gingersnap larabar, raisins, formosa nut oolong tea
last of the leftover "seitanic" jambalaya
grapes
slice of pistacho halvah
stir fry with tempeh, broccoli, mushrooms, tomatoes, and celery with soy sauce and stir fry sauce and sriracha over brown rice

leftover tempeh stirfry over brown rice
raspberry pomagranate green tea
1 whole wheat pita, 1/2 with hummus, 1/2 with tahini sauce
hummus pita wrap with lettuce and tomato, sweet potato fries, two light beers

BREAKFAST - Multigrain toast with almond butter. 1 soy latte.

LUNCH - Spanish rice, soy "chicken" nuggets, kale with mushrooms.

SNACK - 1 peach, rice ice cream bar.

DINNER - Tomato and avocado sandwich.

L: few bites of apple, mandarin

D: eggplant, onion, green capsicum, tomato, onion + spices dish

yesterday...

breakfast: smoothie (banana, kiwi, canteloupe, peach soy yogurt, oats soaked in almond milk). wouldn't recommend this flavor combination, it's just what I had.

snack: pear, the rest of the smoothie, coffee w/ soy milk

lunch box: smart deli bologna rollups (one w/ soy cheese, one w/ lettuce), gherkins, carrot sticks, ants on a log (celery sticks w/ tofutti cream cheese & raisins), tings, blueberry muffin

snack: trail mix, more tings

dinner: faux fish w/ tartar sauce, boiled veggies, hush puppies

Chip butty - two slices of bread spread with margarine, oven chips, cress, ketchup.
Fennel tea.
Veggie burger with pickled gherkin and ketchup. Carrots roasted with chilli. Asparagus. Peas. Mashed potato and chives.
Fresh pineapple.
Medium chedder Sheese, cress and tomato sandwich on wholemeal bread.
Yeast extract, cress and tomato sandwich on wholemeal toast.

being jealous of my parents going to the restaurant with friends, i cooked myself a "friday night's special" (lol).

aloo gobi-fied zucchinis (basically zucchinis cooked with the spices used in an aloo gobi-yum!)

quinoa, with hazelnuts, a bit of brown sugar, a good bit of cinnamon and a banana cut in slices. usually kept for breakfast, but it's friday night's special and i'm working for my last exams so i need the extra energy :p :D

chamomile infusion, my favorite night drink :smile:

I feel really gross right now. :(

-Banana
-Cup of coffee with Silk creamer

-Homemade guacamole (avocados, tomato, red onion, cilantro, lime and lemon juice, cayenne pepper) eaten with tortilla chips

-Baked potato with ketchup
-Large plateful of pasta salad
-One chocolatey cookie
-One small handful of chips

tigerlily- i always helps me to lose the guilt if think about if i ate the omni version.

chili 'cheese' dog on roll, with onion and veganaise.
spaghetti and gimme lean balls.
wg toast w earth balance.
drinks.

must eat some veggies!!!
