Oh this thread is useful to me cause i find recording what i eat on a public forum like this helps me shame myself into eating healthy stuff. I have been really off food lately following a bit of a bad patch (freakin men) but getting myself sorted and my appetite is returning slowly.

breakfast - 2 slices wholemeal toast with pure spread and cheesly

Dinner - mushrooms, cherry tomotoes, aubugine and onion roasted in olive oil, wholemeal pasta and grated cheesly

3 glasses of wine in the pub

1 slice of toast with pure spread when i got home

during the day i drank about 4 cups of black tea and a bottle of water.

yesterday:
coffee
apple
too many sodas
hummus, lettuce, sprouts, tofutti slices on whole grain bread
personal sized cornmeal crust pizza with tomatoes, herbs, gimme lean sausage, mushrooms, garlic, onions
french bread dipped in hummus
small lettuce salad with tomatoes, mung bean sprouts and baby carrots (sesame dressing)

stir-fried veg, rice + spicy tomato sauce

Two bowls of lentil and vegetable soup.
Baked potato with margarine, fried onions, baked beans and medium cheddar style Sheese. Sweetcorn. Green beans.
Ready salted crisps.
One After Eight mint (the old, vegan kind).
Rainbow drops.
Rooibos tea.

glass of silk chai, ginger snap larabar, cranberry black tea
trader joe's punjab choley over jasmine rice
some raisins
an avocado mashed with balsalmic vinegar, garlic powder, salt and pepper on toasted ancient grain bread, steamed broccoli with tahini sauce
few spoonfuls of cupcake batter and icing while I was baking:)

3 homeade peanut butter cookies, & chips
baked beans , roll, vegan burger on w bbq
logenberry, orange juice
......I VOW TO EAT VEGGIES, VEGGIES, AND MORE VEGGIES TOMORROW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

2 rice cakes
lentil soup, 4 potatoes
soy cappuccino
lots of fresh strawberries
salad (mixed greens+carrot+tomato+sunflower seeds), bread with pesto
apple with cinnamon

breakfast this morning was a cup of black tea, wasnt hungry.

lunch was 2 slices wholemeal toast with pure spread and cheezly with a cup of black tea

dinner was sushi - baby corn, mushrooms, pepper and asparagus with sushi rice wrapped in nori sheets served with the remainder of the rice and veggies in a sweet sauce.

more cups of tea.

One of the most unhealthy days I have had in a while...

coconut heaven cupcake (vwav), raspberrys in leftover coconut icing, earl grey creme tea
veggie sub with pepper sauce, baked potato chips, diet cola
piece of chocolate covered ginger
hummus and pita bread, falafel with baba ghanoush, lettuce, and tomato in a pita with greek dressing, tabbouleh
another coconut cupcake


I really recommend making the coconut cupcakes though; they are fab.

I went to a really nice modern indian restaurant in London last night. I had a spicy lentil soup to start, followed by a really delicious, vegetable curry. The food was really good and they were very nice about me being vegan and checked with the chef that everything was ok for me to eat :)

Indian vegan food is delicious. Most of the veggie stuffs are vegan friendly or can be turned vegan friendly easily.

Lunch: salad & salad sandwich on g-free bread
Arvo: gingerbread cookie
Dinner: broccoli, tomatoes, mushies, green beans, roast potatoes, pce of g-free toast w/ a slice of tofutti

I'm trying to eat healthier, so i thought this is a good way to keep track of my eating habits.

Yesterday:

B: 2 slices wholegrain bread with yeast-spread, 1 nectarine
L: wholewheat spaghetti with roasted green beans and tomatoes, green salad with mustard dressing
S: 3 plums
D: cucumber salad, oatmeal with honeydew melon

L: sweet potato fries, mixed beans in chilli sauce, tortilla, side salad (yum yum :D)

Dinner Plan: wholewheat pasta with a tomato, garlic, basil, onion saucy thing.

One rose petal truffle.
Hummus, tomato and spinach sandwich on wholemeal bread.
Slice of wholemeal toast with margarine. One and a half fried tomatoes. Baked beans. One rasher of Redwood's "bacon". Two carrot and coriander sausages. Ketchup.
Several cups of rooibos tea with soya milk throughout the day.
Two slices of wholemeal toast - one with margarine, one with margarine and sliced banana. Chocolate soya milk.

couple handfuls of veggie crisps with tofutti sour cream
2 veggie spring rolls with peanut sauce (not fried), thai chestnut tofu in a potato basket (tofu, veggies, cashews, chestnuts setting in a fried potato thing) with jasmine rice
2 glasses of lambic
piece of chocolate covered ginger
