grapefruit
ww pita pizza- tom sauce, fyh jack, spinach, gimme lean sausage, nut yeast
smoothie- frozen bananas, pineapple, few strawberries, soy milk and water
herb salad with vinagrette
1/2 ww pita with hummus and herb salad leaves
cup leftover black bean chili

cranberry muesli, banana + rice milk
lots and lots of strawberries
carrot sticks + hummus
marzipan chocolate
leftover mixed vegetable poha from yesterday

Grapes are even tastier frozen, aren't they?
Oh god yes. I usually eat them regular until I think they're gonna go old, and then I pop 'em in the freezer to save them and make them ten times yummier. I think I'd do it right off if my roommates wouldn't get pissed at me.

why do your roommates get pissed at you?? frozen grapes are delish!

How bizarre, what's their problem with frozen grapes? :confused: Start putting old food down the sink and never taking the bins out, that'll learn 'em!!
Back on the subject of food,
for lunch I had leftover cheese-less lsagane and for dinner i had cider :satisfied: wikidddd

Breakfast: Cereal bar, all natural w/no honey:thumbsup:
Lunch: Beans and Broccoli (I hope nobody was behind me when I walked home:o

Snack: Apple and cucumber

Dinner: Quinoa stir fry, w/ onions, shrooms, garlic, chic peas, although it was a bit mushy...

and who says we don't get enough protein

scramble (tofu, tomato, spinach, "cheese", onion, tamari, turmeric, potatoes)
1/2 english muffin w/ earth balance & marmalade
black tea

split pea soup
1/2 veggie burger on roll w/ red onion, nayo, romaine
grape tomatoes
roasted sweet potatoes or roasted carrots (sign said potatoes but hubby and I agreed tasted like carrots)
earl grey tea
1/2 choc. chip scone

candy cane lane tea
vanilla yogurt

bbq tofu
roasted asparagus
roasted red potatoes
cardamon cinnamon tea x 2
cherry-blackberry pie w/ oatmeal/almond topping

pnb crackers
chocolate soymilk
chamomile tea

3 cups of iced coffee
luna bar [smores flavor]
bowl of homemade lentil carrot soup

I dunno. I think it's because none of them really eat any fruits or vegetables and they assume that since that's not how they're normally eaten that they mustn't try it or they'll catch vegan. :rollseyes_ani:

Last time they made a shopping list it went something like this:
"Right then so we need 2 1/2 lbs. of this salmon and 5 lbs. of frozen chicken breast-skinless, mind you-and 3 lbs. of this......(insert about eight more pounds of meat)...oh, and no more produce because we already have oranges in the fridge."

The second he said that I was like :eek::confused::confused:

Verbatim, that's what he said. "No more produce because we already have oranges in the fridge" after putting ten pounds of meat on the list when we already had five pounds in the freezer.

It's funny in this house I tell you.

Anyway, today I had:

-cereal w/rice milk
-salad (meaning lettuce and some italian dressing)
-limon chips
-Sobe
-stir fry

Trying to get my meals in order again so I suppose I'll post again, keeps me on track :faint_smilie:

today was lacking, i think.
B-apple
L-mixed greens, some broccoli w/ 1 tbsp of mashed avocado
S-one cup of grapes
D- cabbage w/ 1/4 c. chickpeas, mixed greens
+many cups coffee w/ soymilk (about 1 c total), a pickle, quite a few antacids :(

Yesterday:

2 toasted slices of ancient grain smelt bread with hummus, earl grey tea
iced oatmeal raisin luna bar
left over stir fry with veggies and beef-less strips over brown rice
green tea
pistachios
piece of chocolate covered ginger
um...more stir fry at a restaraunt, spicy korean stir fry with tofu over brown rice this time (ate half and will have half for lunch today), and lots of edamame, iced mandarin green tea :o

breakfast I had hot water with lemon and just right cereal with soya.
coffee mid morning
Lunch was a big bowl of fruit
For Dinner I think im having vegetable soup and prob more fruit or nuts for snacks later

this morning i had celery sticks and humous then this evening i had stir fry mushrooms, onion, mange tout, peper, beansprouts and rice noodles in black bean sauce.

Lots of cups of black tea and water throughout the day

Today was a slightly random day of eating I think!

Breakfast: 2 slices toast with peanut butter

Snack: Fruitus bar

Lunch: pasta with roasted veg

Dinner: a carrot and raisin muffin and a slice of toast w/ pure soya

2 wholemeal toast with pure spread
Bowl of pasta with courgette, red pepper and mushrooms
A very little (a baby:)) baked potato with a dollop of houmous and lots of vine tomatoes
An avocado sandwich
A few mouthfuls of forest fruits which were too sour so I couldn't eat it
A couple of sweets

Green tea, water and 2 cans of coke

(I shouldn't really have anything more but I'm sure I will)

herb lettuce salad with vinegrette
snacked on a 32 oz fruit bowl at work and ate the entire thing (apples, grapes, cantaloupe, pineapple, honeydew)
