Just to prove I do eat like crap some days. My stomach hurts!

3 cups of coffee
quinoa flakes w/ banana and ground flaxseeds

wasabi pea snack
2 luna bars

1 peach
small handful of sunflower seeds

2 bowls of lentil carrot soup
vanilla soy yogurt
3 squares of dark chocolate
1 peach

EDIT: Hmmm it doesnt look as bad as it sounded in my head lol... It did seem like I was eating all day long!

a vanilla cupcake and a cup of coffee at work (it's only half ten in the morning, so not too bad)... this morning was awkward.

yesterday...

breakfast: oat bran w/ banana, walnuts & sliced almonds

snack: roasted brussels sprouts, berry blossom white tea

lunch: black bean burger on bun w/ ketchup, mustard & lettuce, corn on the cob, grilled zucchini & red pepper, two sandwich cookies

snack: vanilla soy yogurt w/ blueberries & strawberries

dinner: chips & salsa, veggie fajitas w/ lettuce, pico de gallo, guac, rice & beans, margarita

Your food day sounded delicious JBR (aside from the roasted brussel sprouts actually.);)

I felt sick this morning but then got my appetite back about 1pm and I ate:

6 slices of "buttered" toast with marmite :eek:
A whole fresh pineapple
A whole fresh mango
A packet of crisps

I just had a yummy stir fry for dinner - red pepper, mushrooms, sweetcorn, peas and spring onions with rice noodles

Green tea, fennel tea, cup of cocoa and lots of water to drink

leftover half onion and spinach pizza
365 fruit punch
half a tofurkey melt with tofutti american cheese slices and vegenaise
fries with ketchup

need veggies and fruit!
there a box of strawberries that i will be devouring later, along with 1/2 bag green grapes.
i guess i'll eat those with the leftover herb salad mix in the fridge for dinner. it's too hot to cook anyway.

iced oatmeal raisin luna bar
large bowl of leftover lentil soup (homemade)
apple
couple more squares of chocolate
veggie burger on a ww bun with bbq sauce and avocado slices, plus the rest of the avocado slices with garlic powder
veggie crisps with tofutti sour creme
mango sorbet

Small sugar free Italian Ice

Broccoli Florets (a lot, maybe 12-15)
Mashed avocado (less than 1 Tbsp; used for dipping the broccoli)
Small plain salad (1 cup lettuce w/ 3 Tbsp chick peas)

Cabbage (1/3 small head, steamed)
Black bean sauce (2 Tbsp refried black beans w/ broth, lime, onion, garlic, etc.)

1 cup of soymilk
3 cups coffee

Here is my yesterday...

Breakfast - Coffee w/vanilla soymilk. Slice of whole wheat bread with raw almond butter and black raspberry jam.

Snack - organic apple. banana. few squares dark chocolate.

Lunch - sandwich of tempeh bacon, herb salad mix, grated carrots, tomatoes.

Dinner (at Chicago Diner) - shared chips, salsa, guacamole. Fake "crab" cakes, few bites of someone else's vegan carrot cake and few bites of vegan cookies and cream cake.

Snack - lemonade

thanks, but talk about yummy...I am jealous you got to go to Chicago Diner. It sounds amazing. I've had their cookbook on my Amazon wishlist. Have you seen their book? Any idea if it's worth getting?

few green beans w/ red pepper pieces
giant fava beans in oil & spices
(all that was a cold plate dinner as it was blazing hot here yest)

iv been disgusting today

Breakfast was beans on toast (2 slices of wholemeal toast) whole tin of beans

Dinner was a linda McCartney vegan pie with oven chips and a bottle of wine plus 2 bread rolls.

No exercise apart from my daily walk - im not a happy bunny, im disgusting. Also had about 5 cups of black tea.

5 slices of toast and pure spread
Chocolate bar
Sweets (loads!)
Homemade lentil and carrot soup (not too bad I suppose)
2 bread rolls

I am feeling sick at the moment and I still manage to eat about a billion calories.:rolleyes:

I like their book a lot! To be honest, I haven't made a ton of the recipes, but the seitan ghoulash is one of my favorite dishes that I make (and I cook pretty regularly), and they have my favorite lentil soup recipe; I just made some on Monday:)

B: 3 kiwi, rockmellon + apple
2x bowls green tea w/ fresh lemon + ginger

L: carrot/lentil/parsley/red onion/garlic/spices fritters cooked in olive oil w/ roasted tomato + capsicum in balsamic vinegar + a side of wilted spinach, red onion + lemon juice & a little bit of tomato sauce

D: rocket, carrot, eggplant & cashew salad w/ balsamic dressing
