vege dog with vege chili, tofutti slice and mustard on ww roll
2 bowls cereal
cranberry peach juice with vodka

fruit salad (banana, apple, melon, strawberries, kiwi fruit)
salad (lettuce, carrot, cucumber, tomatoes, olives, chickpeas)
baked potato with fried mushrooms, some gherkins
dark chocolate

feels like I made up for yesterday ;)

peanuts
a pint of coconut sorbet :o
a couple of beers
thai mango salad

yesterday:
an apple
peanuts
brazil nuts
beer
chips and salsa
more beer
a salad with avocado, pine nuts, red peppers
beer
some french fries :o

today so far:
an apple
brazil nuts
and i just made a giant pasta salad with whole wheat pasta, spinach, black beans, and shredded carrot that is in the fridge cooling before i eat it. its too hot to eat warm things...:dizzy:

Two bottles of Heineken (currently working my way through).

I didn't feel much like eating today :undecided:.

Edit: I had a hummus, spinach and tomato wrap and some white wine later.

I'm gonna suck it up and post here... I'm not doing raw anymore cause its too expensive. :(

2 cups of coffee
pomegranate juice

edamame in pods
5 celery stalks w/ avocado and salsa
like 15 strawberries

hummus & carrot
3 apple ciders (middle of the day...lol)
kale w tahini mustard sauce (sooo good!) & ginger lemon asparagus
few bites of italian salad
homemade pb & choc chip cookie
few glasses red wine
homemade popcorn w all sorts of good herbs and spices

Brek: 2 pcs raisin toast w/ Nuttelex
Morning: 3 x tea w/ rice milk, 2 gingerbread cookies, 1 narna, 2 mandarins
Lunch: green smoothie (b.spin, narna, kiwi)
Arvo: pringles
Dinner: pizza

Today
Brek: g-free pancakes, maple syrup, lots o' strawberries
Morning: 2 x tea w/ rice milk
Lunch: salad sandwich, hash brown
Arvo: pce of raisin toast w/ Nuttelex
Dinner: maybe pasta...

too many sodas
not enough water
pb n j on ww
chilled spinach noodles with big chunks of tofu, mixed veg and sesame oil

today so far:
pink lady apple- too sour
cold soy chai tea (365)
8 oz pkg cold edamame
chili dog with mustard and tofutti slice on ww roll
iced coffee with soy milk and maple syrup

slice of tomato

OMG! hangs head in shame, last 3 days iv been living on party food, you know the thing, veggie sausage rolls, vegan sausages, bits of salad, biscuits, chocs, indian snacks, crisps, crackers, humous, alcohol omg the alcohol and no exercise whatsoever phew

Cant wait to get back to normal again.

Breakfast: 2 muffins w/ Pure spread and organic marmalade

Lunch: 10 black sesame Japanese rice cakes, 1 pear, 2 nectarines, 1 banana, 1 jam tart

Dinner: Pasta tossed in olive oil, garlic, mushroom, white pepper and thyme, 1 Alpro Soy vanilla dessert

I forgot to go to the supermarket, and couldn't get a veg box today, so I was using up random stuff.

@ WildWitch - your food sounds naughty but delish! :D

Yesterday:

coconut pancakes with pineapple sauce (vwav)
earl grey tea
tall iced caramel soy latte
big burrito ( rice, black beans, salsa, grilled veggies, guac, and lettuce in a tortilla), chips and salsa, diet soda
beers and a frozen marguerita
veggie crisps and tofutti sour cream
coconut cupcake


My boyfriend has been visiting me here in Memphis the last view days and we have been eating way too much...

about 6 shots of vodka

1/2 thai stir fry lunch at a restaurant (tofu and veggies with spicy sauce over rice), edamame, sweet tea
glass of orange juice
lots of lasagna made with cashew ricotta, homemade tomato sauce, sauteed mushrooms, steamed spinach with pine nut cream over the top (v-con)
1 beer
another glass of orange juice

bit of raw broccoli with tahini sauce (plus a few plain bites of tahini sauce)
wheat udon noodles with boiled kale tossed with soy sauce, toasted sesame oil, and sesame seeds
