So far:

B: 2 cups of detox tea
2 toasted cinnamon and raisin bagels with pure spread

L: Big salad with spinach, watercress, rocket, tomatoes, cucumber, olives and sunflower seeds with herbs and plamil mayo

Snacks;
3 biscuits
2 bananas
Packet of S&V crisps

Also 3 cups of yogi tea and water

Today I had:
B: Beans, wholemeal toast
L: Mash, veg sausages, loads of evegtables
Snack: Frozen grapes
D: Homemade pizza and green salad

My day has been edited to add the stuff in bold. Thank goodness it's grocery shopping day tomorrow! :)So far today I've just had:

2 cups of coffee with vanilla soy milk.
1 bowl Ezekial granola with vanilla soy milk.

Luch is going to be:
1 organic peach
numerous organic strawberries.
5 plain crackers.

Afternoon snack will be:
Smart Monkey raw carob bar.
1 vanilla soy latté.

Dinner is going to be:
A bowl of Vietnamese vegan spicy noodle soup.

And I'll no doubt have some kind of snack when I get home from work. Probably some tortilla chips crackers and organic hummus.
1 glass of wine.

Not the greatest of days unfortuantely.

jeez, i really do have a shit diet.
im about to tuck in to fishless fingers, mashed potaos (goes without syaing) and baked beans :)

Breakfast wasnt till 12.00ish 2 slices of wholemeal toast with roast red peper humous

Apple juice

Dinner was a baguette with cous cous, crisps and bottle and half of wine.

Not good eh! im so disgusting.

Breakfast: 1 banana

Lunch: 1.5 tortilla wraps w/ couscous, chickpeas, roasted veg and tomato sauce. 1 banana. 1 vanilla Alpro Soy dessert. Many cups of tea.

Dinner: 3 petits pains w/ tomato and chilli chutney and plain hummous, 1/2 tub of sugar snap peas (raw). 1 banana. Many more cups of tea.

I'm not totally addicted to bananas, I just haven't been shopping so don't have any other fruit in the house at the moment!

put me on the 'need veg' boat.

Im half thinking about doing a raw day tomorrow just to force myself to eat veggies!!
and i'm so not into raw food (unfortunately).

2 glasses of champagne at my graduation
handful of crisps

invited out for dinner:
bruschetta with artichoke + tomatoes
stuffed vegetables: red pepper with rice and veg, butternut squash with roasted veg, and portabella mushroom with polenta and veg
melon, strawberries + lemon sorbet

I started out with my favorite - ever-so-special oatmeal, prepared with soymilk, cinnamon, raisins, black courrants, banana, raspberries, and almonds. My god, it's delicious!

Then I went to the gym and burnt off 675 Kcal on the elliptical trainer.

When I got home I made a yummy stir-fry with broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini, Italian squash, leeks, onion, Tofurky sausage, cashews, vegan cheese, and liquid aminos.

Then for dinner I had a really boring sandwich at a place called "The Green Earth Cafe". It sounds better than it is... After attending a performance of the Tchaikovsky Paino Concerto No. 1, I went home and had some hummus on pita bread. Yum.

By the way, has anyone noticed that after aerobic exercise one's blood pressure goes down? It's been happening every time I go to the gym. I checked my BP before going, and it was 118/76. After exercising, it dropped to 108/68!!! Is this supposed to happen? Or could this be the result of the high-fibre breakfast I have every morning? Or perhaps both?

yesterday...

breakfast: flax flakes w/ blueberries & rice milk

snack: banana, coffee w/ soy milk

lunch box: bulgur pilaf, cucumber tomato salad, spelt spaghetti marinara, gherkins, fig bar

snack: vanilla soy yogurt

dinner: cabbage rolls w/ leeks, mushrooms, olives, capers & tomato sauce over orzo

snack: chickpea & tomato parmesan sandwich on wheat bun w/ ketchup, two beers

I have been quite healthy today::eek::)

B:
2 cups of detox tea
Porridge with dried apricots, sliced banana and soya milk with sunflower seeds sprinkled on top

Snacks:
A passion fruit
2 biscuits
2 cups of Yogi tea (Egyptian spice flavour)

Lunch:
Avocado, tomato and plamil mayo on 2 w/m toast with a large side salad

I'm getting Domino's later (to make up for my healthiness) with pineapple, green pepper, olives, jalapenos, sweetcorn and mushrooms. Actually I don't think pizza is too unhealthy. I think of it as being basically just like salad on toast.:D

Lunch: 3 petits pains w/ tomato and chilli chutney and hummous. 1 packet paprika crisps (very yum). 1 Nak'd apple pie bar. 1 caramel Alpro Soy dessert.

Dinner: Wholewheat tortilla wraps w/ cheatin' chicken chunks, spring onion (scallions) and garlic mayo, 1 banana

Yesterday I had:

tahitian vanilla hazelnut tea
ww english muffin w/ pnb and grape jelly
cinnamon cardamon tea

huge stir-fry of marinated tofu, green beans, broccoli, carrots, ginger, tamari, chinese rice wine, toasted sesame oil w/ brown basmati rice and fresh pineapple chunks
vast amounts of black tea

more black tea
3 homeade cookies (choc. chip & white choc. chip)
organic green grapes

more black tea
crackers w/ "cream cheese" & hot pepper jelly

and i'm so not into raw food (unfortunately).


I know right? I barely eat enough vegetables to consider a serving...
Sugars on the other hand... I eat so much fruits and sugary things...
I won't surprise myself if I end up with diabetes. :o
The only good thing is I love salads... When I make them I make a huge container and that's all I have for like 3 days stright. lol

Breakfast: 2 crumpets w/ Pure spread and organic marmalade.

Lunch: 2 soft white bread rolls w/ cheatin chickn, vegan pesto and sunflower seeds. 1 tub chargrilled artichokes w/ chilli, garlic and thyme dressing. 1/2 punnet strawberries.

Snack: 4 Japanese black sesame rice crackers. 1 banana.

Dinner: 2 soft white bread rolls w/ "burgers" from burgermix, Tofutti "cheddar" slices, lettuce, tomato, onion and ketchup. 1 Alpro Soya caramel dessert.

You know, I've felt yucky and bloated today. Looking at the amount of bread I've eaten, it's no surprise :rolleyes:

Tomorrow is a veggie day though - I've got potatoes, carrots, brocolli, mushrooms, courgette, corn on the cob, yellow/red/green peppers, red/white onions. Going to use some of those to do mini roasted vegetable tarts with pesto and tomato sauce.

Half a slice of bread with vegetable pate. Bowl of vegetable soup.
Mug of rice milk. Muesli cookie.
Mashed potato, cabbage and onion bubble and squeak. Baked beans. Plum tomatoes.
Carlsberg.

Today:
Avocado, cherry tomato, salt and vinegar crisp and mayonnaise sandwich.
Pasta with vegetable stock, asparagus, broccoli, peas and fresh herbs.
Hot banana with vanilla Swedish Glace.
Roasted peanuts.
Half an avocado with mayonnaie.
Carlsberg.
