Yesterday:

banana chocolate chip muffin, formosa nut oolong tea, piece of chocolate covered ginger
iced oatmea raisin luna bar
sub sandwhich (white bread with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles, vinegar & oil, and red pepper relish), baked bbq chips, diet soda
bombay pototes
spaghetti noodles with chunky tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, and pepper, diet soda

I have eaten total gibberish so far today: a packet of crisps, rice crackers and vegan smarties. :rolleyes:

Water and mint tea to drink, mmm mint tea.

I used to grow my own mint when i lived in Romania. I don't think i've had any mint tea since then. I miss it.

Breakfast was 2 slices of wholemeal toast with mushrooms, tomatoes and cheezly

Lunch was humous with celery, carrot and cougette sticks

Dinner was roasted sweet potato, red onion, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, carrot, sweet red peper and chestnut stuffing.

VEGAN SMARTIES? OOOOoooh, where did u find those?

Holland and Barrett, they are called Whizzers. They tasted very nice and were about 55p I think (for quite a small bag.:rolleyes:) I checked that they were vegan but double check if you get them just in case.

I love mint tea PXS, I like the mint tea they serve at this Turkish restaurant near me, it tastes delicious.:)

I have eaten that whole LARGE box of Animal Aid chocolates in two days!!! That's about 16 a day.:o

I've had my healthiest day for months!! I feel the need to record it:

Breakfast: Unhealthy, we'll skip over that bit

Lunch: Butter bean, edamame and sugar snap salad w/ sweet sauce. 1 mini kids' pitta w/ roasted red pepper hummous. 6 cherry tomatoes. 1 packet of Nak'd lemon flavour raisins. 1 square G&B maya gold choc.

Snack: A few black sesame Japanese rice crackers. 1 punnet of strawberries.

Dinner: Will be tagliatelle w/ mushrooms in a lemon and nutmeg sauce

My body's going into vitamin shock :eek: :D

^hahaha, but how is fat different than FAT? and you certainly aren't fat (or FAT)!


I'm trying not to post here anymore, BUT I had some really good yummy food today! Despite my migraine that just came on about three hours ago:

5 cups of coffee
2 bananas

bowl of lentil dal w/ chopped tomato
1 peach, maybe another one later
2 glasses of moroccan mint tea (I love this stuff, good thing I bought a 2L bottle!)

handful of yummo raspberries
2 cucumbers

ginger ale
cranberry raspberry juice
scrambled tofu
veggie beef slices
toast with earth balance
about to have a blueberry/raspberry/strawberry smoothie (x2 with whiskey)
whole grain pasta with a can of vege chili and tofutti sour cream

yesterday was a terrrible day for me food-wise... i kind of binged for some reason :o so i'm not going to post what i ate

today:

coffee with soya milk
malted wheats cereal with rice milk

1 banana
packet of ready salted crisps
tomato pasta salad
another coffee with soya milk

another banana
1 peach

dinner will be wholewheat spaghetti with vegemince bolognese (too much pasta...oh well)

yesterday I ate:

2 breadrolls with sunflower seeds and tomato slices

pizza with mushrooms and spinach

a bowl of millet salad with carrots, red pepper, chickpeas and raisins

2 bananas

Yesterday:
Didn't get up until 12.30 so I had a
B/L of a veg sausage sandwhich
Snack: a whole load of grapes
D: roast potatoes, veg burger, and loads of carrots and peas and sweetcorn.

breakfast: oat bran flakes & raisins w/ rice milk

snack: banana

lunch box: lima & edamame succotash, onion rings w/ ketchup, blueberry muffin, fig bar, berry blossom white tea

snack: peach soy yogurt w/ a few blackberries

dinner: bulgur pilaf, cucumber tomato salad, two glasses of wine

Yesterday i had.
Breakfast, handful of muesli, handful of grape nuts, mixed nuts with soya milk.

Lunch, banana, crackers with bean pate, dates and soya latte

Dinner, stir fryed veg with noodles and tofu.

Snacks, water melon, another banana and some Japanese crackers.

Dinner: Bean burger on bread with salad, then cherry pie
Had lots of biscuits etc for snacks too + drinks ..
