I love a lot of his books too, particularly the Dark Tower series. It's fantastic, have made a few friends start it too. I want to re-read it soon.

Ah yes, love them too, but for me you can't beat his earlier work...Misery and The Shining are my personal favourites, although his recent book Lisey's Story was wonderful in a different kind of way...more surreal I suppose.

Yesterday:

B-Three weetabix w/rice milk, banana
L-Tempeh & ketchup sandwich, salad (cucumber, tomatoes, lettuce, carrot, celery)
S-Apple, mini Swedish Glace chocolate coated vanilla ice cream lolly

S-Another mini Swedish Glace chocolate coated vanilla ice cream lolly

Tea w/rice milk x2

Mmm, first time trying tempeh...I love it! I really don't understand why so many people seem to hate it so much

B: Wholegrain miniwheats with soya and rice milks; apple.

L: Pea soup; vegan hotdogs; bread and fruit spread; soya yoghurt

Not sure about dinner; maybe a pasta dish from Joanne Stepaniak's book, "The Uncheese Cookbook", plus fresh veggies: spinach, asparagus, runner beans. Probably tinned fruit for sweet (boring!!!). Anyone got any ideas for sweet that do not have millions of calories (I'm a very curvy vegan, not at all like the sterietype) or take an hour or more to prepare?

Got some homemade tomato soup in the freezer somewhere I think, might get some crusty bread and have that later..... mmmm.

You people have all such lush meals, wish I wasn't such a lazy cow. Do any of you want a lodger to share your meals? *looks hopeful*

Does pineapple juice have laxative properties when you drink a lot, Aph?

 I hope not, hehe.
(I always drink a lot, I must drink about 15 glasses of water a day usually, my bro is the same way. We're lucky we don't drown.)
