B: creamy porridge with blueberries and apple
L: pumpkin bread sandwich with 2 vegan sausages, cucumber and lettuce
D: tomato and lettuce salad with nutritional yeast and balsamic vingegar
As my exams start tomorrow treated myself to a big soy latte!

Breakfast: 2 muffins with Pure and organic marmalade

Lunch: 2 wholemeal pittas with roasted red pepper hummous and spinach, 4 Japanese rice crackers, 1 banana, 1 punnet of raspberries, 1 choc chip cookie

Dinner: Chargrilled artichokes with garlic, chilli and thyme dressing, 2 muffins with Pure and organic marmalade, 1 choc chip cookie

Really healthy day :rolleyes: :D

new potatoes + pointed spring cabbage with salt + pepper

B- 8 diced strawberries in 1/2 c. soymilk, 5 grapes

L- 1 cup cabbage, steamed, a few cauliflower and broccoli florets, 8 more grapes

D- a large salad (1 cup mixed greens, 1/2 cup spinach, 4 olives, 1 small slice tofu and shredded carrot), 8 zucchini slices w/ 2 Tbsp tomato sauce, 1 cup cabbage and sweet onions.

+ 64 oz water thus far and a few cups of tea w/ a little soymilk

scramble (tofu, potatoes, spinach, onion, nutritional yeast, dill, turmeric, shoyu)
english muffin w/ earth balance (1/2 w/ marmalade, 1/2 w/ grape jelly)
acai berry juice
organic granny smith apple
2 raspberry puff pastry twists

cinnamon cardamon tea x 2
pnb crackers
echinacea tea x 2

sleepytime tea
1 1/2 gimme lean patties
mashed butternut squash
diced potatoes w/ rosemary
stuffing
applesauce

irish breakfast tea
4 chocolate chip cookies

Bowl of cornflakes with soya milk and a chopped banana.
Two slices of wholemeal toast with margarine and yeast extract. Tin of multigrain spaghetti.
Nut cutlet. Boiled potatoes. Peas. Cabbage. Mixed beans in gravy.
Three cups of rooibos tea with soya milk.
One cup of peppermint tea.
One cup of liquorice tea.

breakfast: vanilla soy yogurt w/ vanilla almond crunch cereal & flax

snack: banana, acai berry green tea

lunch bento: grilled asparagus, marinated grilled portobello, salad (lettuce, cucumber, baby carrots, ranch), couscous w/ artichokes, roasted tomatoes & olives, rosemary bread, kiwi, fig bar (sounds like way more than it actually was)

snack: walnuts, pepitas & raisins

snack: "cheddar" crackers

dinner: quesadilla w/ fajita syle mushrooms, onions & peppers, teese, lettuce, salsa, sour supreme, spicy black bean soup, cucumber slices

after: last piece birthday cake, apricot wheat beer

In town visiting my parents this week...
1 banana, 1/2 glass chocolate soy milk, cherries
earl grey creme tea
large burrito with black beans, guac, grilled squash and zucchini, rice, salsa with chips and salsa, diet cola
small slice of vegan cake
2 pitas with hummus and tahini sauce, some more cherries
couple glasses of wine

yesterday:
coffee with soy milk.
gimme lean sausage patty and tofu on ww bun.
lettuce salad, chickpea potato curry.
large glass fruit punch.
banana frozen fruit bar.
6 or 7 garlic and herb crackers.
5 tacos on crunchy corn shells (scrambled tofu with taco seasoning, lettuce, tomato, fyh mozzarella, tofutti sour cream).
vodka and fruit punch.

for breakfast, toasted bread with applesauce, a soy yogurt, a tea later in the morning.

lunch : i tasted a premade meal i bought yesterday at the supermarket (from Sojasun), a risotto with mushrooms and tofu. quite good i must say.

I ended up eating something else and not the cereal. It was much yummier too.


Bowl of rice and fava beans with melted soy cheese and salsa with multi grain tortilla chips for dipping :)

breakfast: couscous w/ artichokes, roasted tomatoes & olives, roasted asparagus, half a grapefruit

snack: banana, berryblossom white tea

lunch bento: mushroom, pepper, onion, cilantro & Teese quesadilla w/ salsa & lettuce, black bean soup, baby carrots & sugar snap peas w/ ranch, dried apricots & pineapple

snack: seitanroni, "cheddar" crackers, diet pepsi

dinner: two pieces three-cheese spinach, mushroom & sausage lasagna, cauliflower leek puree

1/2 enchalada dinner from Trader Joes's with salsa and tofutti sour cream
veggie crisps with hummus
16 oz black coffee
2 veggie spring rolls (not fried) with peanut sauce, cold peanut sesame noodles, fried tofu with vegetables and tomato sauce over white rice (had dinner at a vietnamese restaraunt)
more veggie crisps with tofutti sour cream
coconut sorbet
cup of chai tea
