scramble (tofu, onions, mushrooms, spinach, tamari, turmeric, nut. yeast, potatoes w/ rosemary & pepper, "cheese)
sesame bagel, toasted w/ cream cheese & cherry jam
organic red grapes
grapefruit juice
2 cups chai tea w/ silk chai milk

ginger peach tea
corn tortilla, broken up and dipped in salsa & guacamole

pasta w/ mock meat sauce & grated "parmesan"
salad (spring mix, baby spinach, cucumber, mushrooms, carrot, garlic & poppy seed sesame sticks, balsamic vinegrette)
cranberry-blueberry juice

irish breakfast tea
2 choc chip/white choc. chip cookies
refresh tea

Yesterday:
Avocado, tomato, lettuce, mayonnaise and salad cream sandwich.
A few sips of 10 calorie chicken flavour soup. I didn't like it because it tasted like chicken. Yes, I do realise this is a ridiculous complaint.
Toasted English muffin. Nut cutlet. Fried onions. Ketchup. Cherry tomatoes. Baked beans. Peas.
Some slices of orange.
Cranberry juice.
Carlsberg.

yesterday:

coffee with soya milk
organic maple syrup-frosted cornflakes with rice milk

organic houmous and wholemeal pitta bread
lots of cider :D

vegetable stir-fry with noodles and lemon sesame sauce

apple slices and grapes


today so far:

coffee with soya milk
malted wheats cereal with rice milk

1 banana
1 peach
another coffee with soya milk

organic houmous and wholemeal pitta bread

snack will be apple slices and grapes (i have to cut my apples into thin slices because it hurts to eat :( )

can't decide what to have for dinner yet...

yesterday...

breakfast: toasted wheat hot dog bun w/ steak gravy

snack: banana, berry blossom tea

lunch box: bulgur pilaf, strawberry jalapeno corn muffin, herbed tofu, carrots & broccoli w/ tamari, eb & dill, kiwi

snack: vanilla soy yogurt w/ blueberries

dinner: chips & salsa, burrito w/ grilled veggies, mexican rice, refried beans, a couple beers

snack: two pieces wheat toast w/ hummus

chopped tomatoes w/ cilantro, sea salt, and coarse pepper
side of black beans

edamame snack

2 bananas
2 tangerines
cup of orange spice tea

thinking about eating these two cucumbers, as well

Breakfast: 2 servings of high fiber cereal with 1 cup of unsweetend soy milk.

Lunch: Coffee with sugar and soy whip. (I woke up late)

Dinner: A salad: Avacado, Lettuce, Cucumber, Broccolli, Mushrooms, Carrot, Baby corn, Pickled beets, "bacon bits", Soy cheese, A sprinkle of black beans, Tofu and homemade ranch dressing.

I might have another cup of coffee later.

L: 3 slices of tofu, tomato, cucumber. 4 Onion rings.
S: French Fries, Banana
D: 2 slices of eggplant with tomato sauce.

better than yesterday.
probably enough to make up for yesterday. haha. i feel stuffed

i dunno how you all eat so little!

breakfast: 3 cups of coffee w/soy milk
strawberries, kiwi

lunch: sautéed tofu w/veggies over brown rice
more strawberries

snack: carrots/mushrooms dipped in hummus

dinner: naan bread slathered with more hummus, grilled eggplant, sprouts, hot peppers, onions, tomato
AND a salad with lettuce, tomato, mushrooms, bell peppers, chick peas

dessert: more fruit

and to be honest, i'm sure there is other little snacks in there ;)

Oh no, Gorilla, that's terrible. Is it tooth trouble? I've been there, really you have my sympathy. I hope it gets better soon.

curry (onion, carrots, potatoes, spinach, garbanzos, peas, coriander, cumin, curry powder, tomato paste)

Lunch - left over chilli and rice

Dinner - indian takeaway (vegetable dansak, rice, spicy potatoes, nan bread)

Snacks - banana, apple, water melon

Drinks - water, tea

breakfast: 1 piece peanut butter & jam toast, coffee

lunch: half a pita stuffed w hummus & veg, green tea

snack: green grapes; cuccumber w goddess dressing

snack: fruit bar

dinner: pasta w tomato sauce & added veg

dessert: homemade chocolate cake w peanut butter dressing; strawberries & mango

snack: 1 piece of toast w refried beans, spinach, & hot sauce

thanks :) yep, wisdom teeth. i can't open my mouth properly. :down:

i did manage to eat wholewheat pasta with vegemince bolognese sauce for dinner yesterday, although it took me about twice as long as usual because i can only take tiny mouthfuls. then i had a large glass of organic red wine ;)

Spicy couscous with roasted vegetables.
Cherry tomato, Pure spread, salad cream and lettuce sandwich dipped in redcurrant and ginger chutney.

Dinner:

Homemade vegetable soup with organic brown rice and wholemeal pita bread

I was an eating machine yesterday.

breakfast: veggie burger on wheat toast w/ ketchup & mustard, coke zero

snack: banana

lunch: amy's frozen tofu scramble meal w/ hashbrowns & tomato, strawberry jalapeno corn muffin

snack: carrot sticks & hummus

snack: flax flakes cereal w/ rice milk & blueberries

dinner: two huge pieces of pizza w/ all the veggies & seasoned tofu, diet cherry pepsi

I'm ashamed to say I beat you yesterday jamboxrock! I went out for dinner to Squeek, a vegan restaurant, and stuffed myself :o

Breakfast: 2 bananas

Snack: Nak'd cherry flavoured raisins

Lunch: 2 hot dogs w/ Linda McCartney sausages and ketchup. 1 punnet of strawberries.

Snack (at cinema): Popcorn

Dinner:
Pre-starter: Olives in a chilli dressing w/ warmed pitta.
Starter: Asparagus salad w/ home smoked cashew nuts, smoked tofu, red peppers, truffle oil.
Main: Carrot, celery and mushroom cannelloni w/ a creamy white wine sauce, a side of salad and coleslaw and a hunk of homemade garlic bread.
Dessert: Chocolate cake w/ squirty cream, strawberries and maple syrup.

YUM!!

Wow, that all sounded good, but I bet this was amazing!



Yesterday:

maple cupcake with lots of icing, earl grey creme tea
leftover ww spaghetti with tomato sauce (made with tahini, nut. yeast, and spices), steamed broccoli, Tennesse grown peach
red thai curry with tofu and veggies over jasmine rice, 2 pieces of tofu dipped in peanut sauce, glass of plum wine
diet coke

All sounds very yummy indeed!

Brekkie: cup of earl grey, italian peach and 2 slices of toast and peanut butter

Lunch: onion baguette with veggie burger (frys...mmmm)rocket, tomato, spring onion, chutney and sweet chilli sauce...

Dinner (planned!) leek and tofu pie with new potatoes and salad.

then homemade brownie with ice cream.....*drools at thought*

fresh squeezed celery, apple, parsley, strawberry juice
veg deli roast slices, tofutti slices, lettuce, tomato and sprouts on oat bread with vegenaise
potato salad (potatoes, celery, onion, mustard, vegenaise)

will probably have leftover curry with wild rice for dinner... more like bad curry soup. why cant i make a decent curry??
