I've been at a metal festival all last week and just got back last night so what I have been eating is shite!
BREAKFAST:
Carribean chicken not and rice
LUNCH:
Three packets of ready salted crisps
DINNER (which was eaten at home):
A roasted butternut squash stuffed with sage and onion stuffing and onion gravy

handful of raisins
ww pita with tofutti cream cheese and baked tofu, 3 cherry tomatoes, dried mango slices
raspberry pomagranate green tea
small chunk of pistachio halvah
4 oz. steamed tempeh simmered in bbq sauce, ww bun, lots of steamed broccoli with tahini sauce

Mambas are vegan? That just made my day! Somehow I assumed they wouldn't be. Super, I'll have to find them. Brings back many childhood memories... :)

I ate tons today also:
smoothie with strawberries, pineapple and 250ml soya milk :) yum yum
cous cous with pinenuts mushrooms and spices
wholewheat pasta with a ton of veggies and tinned toms for sauce. and corn on cob.
quinoa bar and a nakd apple pie bar (though not at same time I'd like to add!)
have also had herbal teas and a cup of coffee.

Yep, I'm pretty sure. I wanted candy one afternoon so I stood in the gas station reading the ingredients on all the chewy candies. Mambas don't have any gelatin, and I think I recall seeing them on Peta's okay candy list.

breakfast: oatios cereal w/ almond milk, half a grapefruit
snack: banana, apricot, berry blossom white tea
lunch box: tofu cottage cheez w/ half a pear, carrot, squash & zucchini salad w/ balsamic vinaigrette, broccoli florets & green peppers w/ goddess dressing, gluten-free crackers, a couple Mambas
snack: trail mix
snack 2: popcorn
dinner: grilled eggplant, squash & zucchini, rice pilaf w/ tomatoes
before bed: sleepytime tea
