B: mixed berry trek bar, slice of honeydew melon
L: crudites with hummus, and the nicest dessert ever!! it was sliced banana mixed with alpro chocolate dessert and put in the microwave for a minute. was yummo.
S: pomegranate
D: mixed vegetables in tomato sauce, homemade sticky toffee pudding. double yummo.

Holiday food!! Sister had a omni BBQ, but I stayed away from the grill and ate all the watermelon. :)
7 cups of coffee ... oops
2 bananas
handful of nut mix - walnuts, brazil nuts, almonds
1/2 birch beer (its not actual beer, its like strong root beer)
bowl of chickpeas
BBQ chips (lots of 'em)
1/2 cob of corn on the cob
bowl of cereal w/ soymilk
4 pieces of wonderful watermelon

Yesterday: I went on a 7.5 hour hike through the mountains, so I had lots of energy food throughout the day (and then found this awesome 24 hour middle eastern restaraunt after we drove home and had showers:))
ww spaghetti with tomato sauce made with marinated artichokes and kalamata olives
earl grey tea
chocolate chip clif bar, granny smith apple
cashew cookie larabar
trail mix
orange juice
2 falafel balls and pita with hummus, tabbouleh, and saffron rice
tons of water throughout the day

B: big bowl of porridge made with soya milk, 1/2 punnet strawberries, 2 cups decaf
L: mixed leaf salad, grated beetroot, 10 cherry tomatoes, grated carrot, herb olive oil
S: the other 1/2 punnet of strawberries, Yogi choco tea
D: big bowl of brown basmati rice, grilled mediterranean vegetables, hummus, 2 cups normal tea with soya milk

Breakfeast- Bowl of raisin bran cereal with soymilk and banana
Lunch- Salad w/ vinigarette dressing and a small amount of vegan "bleu cheese"
shavings, & whole wheat english muffin and 2 small vegan sausage patties
Dinner- I will have a carrot, apple, blueberrie smoothie with light soymilk and ground
flax seed. I'll probably have a big spoon of peanut butter too as I just bought
some new all natural light peanut butter that looks amazing!

where do you get vegan blue cheese? That used to be my favorite dressing. I've tried to find nasoya tangy blue to no avail.

I have been in Colorado the past few days, and got to eat some yummy food yesterday:
trail mix, earl grey tea
french dip (seitan, vegan swiss, carmalized onions, and avocado slices on french baguette) with vegetable au jus, mashed potatoes and gravy, mixed vegetables (corn, carrots, and peas)
iced grande caramel soy latte
sunflower veggie burger (with ketchup, mustard, mixed greens, onions, vegan mayo) with a handful of my bfs fries, and an agave sweetened watermelon cream soda

B-Apple, 1/2 bowl fruit salad
S-1 cup vanilla soymilk, 1 cup broccoli and a slice of avocado mushed on top (soymilk was separate, that would be quite disgusting otherwise)
L- Butter lettuce w/ 1 slice soft tofu, a few olives and fresh veggies
S- a handful of cherries
D- oven grilled zucchini and carrots w/ 1/2 c. boca crumbles and 1/2 slice tofu
+much water to flush away the excessive amaretto and diet cokes I enjoyed at a bachelorette party last night :rolleyes: and I'll probably enjoy a fair amount of cocoa later :D

snack: banana
dinner: chips & salsa, burrito w/ grilled onions, peppers & mushrooms, mexican rice refried beans, beer

wrap (with hummus, tomato, cucumber, kalamata olives, mixed greens, and sundried tomato spread), orange juice
whole avocado mashed with balsalmic vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper on 2 toasted pieces of ancient grain smelt bread

Breakfast - large bunch of red grapes
Dinner - stir fried veggies in spices to make a kind of homemade chinese style curry including beansprouts, mange tout, chinese leaves, onion, mushrooms and sweetcorn served with rice (been away all weekend and done no shopping so its imagination dinner night)
2 pints of cider and 3 cups of black tea.

S- a large bite of my sister's pear
L- romaine w/ 1/4 c. chick peas, raw veggies, and black olives, 1 slice avocado
S- 1 c. soymilk
D- most of a flaxmeal wrap w/ 1.5 carrots, broccoli florets, and onions and zucchini roasted together
+ about 100 oz water, a cup of coffee w/ some soymilk
+might have cocoa later

Breakfast - coffee w/vanilla soymilk. whole wheat bread with cashew/macadamia nut butter and peach jam.
Snack - large peach
Lunch - Amy's Lower Sodium Brown Rice, Veggie and Tofu Bowl - sparkling mineral water.
Snack - few squares of dark chocolate
Dinner - Salad of herb mix, grated carrots, "bacon" style tempeh, croutons and Carrot Ginger Omega dressing. Glass of pomegranate juice.
Dessert - cup of chai with vanilla soymilk
5 vpure capsules and a multivitamin with my meals during the day.
