Brek: 3 mini pancakes, strawbs, narna, maple syrup
Morning: 3 x tea w/ rice milk, narna, 2 mandarins
Lunch: homemade g-free bread, salad
Arvo: green smoothie
Dinner: broccoli and something else, undecided

Today:

1/2 almond bumble bar, piece of chocolate covered ginger
pita stuffed with falafel, lettuce, greek dressing, and hummus with tabbouleh, hummus and pita, 2 cups arabian chai tea
another piece of choc. covered ginger
1/2 of a spicy thai stir fry dinner with tofu and veggies over brown rice, edamame, sweet tea

Breakfast: An orange 'slush' (1 cup of orange juice, 1/2 cup of soy milk and ice blended)

2 cups of coffee with sugar & soy creamer. 3 crackers with green olive tapanade.

Lunch: Half a pita with a "chicken" patty, A slice of pepper jack rice cheese, 1/2 tablespoons of veganaise and spinich.

Dinner: 1/2 cup of cream-style corn, 1 cup of rice, 5 slices of deli-roast-"beef" with gravy.

Lunch: Black beans
Dinner: fruit kabobs and pretzels

wow actually i'm starving and this just made me realize how much i need to go get something in my belly.

Managed some tortilla wraps filled with rice, refried beans, yellow peppers, onion and mushrooms t'other night, so a few veg in there at last :rolleyes:

Yesterday:

Breakfast and lunch same as always, but with some extra fruit, sugar snap peas and tomatoes (yay, flavanoids...)

Dinner: Mega unhealthy... fries, onion rings, grilled BBQ tempeh and... at last... Veg Curry's homemade sosmix sausage rolls!!! They were FAB! Used Jus Rol puff pastry sheet, a squiggle of tomato puree, and masses of country herb sosmix with an extra heaped teaspoon of mixed herbs (sage, thyme, oregano etc). 20 mins at 200 deg and they were like little pieces of heaven :D :D

B: 2 oranges, a pear, 2 kiwi's + strawberries
2 bowls green tea w/ fresh lemon + ginger slices

L: huge mixed leaf, baby spinach + cos lettuce salad w/ spicy coriander + lemon scrambled tofu, mushies, onions, garlic + tomato w/ lemon dressing

S: bowl green tea w/ fresh lemon + ginger slices & an orange + 2 apples ( Is there such thing as too much fruit???)

D: a head of steamed broccoli + green beans made into a capsicum/onion/garlic/chilli/soy stirfry

Didnt get up till late so

Lunch was celery sticks, carrot sticks and spring onions with humous dip

Dinner was jacket potato with mexican Sheeze spread and some brown rice, chick peas, garlic cooked in spices.

so far today:

a banana
2 slices oat toast with earth balance
cranberry raspberry juice

craving lemon herb tofu so will be purchasing some on the way to work along with edamame and cucumber avocado sushi rolls... yum

also, coffee will be somewhere in the immediate future.

eta: ok, replace the coffee idea with 4 sodas. ate a huge container of the tofu. was going to eat the sushi and edamame when i got home but portabello sandwiches, stuffed peppers and grilled zucchini awaited me! too stuffed to eat peppers though... or the bread on the sandwich.

oh yeah, i'm making frozen blueberry whiskey sours! mmm.

Breakfast: 3 cups of light chocolate soy milk and a serving of crackers. (On the run too class!)

Lunch: Still in class...

An iced esspresso with soy milk.

1 cup of rice with 1/2 cup of okra and tomato and some "chicken" seitan.

Some popcorn. (about 2 cups)

Well, no, not really. I probably shouldn't have posted yesterday because I know I didn't eat enough. I'm currently in recovery from an eating disorder and while i usually use this thread as a healthy guide, i have fallen back into old ways very recently:( and i think i'll abstain from posting until I can be a good example to other vegans. i'm very sorry if i inappropriately posted.

Saw this on the last page and couldn't let it go. Brighteyed, I don't think there's any inappropriate posting here. If you want to post what you ate, go ahead and post! Even if you don't feel it's enough, or if other people don't. The thread title is "What did you eat today?", not "Post what you ate only if it was healthy and a good exapmle for other vegans". Writing it down can be a good way for you to see your cumulative food day. Of course, if you don't want to post until you're eating better then that's fine too :)

yesterday...

breakfast: oat bran flakes w/ raisins, sliced banana & rice milk

snack: oat bran pretzels (I'm in oat bran love right now), acai berry green tea

lunch: split pea soup, wheat biscuit, better part of two bruisy peaches

snack: vanilla soy yogurt w/ blackberries

dinner: chickpea cutlet & tomato parmesan, spaghetti marinara, roasted green beans

dessert: slice of chocolate cake, choco-choco chip-walnut cookie, glass of wine

Three mini onion bhajis.
Chips with mayonnaise and ketchup.
Half an avocado with mayonnaise.
Onion rings with mayonnaise and ketchup.
Hula hoops.
A little bit of muesli cookie.

Breakfast was 3 slices of veggie rashers with 2 slices of wholmeal bread and pure spread

Lunch was a bunch of grapes

Dinner was wholewheat pasta with mushrooms, tomotoes, cougette, chick peas and tomatoe puree.

Might have a few drinks tonight as im going to the pub with friends.

1 banana

huge bowl of leftover minestrone with peas, zucchini, carrots and mini farfalle

massive "1 person" plate of mezze at Lebanese café which I shared with a friend after work, including hummus, baba ganoush, taboulé, stewed potatoes, chickpeas, stir-fried swiss chard, fried eggplant, pita bread, olives, pickled peppers and radish

Lebanese is my favourite food in the world <3 !

I have eaten total gibberish so far today: a packet of crisps, rice crackers and vegan smarties. :rolleyes:

I am probably going to make a bowl of pasta with veggie bolognaise for lunch.

I am definitely having falafel, black olives, pitta bread, dill pickles and lots of salad for dinner when my online shopping arrives later.:)

Water and mint tea to drink, mmm mint tea.
