ive had cocopops and almond/hazelnut rice milk
a jacket spud and rocket salad..avocado..cherry tomatoes
carton of weirdo just juice orange and 3 ginger biscuits
linda M country pie thing, brocolli and asparagus
bottle of cider
so my raw eating went tits up really. :) (again)

i actually just spoke to my mum on the phone and she asked what i'd had for tea. and when i said 'a pie' she went all weird like i wasn't allowed to eat a pie.
'but the girls dont eat pies..
what kind of a pie..?
a pie as in a meat pie?
but a pie has pastry..'

I'm trying to eat more raw but it seems I'm eating too much fruit and not enough veggies!

1/2 banana, 6 strawberries, 10 blackberries, 1/2 apple
coffee w/ splash hempmilk

2 small oranges
Lara bar - cashew cookie flavor

1 banana
1 grapefruit
1/3c raw sunflower seeds

mushrooms w/ hummus
romaine lettuce w/ tomato and lentils

I'm trying to eat more raw but it seems I'm eating too much fruit and not enough veggies!

I don't blame you though. Fruit is meant to be raw but veggies are so much better cooked!

Handful of roasted, salted peanuts.
Cup of rooibos tea with soya milk.
Toasted sandwich - mashed avocado with lemon juice, salt and pepper and sliced tomato on wholemeal bread.
Chocolate Readybrek with sliced banana.
Another slice of wholemeal toast with mashed avocado and sliced tomato.
Maya Gold chocolate (I shall savour it as it may be my last ever bar, sob sob).

Yest'day:
B: 2 mandarins, homemade lemony date muffin, tea w/ rice milk
S: 2 pces of praline choc, 2 Sweet & Sara marshmallows (new purchases) tea w/ rice milk
L: Salad (lettuce, tom, cuc, carrot, avo, dressing)
S: Mandarin, green smoothie (narnas, b.spin, berries, kiwi)
D: fried tofu n veggies again
+ lots of water

Sure, they're from this blog (http://veglicious.blogspot.com/2008/04/blueberry-lemon-muffins.html), and I have made some alterations.

The first time I made them, I did lemony blueberry ones like the recipe but I used spelt flour (instead of pastry flour) and rice milk (instead of soy).

The second time I made them I used rice flour (instead of pastry flour), rice milk again, raspberries and pear.

This time I used rice flour and rice milk again with chopped up dates and lemon. I mistakenly used raw caster sugar instead of raw unrefined sugar and they almost have a scone like texture and are quite dry, I think this is also because they do not have any fruit in them to give them a moist texture. They are a bit lighter in colour too. But they are nice heated!

That's no good, Roxy. I was a bit like that last week. It's so easy to lose motivation/energy. Or if I buy too many packaged goods I neglect fresh fruit n veg.

L-cup or so of broccoli
S-handful of grapes, no-sugar cherry italian ice
D- half a slice tofu, broccoli and a carrot mushed together, steamed artichoke
+cup of soymilk throughout the day. might have another, i didn't eat enough today :/

Yah - it's just not happening. I dunno what it is really. When I think about preparing food for myself lately it's a bit "Blaaaaaaa - do I even have to eat anything. Just gimme a piece of bread." I've been making up my bentos for luch but even they're lacking pizzaz these days.

But I suppose it'll come back to me.

preparing food sucks. thats why i eat raw right now. i hate buying or making food for myself so i think im better off raw.

baked potato chips
2 tbsps cashew butter, half a glass of chocolate soy milk
packaged microwavable thai lemongrass rice thing
lots of chips with salsa and guacomole and a large frozen strawberry marguerita:) (yay to finals being over!)

L: Hummus sandwich with letuce cucmber and tomato
D: Biggest plate of vegetables ever!!!!!!! steamed spinach, baby carrots and asparagus, with lettuce cucmber and tomato salad, all topped with some vinegar and nutritional yeast, was divine!

HUGE salad! - romaine lettuce, shredded carrots, radishes, broccoli sprouts, lentils, avocado, cucumber
6 medjool dates

black beans and quinoa w/ red pepper kale
twisted tea - sooo good!

Plum and apple crumble.
Two cups of rooibos tea with soya milk.
Baked potato with hummus.
