I'd come with you any day, I love Italy and miss it a lot! I was in Bologna for 10 months on an Erasmus exchange (I study Italian). Very happy memories.

Cool. I have a friend from Bologna!! She says it´s the best city in Italy!
She´s not vegan though. and she lives in Norway now. hehe.

Yesterday:

2 slices toasted ancient grain smelt bread with hummus, cranberry black tea
trader joes cold ginger peanut noodles
green tea, iced oatmeal raisin luna bar
2 dates, couple bites of tabbouleh that was dried out and not very good
large toasted whole wheat pita with tofu salad (crumbled marinated tofu with green pepper, cucumber, tomatoes, and green onions, vegannaise, and mustard) topped with alfalfa sprouts

No it´s called "La Crema Valsoia"
Really nice. But I´m such a sugar addict. i get hooked... haha.

Phew cause I looked up the ingredients and they're not friendly. Now I wonder if this other stuff is available here in Canada eh?

Breakfast:

Plain Alpro soya yoghurtwith grapes and banana

Lunch:

A big handful of baby leaf spinach with seseame oil fried tofu, red onion, garlic, mushroom, raw carrot and almonds.

Dinner:

Wholegrain pasta with raw courgette, raw tomatoes, big load of fresh parsley and a dash of extra virgin olive oil.

2 toasted bagels with pure spread
Yummy scrambled tofu on w/m toast
2 bread rolls with yeast extract
A punnet of strawberries and one of blueberries

Green tea, water and 2 cans of coke

(I am not sure what I'm having for dinner yet, asparagus will feature in it I think)

1 peach, 5 strawberries, 2 bananas, sunflower seeds
2 cups of coffee

2 bowls of homemade lentil carrot soup (again...arrrrr)
4 slices of watermelon

Amys black bean burrito
1 peach

I want some peanut butter pretzels. :umm_ani:

sunflower seed bread with pepper/chilli spread

2 chocolate tahin cookies

1/2 apple
1 golden kiwi

4 potato croquettes with bbq sauce
"chicken" tofu strips

sweet & sour stir-fry with red bell pepper, carrots, bean sprouts, pineapple and rice

Two carrot and coriander sausages. Two slices of malted bread.
Baked potato, baked beans, cucumber, lettuce and avocado.

B: HUGE glass fresh carrot/celery + 1 apple juice
bowl green tea
2x kiwi + a pear

S: chai tea w/ some low-fat soymilk & 3 equal

L: 1/2 block spicy tofu w/ spinach/onion/tomato/garlic/capsicum/cauliflower/parsley + lemon juice

S: chai tea w/ low-fat soymilk + 3 equal + punnet of strawberries

D: baked pumpkin + tomato in a huge mixed leaf + red onion salad w/ vinegar/djon dressing

dried mango slices
ww pita with tofu salad and alfalfa sprouts
another apple
stir fry (beef-less strips, broccoli, green pepper, tomatoes, and mushrooms) over brown rice

Breakfast - Coffee with Silk creamer. 1 Multigrain toast with Earth Balance, Tofurky, and cucumbers.

Lunch - Asian cole slaw salad with peanut dressing, raisins and nuts.

Dinner - Mushroom/ground meat/ potato gratin. Baked beans and Mustard greens.

Dessert - Prune compote with soy creamer.:)

Snacks - Brazil nuts and cherries.

So far I've only had breakfast, which was 2 slices of white toast (I felt like being unhealthy) with vitalite, and one of them had "free-from" dairy free chocolate spread and the other one had lemon and corriander hummus. Yum :-)

Raisin wheats and warm soya milk for breakfast and I am currently eating an apple

For lunch I will be having left over thai green curry

For dinner vegetable chilli and rice

Also lots more fruit during the day.

At work we take it in turns to bring in fruit, today is my day and we are having grapes and apples. People bring in all sorts, melon, physalis, cherries, strawberries, raspberries. Its great!

I haven't had breakfast yet - got distracted!

For lunch am making lentil curry I think, something quick and easy.

And for dinner am def having a quinoa and black bean stuffed pepper from VWAV. :D

yesterday...

breakfast: two pieces wheat toast, one w/ peach spread & one w/ better than cream cheese

snack: banana

lunch box: half a pb & strawberry jam on wheat bread, broccoli w/ goddess dressing, applesauce, double chocolate muffin

snack: pretzels, spoonful of pb

dinner: salad (romaine, cucumber, shredded carrot, cilantro, scallions, lime zest, avocado, sauteed mushrooms, green pepper, black beans & corn w/ lime & chili, mexi-ranch dressing), cookie avalanche ice cream

Yesterday:
B: melon, muesli with soya milk, oj
S: pineapple, nuts and raisins
L: Avocado, marmite, spinach, pepper and cucumber sandwich
S: banana
D: cabbage, mange tout, corn, benasprout, pepper and bamboo shoot stir fry with ginger and soy sauce

....
... 1/2 large bar of green and blacks hazelnut and raisin chocolate....purely for the antioxidants...

Breakfast:
Punnet of blueberries
2 slices w/m toast and a toasted bagel with pure spread

Lunch: I ate out at Mildred's restaurant for lunch. I had a veggie burger with rocket, sweet relish and vegan mayo and really lovely wedgey-type chips

I also bought 6 of those vegan Organica chocolate bars from Fresh and Wild and shared half a coconut one and half a peanut one with my friend

Green tea, water and lots of glasses of cola with lime slices. I feel so full up....

(Saying that I have one of the hazelnut and nougat chocolate bars on my lap that I will probably eat in about 10 minutes.:) Lol I'm already starting to eat it in the time it took me to type this.):o
