Today:

2 cups of coffee with vanilla soy milk.
1 bowl of Flax Plus (pumpkin raisin crunch) cereal with vanilla soy milk.

1 and a half vegan hot dog sausages in 3 pieces of wholewheat bread (a piece wrapped around each hot dog half), with mustard, Nayonaise and ketchup.

Homemade pasta salad: (organic veg) cherry tomatoes, brocolli, cucumber, Yves veggie "beef" strips (chopped), wholewhat spiral pasta, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, almonds, cashews and Goddess dressing.

1 Waffle bowl filled with choc mint soy icecream and chocolate sauce.

1 cup of Earl Grey tea with vanilla soy milk.
5 Hob Nob cookies.

brunch: wheat biscuits w/ "steak" gravy, coke zero

snack: vanilla soy yogurt w/ blueberries, popcorn

dinner: spring rolls w/ duck sauce, veggie sushi, garlic bok choy, potatoes w/ onions & peppers, cabbage & broccoli, green beans, orange wedges

amy's shepard's pie, diet soda
salad (iceberg lettuce, baby spinach leaves, edamame, garbanzo beans, olives, cherry tomatoes, sunflower seeds with low-fat balsalmic vinagrette), 1/2 a veggie burger, chips and salsa, diet soda
16 oz coffee, peanut butter granola bar

Today:

That pasta salad sounds wonderful! It it the Amy's Goddess dressing you use?
I just might try to make that.

That ice cream treat doesn't sound half bad either ;)

egyptian licorice mint tea

irish breakfast tea x 2
mock egg salad sandwich on wheat bread w/ green leaf lettuce
few pineapple chunks
onion & poppy seed sesame sticks

refresh tea
2 tacos (corn tortillas, kidney beans w/ onions in tomato sauce w/ seasonings, lettuce, tomato, black olives, sour cream, guacamole, salsa)

irish breakfast tea
2 choc./white choc chip cookies
good earth original spice tea

Yesterday I was really hungover so I didn't eat until dinner, when I had roast sweet potatoes, roast normal potatoes, roast parsnips and roast carrots, and an fried aubergine dish with loads of vegetables, and a side salad, and lots of gravy. Yummy!

Today I had
Breakfast: Bran flakes and soya milk and too much sugar,
Lunch: Veg sos roll
Dinner: Baked potato with pure, a big dollop of hummus, and some leftover aubergine stuff. It was bare tasty.
Oh yeah and I've been snacking on raw brocolli through-out the day

L: Grilled tofu with fried mushrooms and lettuce between two burger buns (i'm out of boca burgers)

mixed tiny pasta with basil and red pepper pesto

fake chicken katsudon- Japanese rice bowl with fake chicken, mung bean sprouts and homemade tonkatsu sauce

it's already 7.30 pm and I've only eaten this litte O_O !

D: Veggie stir fry

Snacks: 3 kiwis, bombay mix and a few sweets

Breakfast: 2 slices of toast with jelly, 3/4 of a banana and a cup of coffee with sugar.

Lunch: A cranberry almond muffin, Half a coffee berry juice, A pineapple sorbet.

Dinner: 1/2 cup of mashed squash stuff, Some "chicken" nuggets.

Snacks: 1/4 of a lollipop, 2 cups of popcorn with nutritional yeast, Another cup of coffee with sugar and a bit of soy whipped cream.

Ruby, that sounds like a super yummy day. Everything bagels are my favorite.

breakfast: biscuit & steak gravy, pear

snack: banana, acai berry green tea

lunch: salad - leaf lettuce, strawberries, avocado, pecans, herb dressing, piece of wheat toast

snack: vanilla soy yogurt w/ blueberries

dinner: bulgur pilaf, herbed tofu, carrots & broccoli w/ tamari, eb & dill, strawberry jalapeno corn muffin, two glasses wine

left over curried udon noodles (with veggies and seitan), fuji apple
green tea
dates
large portion scrambled tofu (with spices, veggies, salsa, nut'l yeast), ww pita with hummus

Yesterday was not the healthiest of days for me:

Breakfast: a half stale ryvita with marmite and a banana (forgot to take breakfast to work - d'oh!)

Lunch: Rice and chickpeas in a tomato sauce

Dinner: Jacket potato and two veggie sausages

Snacks: grapes, an apple, an orange, half a dozen rich tea biscuits, half a piece of rock from the seaside

Drinks: water, sugar free squash, fruit smoothie

Yesterday:
10 calorie tomato soup.
A sour gooseberry.
A taste of mint sauce.
Slice of bread with veggie pate (unfortunately I forgot to tell my boyfriend that I hate the stuff, but I was hungry so I gagged it down anyway) and avocado.
Risotto. Lettuce. Beetroot.
Carlsberg (rather a lot).

Two thin slices wholemeal toast with nut butter, a soya yoghurt, large bowl of porridge with lots of agave syrup and blueberries.

And copious amounts of Swedish Glace neopolitan icecream. Purely for medicinal purposes... :o

Swedish Glace neapolitan... I want! :) Went to my boss's house for a team meeting today and she'd been really kind and bought Soleros and Magnums for everyone... of course I couldn't eat those :( But she did nip out first thing and buy me a soya milk for cups of tea (her own idea) so I wouldn't have to bring my own which was a fab thing for an omni to remember :) :)

Breakfast: Huuuuuge bowl of porridge w/ soya milk and maple syrup

Lunch: (At a Harvester so a bit limited in choice) Blueberries and raspberries (yum) from a melon (yuck) platter. Bowl of salad (lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, shredded carrot, red pepper, green pepper). Bowl of chips!

Dinner: Mini pittas w/ roasted red pepper hummous. 1 Alpro Soya caramel dessert. Banana.

Snack: Spicy crisps dipped in tofutti cheese with garlic n herbs....(yum)
L: Sweet potato and butternut squash soup, with toast and hummus
D: I was at work, so I just had 3 pieces of toast with hummus
When I got home from work at 9.30 I was peckish so I had some reheated veggie slush (really tasty actually) and a cup of normal tea

i've had a pretty bad day today.
i slept pretty much all day and all i had to eat was:

3 peaches
some strawberries
a handful of walnuts
and a cup of grapefruit juice
:undecided: not too good.

ww spaghetti with sauce (tomato sauce, tahini, nut'l yeast, garlic powder, oregano) and steamed broccoli
several tastes of icing/batter while making maple cupcakes from vctotw (i look forward to eating an actual cupcake tomorrow)

Breakfast: 1 serving of high fiber cereal, 1 cup of unsweetend soy milk, A cup of coffee with sugar and soy whip.

Lunch: A salad with soy "chicken" and homemade ranch dressing, A mini pita with baba ghanoush.

Dinner: (An assortment of snacks throughout the evening)

Half a roll of veggie sushi with miso ginger dressing,
An iced esspresso with soy milk and soy whip,
Another cup of cereal with soy milk.
