small portion of leftover ww spaghetti with tomato sauce (made with artichokes, and olives)
fried tofu, edamame, i inari piece, 1/2 an avocado roll, miso soup, 2 beers
bulgar wheat salad with parsley, tomato paste, pepper paste, green onions, olive oil
2 more beers

Spicy beanburger in a bun with ketchup
Crisps
Alpro yoghurt
Banana
Scrambled tofu on toast with ketchup (made it for the first time, it's yummy. :) I think I might try chucking other stuff in it next time like spring onions etc)

Blackcurrant tea and water

Lots of food considering I only got up at 12 and it's not even 4.30 now:rolleyes:

Need some veggies later, I think I might use my vegetable steamer for the first time today as well.

2 fuji apples.
tofu scramble.
grape juice.
curried chickpeas and potatoes.
frozen banana juice bar.
large herb salad with raw kale, cranberries, tomatoes, almonds, walnuts, and hummus.
sauteed tofu on ww roll with bbq sauce.

about to go out and drink like a pirate (its a pirate party :p)...

Three slices of white bread. Baked beans.
Two slices of wholemeal bread. Hummus. Sweetcorn. Ready salted crisps.
Perry. Three cans of Carlsberg.

B: chocolate porridge
L: Hummus sandwich with tomatoes and lettuce on sourdough rye bread
D: Tomato soup with a cucumber and lettuce salad
...I kinda feel like my daily diet is stuck in some kind of foody groundhog day, but the routine helps my revision!
(Plus i think they all taste really good!)

Two bagels, one with hummus and baby spinach, the other with margarine and yeast extract.
Tin of multigrain spaghetti. Slice of wholemeal bread.
Peppermint tea.
Soy sauce-marinated smoked tofu, potatoes, tomato and baby spinach, all fried in sunflower oil.
Leftover tofu, potato and spinach mixture with tomato pasta sauce. Slice of wholemeal bread with margarine.
Can of Carlsberg.
Rooibos tea with soya milk.

i'm in a little bit of trouble so i was scared to come out of my room today. (not that my parents are abusive or anything.)
but my parents left the house so i was able to go in the kitchen and get a little bit of food.

B: Slept Through.
L: Grilled Tofu
S: Some potato chips. A few cups of soymilk. Some chocolate.

B - Large fruit smoothie containing banana, apple juice, blueberries (dried), orange, apple.

L - Fruit and hedgerow mixed salad such as hawthorn leaves and flowers, comfrey and wood sorrell.

S - Wild rice and tofu with tomato, olive oil and olive sauce and a head of broccoli.

I had a very unhealthy breakfast of 3 bread rolls with plamil mayo and mango chutney and a packet of crisps.:o

Now I am cooking spaghetti with veggie mince, yellow pepper, courgette, tomatoes, chilli, garlic and olive oil so a bit more healthy there.:)

Fizzy drink, water and tea to drink.
