B- piece of rye toast with avocado, 1 orange and a coffee
another coffee, and a can of burborn
D- cup of homemade pumpkin soup (absolute delish, i am a marvelous cook) ha.

yesterday:
a soy yogurt w/ granola and fresh strawberries
a huge salad w/ croutons, garbonzos, carrots, and "bacon" bits
a pastry, pretzels, a meatless chicken patty with bbq, celery w/ soy dip
a "milk" shake ( chocolate soymilk, chocolate peanut butter soy icecream, and crumbled oreos)......definately not my healthiest choice ever, but after the day I had, I REALLY needed it!

leftover tofu/spinach/mushroom lasagna
raspberry pomagranate green tea
bunch of dried mango slices
pine nut couscous with edamame, steamed broccoli, tomates, and tofu with sriracha and tahini sauce

Hummus and cress sandwich on malted bread.
Margarine, grilled smoked cheddar Sheese and sliced tomato on a slice of white toast. Another slice of white toast with margarine, two carrot and coriander sausages and ketchup.
Clementine.
Two fried mashed potato cakes, one rasher of "bacon", one and a half fried tomatoes, sweetcorn and ketchup.
Rooibos tea with soya milk.

L- huge salad of little gem lettuce, cherry tomatoes, sweetcorn, courgette and carrot with a chopped up veggie sausage, chives, pepper and tomato ketchup!
S- 1/2 soya milkshake, 1/2 apple pie NAKD bar
D- chinese vegetable stirfry with soy sauce, few big fresh morello cherries
S- toast and marmite, soya cocoa

Brek: banana, mandarins, homemade g-free bread toasted w. Nuttelex & rasp. jam, 1 tea w/ rice milk
Morning: banana, homemade white choc chip cookie
Lunch: avo on toast, salad, half a tofu pattie, half a rice ball (shared lunch w/ Mum)
Arvo: green smoothie, echinacea tea ++
Dinner: left over thai, tom ka soup and satay w/ steamed rice

Millet rice oatbran flakes, chopped banana, soya milk.
Margarine, medium cheddar Sheese, tomato and cress sandwich on white bread.
Banana.
Baked potato with hummus. Mixed salad leaves and tomato in oil and vinegar dressing. Avocado.
Hot chocolate.

Last night my boyfriend and I had vegan bangers and mash with peas and gravy!!
This is exciting for two reasons
1. Its the first time since I turned vegan that I have had bangers and mash
2. My boyfriend is an omni but really enjoyed his dinner and said he would definitely eat it again! :)

trek mix (unsalted walnuts, cashews, pistachios, dried black currents, and cherries)
leftover wheat udon noodles and boiled kale with soy sauce, toasted sesame oil, and sesame seeds
more trek mix
green tea
2 pieces chocolate covered ginger
veggie burger on a ww bun with bbq sauce, vegannaise, tomato slice, with extra salted tomato slices and steamed broccoli with braggs and lemon juice

Breakfast was a bunch of red grapes
glass of water
4 cups of black tea
lunch was some raw peas straight from the pod POP!
Dinner was 4 veggie sausages, roasted potato, carrots, brocolli, shallots, cauliflower and some stuffing mix balls.

Ok, I will win the prize for unhealthiest day... I felt so stressed, and I've eaten lots as a result (nervous habit?)
Breakfast: 2 muffins w/ Pure spread and organic marmalade
Snack: About 10 black sesame Japanese rice cakes
Lunch: Tub of chargrilled artichokes in a garlic, chilli and thyme dressing, 1 bag of those new Nakd lemon flavoured raisins (gorgeous - I had the orange flavoured raisins yesterday and they were fab too. Cherry flavoured raisins tomorrow LOL)
Snack: 1/2 tub pomodorino tomatoes, 1/2 tub strawberries, 1 choc chip cookie
Tea: 2 pittas w/ caramelised onion hummous, 4 (!) muffins w/ Pure spread and organic marmalade, 1 Alpro Soy caramel dessert, 2 choc chip cookies
I'm so pissed with myself for doing this. I really thought I'd overcome the whole "eating to calm myself down" thing :(

Awwww dont let it get to you, just pick yourself up and start all over again tomorrow looking at things more positivly. Been there myself so many times so i know what its like

Dinner: pasta bake w/ lots of veggies and some tofutti slices
