oatmeal with raisins, cinnamon and apple lentil soup huge salad of mixed greens coffee chocolate cookie salad of tomatoes, olives, arugula, capers ciabatta two apples, some nuts

oats w/ splash of hemp milk, 5 almonds, and 1/2 apple
1/2 apple w/ peanut butter

bunch of strawberries

lentils w/ chopped tomato and mushrooms
kale cooked in garlic and onions w/ spicy mustard

cup of hempmilk
chips w/ gauc and salsa

Today:

everything bagel with hummus, hashbrowns, some watermelon

the hottest f-ing burrito ever! it was called a death valley burrito and had black beans, tomatoes, lettuce, salsa, and habernero puree! i am a huge fan of spicy food and had to try it, but it was very painful. i also had like 3 or 4 torilla chips to try and numb the pain, but it didn't really work. :eek:

Brek: 2 bananas, 1 vanil. cupcake, 3 x tea w/ rice milk
Snack: 1 gingerbread cookie
Lunch: 4 sml avo tempeh sushi rolls
Dinner: Lge green smoothie (baby spin, 1 lge narna, 2 kiwis)
Post-dinner: A slice of home made narna bread (when it gets out of the oven)

Bag of dairy free chocolate buttons
Two hummus, carrot, lettuce and cucumber tortilla wraps
Handful of mixed nuts x 2
Couscous and roasted veg + spicy tomato sauce
Chocolate Muffin

Yum - just back from Uni and i love coming home to a house stocked full of food!

stir-fried savoy cabbage, red lentils, rice + lots of spices

bowl of spicy black bean soup w/ ww bread
tons of chips w/ salsa

D: banana and strawberries and apple pie lara bar

First day all raw! Went really well, hope I can keep it up.

kashi cinnamon harvest ceral with soy milk, black awake tea
simply asia noodle bowl (soy ginger) and a grapefruit
s'mores luna bar, raspberry pomagranate green tea
small slice of pistachio halva
some raw celery pieces with hummus
glass of orange juice
couscous with stir fried tofu, celery, and tomatoes with some soy sauce in a pita (plus the extra couscous that wouldnt fit in the pita)

Onion french stick - filled with tomato, avocado, cucumber, onion, and various salad leaves. With a balsamic dressing that I tossed together quickly.

Whole-wheat sandwich (ahem... x2) - filled with baby plum tomatoes, sundried tomato, avocado, cucumber, salad leaves. With mayola on the bread.

LOADS of Diet Coke (I need to stop drinking as much as I do of that)

Yesterday:

Breakfast: Rolled oats soaked in soy milk with cinnamon

Lunch 1: Slice of bread with PB, an apple & a banana

Lunch 2: Toast with Tofutti Herbs & Chives, toast with black olive paste

Coffee at grandparent's: Soy ice cream, glass of soda, cup of coffee

Dinner: The worlds greatest salad: Puy lentils, sauteed aubergine, onion, leek, red pepper, spring onion and zucchini, roasted cherry tomatoes, marinated roasted mushrooms, kalamata olives, avocado and garlic mustard vinaigrette. Was soooo good!

2 cups of coffee with Silk creamer.
1 bowl of Peanut Butter Puffins (cereal) with vanilla soy milk.

1 Skookum Bar.

In my bento:
Schezuan tofu and rice pilaf
Shredded romain and cherry tomatoes with Goddess dressing.
Dried mango and dried banana chips


2 Amy's breakfast burritos with ketchup.
Handful of kettle chips.

2 squares of almond & raisin dark chocolate.

Loads of water throughout the day.

breakfast: couple bites cold spaghetti, vanilla soy yogurt w/ flax & blueberries

snack: banana, black tea

lunch bento: spaghetti, garlic bread, steamed kale, marinated grilled portobello, corn off the cob, choco-choco chip-walnut cookie

snack: peanuts, raisins & chocolate chips

dinner: eggplant parmesan w/ teese & roasted red pepper-lentil-basil sauce, wheat toast, steamed green beans, glass of wine

leftover green thai curry with brown rice
3 gyoza
a slice of coconut cake

mixed salad with romaine, roasted bell pepper, pickled beetroot, black sesame seeds and tomatoes
spaghetti with olive oil, garlic and chili

Awesome job on raw today, Dia! I can't wait to get back to it tomorrow morning. I'll have my groceries and my own little vegan kitchen :)

Today:

cup of black coffee
2 bananas

spinach and tofu burrito w/ salsa
corn on the cob

kale cooked in garlic and onions
lentils and chickpeas w/ ketchup (no mustard!)
