Two slices of wholemeal toast, one with avocado one with hummus.
Half a baked potato with hummus.
Avocado, carrot, apple and lettuce sandwich on wholemeal bread.
Rainbow drops.

Bowl of "Mesa Sunrise" cereal with soy milk



Can of baked beans
3 slices of sprouted grain toast with vegan cream cheese
Handful of cherry tomatoes



Cup of Earl Gray tea



Cucumber slices, carrot sticks, and tomato slices with vegan dip
Bowl of oatmeal

breakfast: chocolate chip banana coffee cake, pb banana coffee cake

snack: apple

lunch bento: half a seitan beer brat on a bun w/ mustard & sauerkraut, broccoli w/ goddess dressing, pasta salad, choco-choco chip-walnut cookie, diet pepsi

snack: pretzels, peanuts & raisins

dinner: hot sauce glazed tempeh over lettuce, herbed millet, steamed kale, another cookie

out: two glasses wine

I hope it is! I was at a friend's and he had bought it specifically so that I could have some dessert as well. A quick scan of the ingredients led me to assume that it is vegan:

Water, Mango (15.5%), Sugar, Raspberry Puree (6.5%), Glucose-Fructose Solids, Blueberry Puree (3%), Blackberry Juice from Concentrate (1.5%), Inulin, Raspberry Juice Concentrate, Stabilizers (Pectin, Locust Bean Gum), Lemon Juice Concentrate, Elderberry Juice

Please don't tell me that I was wrong :confused:

Ben & Jerry's apparently also do a mango-only sorbet, which might be vegan as well.

Thanks for the info ApplePie! I will look for B&J next time I'm at the grocery. This is exciting news.

taste of india masala rice and lentils, diet pepsi
bunch of red grapes
1/4 packet of roasted sunflower kernels
stir fry with baked tofu, broccoli, edamame, green pepper, cashews, tomatoes, soy sauce/stir fry sauce over brown rice

Lunch: usualy salad w/ dressing
Arvo: green smoothie
Dinner: tempeh w/ peanut sauce, mushies and lettuce
Snack: gingerbread, Sweet William White Choc
Lots of water

Didn't get to eat raw today since I'm staying at a friend's apartment, but I guess its not the norm to eat lots of raw greens lol...

bowl of chopped fruit [1 banana, 6 strawberries, and 1/2 apple]
handful of sunflower seeds

bowl of edamame

black beans + quinoa w/ half tomato, garlic, mustard
8 strawberries

going out later... so probably around 8 shots

Trader Joe's Pad Thai noodle bowl, masked by copious amounts of sriracha hot sauce
I hate pad thai. Or maybe I just hate this pad thai-it's the only one I've had, but I feel as though I very much dislike peanut sauce.

I noticed those bowls at Trader Joes but was too freaked out to try one. I guess its good I didn't get one last time I was in. Although that's too bad for you; pad thai can be pretty good.

I've been trying to stay mostly raw to help increase my energy (and to have an excuse to eat lots of fruit) but I don't think I'm getting enough protein in. I'll have to plan better for tomorrow :)
B- a few bites of watermelon
L- apple, handful of grapes
S- smoothie made w/ 1/2 c. spinach, sm. frozen banana & water
D- salad w/ grape tomatoes, scoop of beans, mushrooms and a few olives; steamed broccoli & cabbage; handful of cherries
+lots of water, coffee, and 1/2 c soymilk

Breakfast - Soy latte, multigrain toast with Earth Balance and organic rhubarb jam.

Lunch - Indian food: Rice, spinach, chickpeas, cauliflower and potato stew.

Snack - Blue- and black berry Smoothie.

Dinner - Whole wheat sandwich with Tahini, Earth Balance, broccoli sprouts, tomato, red onion, and butter lettuce.:)

1 multivitamin and 1 omega-3 supplement.

Know any good places I can get some decent pad thai before I swear it off forever?

pavo - i am a muppet. it says 'rode bessen'. silly manda :D

and yesterday, i went to mildreds for end of exam celebration and had leek and mushroom pie and rhubarb and apple crumble and half a bottle of white wine. omgsogood. but i was SO full, when we went to the jon snow, conveniently located around teh corner, i had to sit out hte first pint because i physically couldn't get anything ore in my stomach :D

S)packet of crisp.Tofu pudding(can't remember the name lol)glass of rice milk

L)2 crumpets with peanut butter

S)trial mix(Sunflower seeds,raisins,coconut,few nuts)

T)pasta and chilli

S) popcorn 2 small bowls

Sandwich with chipotle hummus, a little bit of vegenaise, romaine lettuce, and leftover cold pad thai with cranberry juice.
BARELY tolerable. Thinking about it actually makes me feel a bit ill.
