Oh for the love of crumbcake Aphrodite and Wildwitch, neither of those days are a lot or excessive by any means:rolleyes:. Now watch and learn:

Bowl of Optimum Power with rice milk, raisins, dates & sultanas
Slice Toast w/pure & jam
Banana w/cashew butter
Seitan & red pepper chutney sandwich
Salad (cucumber, carrot, tomatoes, lettuce)
Strawberries
Apple
A piece of dark choc & cookie batter while making cookies
Two homemade vegan choc chip cookies (HUGE but sooo good)
Stir-fry (tofu, brown rice, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, carrot, broccoli, baby corn, sugar snaps)

Tea/coffee w/rice milk x2

And I'm trying VERY hard not to have another cookie. Now who's a big fat wobbly jelly? :o

Nobody is. We're just perfectly normal vegans with a healthy appetite who won't say no to an occasional treat! :)

Oh yes, this is good stuff. I had to restrain myself when I was living in Italy. Valsoia also makes great soy icecream and soy yogurt.
Have you had a chance to try the Chocoreale spreads? I wish I hadn't - too good to stop eating it by the spoonful!
