breakfast:
coffee + rice milk
soy yogurt, banana + granola
lunchtime revision break in the park with friends:
chickpea flatbread + hummus
tabbouleh
tomato salad
some olives
strawberries
dinner will be leftover tabbouleh, and a mango that needs to be eaten

Lunch: Chip butty
Snack: Strawberries (woo Strawberry season! :))
Dinner: Home made tomato soup with olive ciabattis.

decaf coffee
HUGE salad [red leaf romaine lettuce, broccoli sprouts, radishes, a tomato] w/ balsamic viniagrette and kidney beans
1/2 a watermelon
2 brazil nuts + handful of peanuts

formosa nut oolong tea
lentil rice briyani (prepackaged meal)
raw cauliflower and tahini (snakced on this off and on)

Two fried tomatoes and one fried courgette, seasoned with tamari. Two slices of wholemeal toast.
Fried potatoes and two fried tomatoes.
Hummus and lettuce sandwich on wholemeal bread.
One banana.

Day off from my weight loss regime. :satisfied:
Cup of soy milky coffee
About 5 cookies worth of maple cookie crumbs and broken bits
Veggie burger on bun with ketchup, relish, mustard, and tomato
Salad: romaine lettuce, tomato, cucumber, green onion, radish, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper, cayenne pepper
Can of pop
Handful of chips
2 bananas
An Arabic dish made of bulgur and chickpeas (wasn't too crazy about it, honestly) eaten with pita bread
2 waffles with syrup

Bowl of Peanut Butter Puffins (cereal) with vanilla soy milk.
1 toffee nut soy late.
1 sticky rice roll (half black rice, half white rice - filled with 3 different types of bean curd & veggies and a piece of chinese donut).
1 green onion pancake.
1 passionfruit tea.
1 glass of wine.
Might have something else later.

drinks: beer, scotch, wine (not large amounts), then an emergen-c packet

BREAKFAST:
Two slices of thick cut wholemeal toast with organic peanutbutter and jam
LUNCH:
Mango, bananna and apple juice smoothie
DINNER:
Chilli flavoured potato salad with a baby leaf salad consisting of spinach, rocket etc, tomatoes, sweetcorn, a whole avocado and nutritional yeast.
SNACK:
Two crumpets with jam

3 large bananas, 2 slices of sprouted grain toast, lots of peanut & almond butter, a whole wheat matzo, strawberries, frozen grapes, quinoa and black beans with sea salt. Two cups of coffee with stevia.
And that's just breakfast :)
It's 2 hours after breakfast, and I'm hungryyyy.
I will probably have a big salad with lots and lots of fresh veggies, and who knows what else.

I used to be able to get them in Sainsburys and Waitrose, but no more. You can sometimes get them in larger health food stores (NOT Holland & Barrett).
