Sprouted English muffin with vegan cream cheese



Salad (romaine, cucumber, tomato, onion) with lemon juice and poppyseed dressing



Rouz ma potata: Arabic dish of fried potatoes in tomato sauce over rice, eaten with some pita bread (mmmmm carb-a-licious)

Yesterday:

bowl of kashi cinnamon harvest with soy milk
cuppa coffee
leftover stirfry (baked tofu, broccoli, cashews, tomatoes, edamame, and green peppers with stir fry sauce/soy sauce) over brown rice
organic breakfast tea
handful of cashews
tofu salad (mashed marinated tofu, vegannaise, green pepper, tomatoes, cucumbers) in a pita with some mixed greens
slices of cucumbers and celery pieces dipped in hummus

Brek: narnas, lemon blueb muffin, mandarins, tea w/ rice milk
Morning: gingerbread cookie
Lunch: salad
Arvo: green smoothie, Tings, Mini Classic Creme Cookies, spoon of Rice Mallow Creme (I got a parcel full of treats from the US!)
Dinner: tempeh w/ peanut sauce, lettuce, mushies

So bad today! was moving into my new place so didn't have food to make and I'm finally near a vegan deli/bakery so I HAD to try some baked goods.
B: tropical smoothie and huge cherry chocolate muffin
Snack (because this can not be called lunch): half a huge carob chip and peanut butter cookie, plum, some carob banana chunks of energy
D: half a avacado explosion sandwich and half a baked tofu sandwich (me and my friend shared) with cocous and lentils
S: apple and snickerdoodle animal crackers

Today (lots of tofu):

formosa nut oolong tea, iced oatmeal raisin luna bar
leftover tofu salad in a pita
pack of mamba chews
grapes
few bites of marinated tofu
couscous with edamame, tomatoes, green pepper, tofu, soy sauce and sriracha
raisins

not enough i know.
it's too hot to eat!

will probably make a gimme lean cheeseburger for dinner cuz i just bought a block of follow your heart cheddar.

Simple stir fry involving carrots, green beans, celery, cucumber, and cabbage with udon, Bragg's (which I've decided I hate) and water.
I put too much curry powder in it but other than that it was average.

Macadamia and cashew Australian wallaby bar.
Rooibos tea with soya milk.
Linda McCartney pie.
Orange juice with Floravital.
Almond milk.
Sushi. Sea vegetables. Two mini pitta breads with hummus.

Bran flakes with soya milk
2 x apples and 2 x bananas
Handful of mixed seeds
Three bean hash with fries and fruit skewers with strawberry compote - from local Harvester pub, very nice!

snack: banana, aprium (apricot/plum hybrid), acai berry green tea

lunch bento: grilled eggplant, sauteed zucchini, patty pan squash & leeks, red pepper sauce, broccoli w/ goddess dressing, strawberry jalapeno corn muffin, dried apricots, choco-choco chip-walnut cookie

snack: pretzels, raisins & peanuts

snack: hot sauce glazed tempeh lettuce wraps

dinner: black bean & sweet potato burritos w/ mango salsa, cilantro & avocado, black bean chips, two glasses red wine

2 slices of pan pizza (mushrooms, olives, green peppers, tomatoes and sauce), 2 plain breadsticks dipped in tomato sauce

Sauteed potatoes, baked beans, mushrooms, grilled tomatoes and two slices of wholemeal bread.

Wholemeal pizza with yellow pepper, garlic and herb cheezly, onion, a sliced sausage and lotsa tomato and garlic puree!

Potato salad with mayola, fresh chives and spring onions

Lemon jelly with fresh mango and kiwi

Triple chocolate cake

3 bottles of beer

(best fusion food Italian place ever! they're opening a branch in London next week, run there folks!)

awesome! I made the recipe up yesterday because a friend had that in the omni version at Vapiano. I'll post a recipe soon.

beans, steamed veggies, and steamed tofu over brown rice with soy sauce and some cilantro garlic sauce, diet soda
pistachios
veggie spring roll (not fried) with soy/ginger sauce, 1/2 thai red curry meal at a thai restaurant with fried tofu, baby corn, peppers, and bambo shoots over jasmine rice, oolong tea
lots more pistachios
lots of wine

I just found out a gravy was suitable for Vegans and all that time I craved Gravy that wasn't some Vegatable gravy, and I thought this one had real beef in it, but no so what do I do..... :heart:
I smother some Vegatables, fried chestnut mushrooms, asparagus and potatoe wedges in GRAVY and it was great. I then dipped some buttered bread in the pools left over. :bigsmile2:
