Garlic and thyme Ryvita with tapenade and mixed seeds. Avocado, Pure spread, cherry tomato, watercress and pickle sandwich.
Fizzy belt.
Lasagna and salad.
Banana, frozen berry, vanilla Swedish Glace and soya milk shake.

B: date and walnut cereal with soya milk
L: cocoa brownie trek bar, m&s strawberry/raspberry smoothie (my regular smoothie shop refused to do it without yogurt!!!) and some popcorn
S: nakd cherry flavour raisins
D: homemade tomato soup, sliced banana with peach/mango soya yogurt

B- a few bites of soy yogurt (it tasted funny so i ditched it), grapes
L- cauliflower florets and a slice of avocado
S- some fruit
D- stirfry w/ slice tofu, lots of broccoli, carrot strips
+loads of sparkling water and a bit of soy milk in coffee

Hi Everyone, I'm new to posting. I have been reading this thread and appreciate all the great ideas. I'm trying to eat less processed food and just better overall so I decided to post to hold myself a bit more accountable. Hope that's ok!

* Coffee with soy milk and sugar
Ryvita with peanut butter

* Dry cereal

* Hummus sandwich with sprouts and carrot and lemonade

* Vegan chocolate with hazelnuts

* Cashews and a nectarine and more lemonade

breakfast: vanilla almond crisp cereal w/ almond milk, half a grapefruit

snack: multigrain bagel, a couple cherries, berryblossom tea

lunch bento: wheat toast, eggplant parmesan, roasted red pepper-lentil-basil sauce, green beans, cherries

snack: vanilla soy yogurt w/ the last bit of vanilla almond crisp cereal, more cherries

dinner: stirfried eggplant, carrot, celery & kale over white rice topped w/ basil, sweet & sour peanut sauce & toasted peanuts

before bed: sleepytime tea

peanut butter cookie luna bar, 5 pistachios, earl grey creme tea
pita (filled with baked tofu and tofutti cream cheese), dried mango slices, handful of pistachios
pink lady apple, handful of raisins, raspberry pomegranate green tea
red lentil dahl made with onions and steamed potatos over jasmine rice

(repetitive but I got creative at night)
D: raw "tacos" : pico del gallo and guacamole wrapped in cabbage. (not as good as I hoped)
Raw "soft serve icecream" (BETTER then I hoped)

Breakfast: Strawberries (a ton of them!!!) and chocolate soymilk
Lunch: lettuce, carrot pita (i didnt have time to make a proper lunch and had to buy this during my lunch break at work)
Dinner: red potatoes diced up with fresh garlic and olive oil (DELICIOUS!!!), alot of water
Snack: more strawberries and a few cookies

Today:


handful of trek mix (unsalted walnuts, cashews, pistachios, dried cherries, and black currents), banana cookie larabar, oolong tea
leftover red lentil dahl over jasmine rice, about 6 kumquats
pink lady apple, raspberry pomagranate green tea
glass of orange juice
cold sesame ginger tofu with dipping sauce, steamed asparagus with parma, some dried mango slices
couple spoonfuls of jasmine rice (I was getting lunch ready for tomorrow)

Breakfast - 1 whole wheat roll with Earth Balance, tahini and tomato. Soy latte.

Lunch - Indian Buffet (rice, garbanzo bean stew, spiced potatoes, and dal).


Dinner - Veggie peta sandwich with tahini. 1 glass of rice milk.

Snacks - 2 plums, a handful of roasted peanuts.:)

Dinner: tempeh w/ peanut sauce, lettuce, mushies

Brek: 2 narans, narna bread w/ nuttelex, 2 mandarins, 1 tea w/ rice milk
Snack: double choc orange muffin, 2 mandarins
Lunch: green smoothie (b.spin, 2 narnas, 1 kiwi)
Arvo: paprika chips
Dinner: will be a small pumpkin pattie w/ salad

ashamed to say i had THREE pink co-op buns for brekky

for lunch i had a Natex, homous and cucumber sarnie and an oat bar

for dinner, potatoes, tofu, and peas - and my son made us all an ice-cream cone with swedish glace vanilla. I welled up a bit, actually, seeing him busy in the kitchen, and then he took the dog round the meadow aswell. Bless.

Thai Chilli rice crackers from holland and barrett, a strawberry soya yoghurt, some chocolate oranage bar thing, curly fries and a coconut sesame seed bar....okay yeah I haven't had much to eat today, i'm bad, i'm useless infact!

Beetroot. Pickled onion. Celery. Lettuce. Salad cream. Avocado. Green stuffed olives. Cherry tomatoes.
Pure spread, alphabetti spaghetti, Parmazano and parsley on toast.
Fry's chocolate cream.
Wasabi peas.
Two sosmix sausages, potato waffle, hash brown, baked beans, tinned tomato, pickled gherkin and ketchup.
Jam sponge cake and vanilla Swedish Glace.
