Yesterday:

1/2 a grapefruit, lemon larabar, earl grey creme tea
apple
large bowl leftover homemade lentil soup
2 squares espresso dark chocolate
oolong tea
bowl of udon noodles with lots of boiled kale, edamame, and carrots tossed with toasted sesame oil, soy sauce, and sesame seeds

today... bad foodie day...

breakfast:
1/2 a pineapple
pasta with raw tomato dressing

bento:
more pasta as above
2 mini vanilla muffins
2 physalis berries
some Italian marinated tofu

dinner:
thawed white curry

- too much red wine, excuse the English tonight :)

B- green smoothie
L- strawberries, peach, necterine, mix of almonds, cashews, pumpkin and sunflower seeds and dried cranberries.
S: 2 mini luna bars (I love those things!)
L: "chickin" patty on a roll with spinach onion and tom. and a chocolate banana smoothie

L- 2 cups of broccoli on some romaine w/ a slice of avocado and a few chick peas
S-1 cup of soymilk, 3 pear slices
D-shirataki tofu "noodles" w/ a carrot and a small scoop of boca crumbles

I'm in recovery from a bad night... I really have no desire to eat anything so I know today might seem unhealthy...


Breakfast: 2 cups of acia/banana juice, 2 cups of coffee with hazelnut soy creamer and a bit of sugar.

Lunch: Nothing.

Dinner: a small burrito with 1/2 cup of refried beans, Half an avacado, Some salsa and mushrooms. 1/4 of a cup of spanish style rice.

Later i'll have some more coffee and some gum...

That doesn't seem like a lot... Are you on a diet or something hun?

Yesterday:

2 pieces chocolate covered ginger, chocolate coconut larabar, cranberry black tea
leftover udon noodles with kale, carrots, edamame, few chunks of tofu, toasted sesame oil, and sesame seeds
green tea
grapes
small bowl of leftover h/m lentil soup with a ww pita
raw muffin batter plus one freshly cooked banana chocolate chip muffin:rolleyes:

That doesn't seem like a lot... Are you on a diet or something hun?
Well, no, not really. I probably shouldn't have posted yesterday because I know I didn't eat enough. I'm currently in recovery from an eating disorder and while i usually use this thread as a healthy guide, i have fallen back into old ways very recently:( and i think i'll abstain from posting until I can be a good example to other vegans. i'm very sorry if i inappropriately posted.

hot choc
water
eggplant curry samosas x 4 with vegan raita (yoghurt mint & coriander sauce)

Didn't really eat enough fruit, Find it harder to do in winter.

Yesterday:

Breakfast: 2 crumpets w/ Pure spread and organic marmalade

Lunch: Chargrilled artichokes w/ chilli, garlic and thyme dressing, 2 pittas w/ plain hummous and diced red onion, 1/2 punnet blueberries, 3 choc chip cookies

Snack (LOL): more chargrilled artichokes... I'm so addicted to them!

Dinner: Vegideli "sausages" in sub rolls w/ Tofutti "cheese" slices, fried onion and ketchup, 1 choc chip cookie

I know I said I was going to eat more vegetables... :o

Yesterday:


banana chocolate chip muffin, small glass of soy milk
another muffin and earl grey creme tea
burrito (rice, tomatoes, lettuce, avocado slices, salsa), chips and salsa, melon water
2 pieces chocolate covered ginger
spicy tomato/black pepper dish with tofu and veggies over buckwheat noodles (had some leftovers to take home), edamame, 1 beer
1/2 of a 12 oz bottle of raspberry lambic

(I had to look up what raspberry lambic was fondducoeur.)

I had a big breakfast this morning:

Cornflakes with soya milk and raisins
2 toasted pitta bread with 3 veggie sausages, vine tomatoes and ketchup
Lots of green tea

I feel so full I haven't had anything else yet.

im cheating, cos this was last nights food.
its a very potato dominated soup :)
it was potato, onions, fresh basil, redwood chicken peices, smoked tofu, and the usualy spices :)

Cranberry juice.
Noodles.
Chips, onion rings, baked beans, spicy bean burger, lettuce, tomato, pickled gherkin and ketchup.
Hula hoops.
Cheddar-style cream Sheese, watercress and cold sweet potato fries sandwich.

been a bit of a pig today

Breakfast - cup of black tea

Lunch - 2 mini bread rolls with cucumber and pure spread

Dinner - Vegan soy mince pie with roasted carots, potato, mushrooms, onion, leek and peper

Dessert - my sons homemade apple crumble

bottle and half of wine.

I have had:

3 sausages with 5 grilled tomatoes and ketchup.
Veggie sausage roll and kettle crisps when I was out.
4 pieces of toast, pure and marmite when I got in, mmm toast is good.
2 crackers as well.

I'm cooking a veggie curry now with whatever veggies I had left. I need to get food shopping later this week. The curry has green pepper, sweetcorn, peas, tomatoes, onion, raisins and apples in it.:)

Water and green tea to drink.

kung pao noodles and sauce (from trader joe's)
handful of red grapes
chickpea cutlet (v-con) with mashed potatoes and gravy and green beans
1/2 of a 12 oz bottle of peach lambic
various other drinks
another muffin

Yesterday:

Breakfast: A soy yogert.

Lunch: Thai vegan spring rolls with shoyu.

Dinner: A baked potato with sour cream, Butter and chives. Half a serving of "steak" strips.

Snack: 1 cup of orange juice and another soy yogert.

Tea. Toast with jam.

Pitta Bread with salad, hummus, scheese, and aubergine burger.
Banana. Chilli & Lemon Crisps. Nuts & Dried Fruit.

Roasted vegetables (potato, aubergine, sweet potato), roast cheatin' turkey, with a side dish of okra, cashew nuts and apricots cooked in a spicy sauce.

Tea and NoCaf throughout the day.

Two banana split things (banana covered in golden syrup then baked)

Deep fried tofu + a lousy attempt at homemade chips
