1/4 cup of unsweetend vanilla almond milk, 2 tablespoons of soy whipped cream).
Lunch: Missed it.
Dinner: 1 1/2 cups of rice, 3/4 of a cup of white beans.
An iced esspresso (6 shots) with soy milk and 2 tablespoons of soy whipped cream.
(throughout the day) 3 cups of green tea, 2 cups of unsweetend chocolate almond milk.
I didn't eat as much as I should have today. I wasn't *GASP* hungry.

vegan sausage baguette with salad for lunch,
snack of a few rice cakes, and then
a dinner or carrot and corriander soup with a mahoosive salad!

yesterday...
breakfast: optimum zen cereal w/ soy milk, half a grapefruit
snack: coffee w/ soy milk, wheat crackers
lunch: bento - veggie fried rice, red & green bell peppers, dried apple slice, fig bar, mixed pepitas, raisins & dried cranberries
snack: walnuts
dinner (in a town we don't know very well, for a concert): salad (iceberg, green pepper, tomato, red onion, oil & vinegar), fries w/ ketchup
at the concert: more beers than I meant to have, bf kept getting them for me!
on the drive home: wheat thins, sierra mist free

I haven't tried that sampler but I did see it at the natural store. Right now I am mad at Celestial Seasonings (insert mad face here). I ranted about it in the Gripes thread. Long story short is I drank a box of their tea that had milk in it b/c it wasn't listed in the ingredients.
