Breakfast - Soy latte, 2 whole grain toasts with almond butter
Lunch - Roasted peanuts, grapes.
Snack - 2 plums, green olives.
Dinner - 1 veggie burger, oven baked french fries with sea salt, and a green salad with Thousand Island dressing.:)

10 or so pistachios, lemon zest luna bar, formosa nut oolong tea
some kumquats
leftover red lentil dahl with steamed potatoes over jasmine rice, diet coke
falafel in a pita with baba ghanoush, lettuce, and greek dressing, tabbouleh, 1 pita with hummus
2 light beers
handful of pisatachios

It's still early, so I only had breakfast, but I had tea, a bowl of zarodki pszenne (wheat germ, I think) with home made soy milk (warmed in the microwave). And a bit of vodka.

everyones way more healthy than me - puts me to shame!!!
breaky: mixed grains and fruits with soy milk
lunch: wheatgerm pancake with maple syrup
dinner: spelt pizza with napoli sauce and mushrooms and garlic and garlic bread.
3 green tea cupcakes :eek: - I have to say they are delicious. Thankyou 'vegan cupcakes take over the world' book.:)

Brek: double choc orange muffin, strawberries
Snack: 3 narnas, 4 mandarins, 3 tea w/ rice milk, 1 gingerbread cookie
Lunch: tofu sandwich on rice bread w/ lettuce, cuc, tom, avo, tofutti, mayo, tomato sauce
Dinner: hash brown
Snack: a jelly doughtnut cupcake (once they're cool enought to eat!)

A really healthy day (not!) for me...
Breakfast: 4 mini white pittas with organic marmalade
Lunch: Bowl of chips with tomato sauce
Snack: Chargrilled artichokes w/ chilli and thyme dressing, 1 Japanese rice cracker, 1 kiwi fruit, 1/2 punnet blueberries
Dinner: Will be 2 heated ciabatta rolls cut open and spread with caramelised red onion chutney and plain hummous... yum... and some wine :)
I'll eat some veg tomorrow :p

(some guy started puking right near me so I couldn't finish my dinner...)
Handful of pistachios and a handful of pine nuts
2 large plates of mixed veggie salad, hummus, 3-bean salad, and pasta salad
Glass of pop
I messed up on my raw food eating since I couldn't finish my dinner and then I ended up starving while waiting for drive home at my dad's workplace (a restaurant).

That sounds like a really healthy day there Tigerlily, even if you didnt eat as raw as youd have liked. I didn't either cause I ran out of a bunch of ingredients to make dinner.
