Hmm let's see, for breaky toast with Fleischmans margarine (no dairy of course). For lunch a sangwhich, with tofurkey/lettuce/mustard, and for dinner I had a slada with romaine, spinnach, tomatoes, chick peas, onions, spicy eggplant, olives and soy and ginger dressing.

coffee
leftover stuffed red bell
tofu scramble with fyh pepperjack
gimme lean veg sausage patty
1 slice wg toast w earth balance
hash browns
soda
small bowl grits
vege dog w mustard on ww roll
crackers w hummus
no alcohol 2 days in a row. :)
so far today:
coffee
multi-grain crackers w hummus
pb n j on wg toast
soda
grilled eggplant panini with lettuce, tomato and chimichurra sauce
fries
whiskey and lemonade.

I think I'll be able to do five days. My moms coming into town tomorrow night, so all I've got to worry about is tonight :)

overslept, had an apple on the way to work
no time for a lunchbreak, just a banana
starving! massive bowl of quinoa and vegetable salad, followed by some vanilla soy icecream with strawberries and melted dark chocolate

1/2 banana, 5 strawberries
bowl of edamame
bowl of bran cereal w/ raisins and hempmilk
4 celery stalks w/ salsa
3 peaches
2 grapefruit
bottle of red wine

How does that hemp milk taste BTW. Is it similar to soy? Where can you buy it? I tried the hemp protein powder and I almost died:dizzy:. Have you ever tried hemp seeds? Or hemp coffee?

Hemp milk is awesome. I drink the plain living harvest brand. It tastes different than soy but I can't drink the milk, so hemp milk works out. I've never had hemp protein but I do use the seeds when I'm not using the milk. They're really awesome! Never had hemp coffee, either. I usually stick to fairtrade south american blends. :)

I'd like to try hemp milk, I don't think we can get it here, not sure.
Today
Brek: smoothie: 2 small unripe narnas, 6 strawbs, small handful of baby spinach, rice milk, dash of maple syrup
Morning: echinacea green tea x 3, 2 mandarins, h.made g-free white choc cookie
Lunch: not sure but I am starving! shame I left my left over pasta bake @ home :(

I think I'll try making some carrot lentil soup tonight (though its like 9:30pm...). Suppose I'll be up for another 6 hours, I'll make it useful.

-leftover pizza from Domino's: olives, pineapple, jalapeno, tomato, XT sauce
-udon in veggie bouillon, lime powder, hot sauce
-partially cooked rice w/bad soy sauce, ruined miso, and bread w/strawberry jam +small salad w/italian dressing.
How do you guys come up with these amazing food ideas???????????

I am. I just like cooking and trying out new things. And I try to save money on anything but food - eating well is my priority.

I just had the most delicious lunch EVER!!!
I just got a shipment in from vegan essentials, and I had a greek pita (whole wheat pita, greek dressing, lettuce, garbonzo beans, fake chicn strips, fake feta cheese), and then I finished it off with a vegan hoho and some orange juice

Today has been a bit better.
Breakfast: Porridge with soy milk and maple syrup
Lunch: Stirfried broccoli with chilli, chargrilled artichokes with a garlic, chilli and thyme dressing, 2 bananas, 1 Alpro Soy vanilla dessert
Dinner: Pittas with roasted red pepper hummous, 1 Alpro Soy caramel dessert, 1 choc chip cookie
So still a bit stressed LOL but obviously not so much because the food consumption has gone down a bit :D

Breaky: spelt, date, apple pancakes with maple syrup (so delicious).
lunch: homemade chips (fries) baked in the oven with 3 slices wholemeal bread.
Dinner: homemade baharat spiced mushroom & silverbeet pie with spelt pastry - phenomenal :)

with my london trip iv just lost track of what iv eaten, its my birthday wednesday too so ill be stuffing myself senseless and drinking lots i guess, will get back on track soon as possible i hope
