Coffee with lots of soy milk
Pita wrap: watercress, tomato, cucumber, onion, mustard, sesame oil, salt and pepper
Chips :)
Tomato, cucumber, radish and olives on a plate with a baked potato topped with salsa
Cup of tea
3 strawberries
Peanut butter and jam sandwich on whole wheat bread

B: Tangerine blended with water to make juice, 6 strawberries
S: Plum, chunk of melon
L: One frozen banana and 1/2 spinach blended into a smoothie
S: A few broccoli florets with a tsp. of avocado
D: Salad with romaine, slice of tofu, tomato, & soy sauce for dressing; steamed cabbage
+lots of water, about 1/2 c. soymilk in my tea(s), and maybe some cocoa or fruit later.

Roxy, can you post that somewhere for me too?! I have a few of their teas and buy them quite often. :)
I'd assume a lot of the green/ white teas would be vegan, but I can see them putting honey in the fruity ones.

Today:
2 cups of coffee with vanilla soy milk.
2 pieces wholewheat toast topped with mashed organic avocado, salt & pepper.
1 cup of coffee with vanilla soy milk.
4 raspberry fig bars.
In my bento:
mushroom couscous
broccoli and seasoned veggie "chicken" stir fried in sweet lime juice.
1 organic navel orange.
1 glass of white wine.
1/2 baked potato with soy sour cream & paprika.
4 bean burrito with ketchup.
Probably have a cup of tea later.

yesterday...
breakfast: optimum zen cereal w/ soy milk & blueberries
snack: a couple bites of an apple that was way more bruised than I realized
lunch bento: wheat orzo w/ red bell pepper, chard, lemon butter sauce, pine nuts & almond parmesan, celery & carrot sticks w/ pb, grilled patty pan squash, cucumber slices, blueberries, fig bar
snack: apricot white tea, wheat crackers
dinner at chinese buffet: spring rolls w/ duck sauce, veggie sushi, plantains, white rice, cabbage/broccoli/carrots, spicy tofu w/ veggies, bok choy, fried potatoes & peppers
after: one beer
sounds like a lot more food than it actually was, I think, because most of it was small portions of each thing.

Mashed tofu sandwich with raw zucchini slices, tomato, basil, and Parma (nutritional yeast + walnuts) on wheat bread- this was really good!

Kung Pao Tofu with red bell peppers, peanuts, scallions, and sesame seeds
Couple pieces of veggie sushi

Breakfast: 1/2 cup of grape sorbet and an iced esspreso with soy milk and hazelnut soy creamer.
Lunch: 1 roll of sushi (lettuce, carrot, cucumber, avacado, multigrain rice) with miso ginger dressing.
Dinner: two soy cheese and spinich enchladas with green onions, 1 1/4 cups of refried beans.
Snack: 1/2 cup of english peas with margarine, 2 lettuce leaves with hummus.

Sn: 1 slice organic spelt chocolate brownie
1 slice pana de casa bread (can't resist when it's fresh).
D: bruscetta with baby spinach, tomatoes, red onion & mushrooms
no doubt some more chocolate brownie

I have given myself a bit of a break from hard core revision so have managed to eat well today :) well maybe not well but a lil more!
B: cereal bar and redbush tea
S: rice cakes
L: celery with 'cream' cheese, tomato with salt and pepper
S: 2 slices of spelt bread with 'cream' cheese and nutritional yeast
D: bacon, tomato, 'cream' cheese and mustard open sandwich on 2 slices spelt bread, I am happy now :)
